Great location with easy access from both east and westbound I-40 and east and westbound US 158 via Lewisville Clemmons road. Stoplight helps to get in and out of the shopping center where they are at. As far as the doughnuts taste its Krispy Kreme, Hot-N- Now NUFF SAID!

I came in to get donuts after 8 pm and they were super fresh. The store is spacious and the donut display looked amazing. The service was courteous. I wish I lived closer, the location near me sucks.

Was happy when we got one a little closer to home, I haven’t had a bad experience at this location.. doughnuts are always on point, and plenty of other options as well. Highly recommend stopping by, not to far off Hwy 40 off and back on in no time.

I traveled from hickory nc and I always love eating biscuitville and coming here for my doughnuts they usually are great service and super friendly but today Bathroom was gross. service was bad. Had coupons for free dozen doughnuts and a free doughnut the woman working was really rude the coupon scanner wasnt working she was frustrated with me. I was very disappointed, I came in on my birthday and her service ruined my whole day.

Very nice store. I like coming here because is a really pretty Krispy Kreme shop and has a wide variety of these great doughnuts. Winston Salem flavor. I will continue coming here and try many different flavors and enjoy these delicious donuts.

I guess they just dislike doordash drivers. Maybe it was the employees today, but no one looked like they wanted to be there. You chose the job. Im just picking up the order and I get the stank eye and no hospitality at all except for the person that was clocking out; maybe she was happy to not be there anymore lol.

Solid location, never had any issues. Parking lot can be a bit small during busy times. Its also a newer location so everything inside looks great.

The Lemon donuts were awful... Using bottled lemon juice instead of fresh like they used to. The taste used to be great... Now just a nasty bitter aftertaste that lingers. And the cold coffees... Warm coffee with ice and also the frozen coffee that was to sweet to drink. Maybe its just this branch, I dont know but the visit was unenjoyable and a waste of money.

A lot of the time whatever you order comes fast, tons of combinations to choose from, and a nice type of whatever you order, donuts; awesome with a type of flavor for whatever you choose making it very good!

This was a great trip to Krispy Kreme! Their coffee is so good. I highly recommend a caramel mocha frozen with an extra shot of espresso. we also got a couple of their Halloween mini donuts and these were extra delicious! I always really enjoy trips to Krispy Kreme, but this location was on point. Their staff all war masks and were very friendly! The head very fast service.

Went there to get ONLY 3 donuts and the ones that was assorted were old. I was driving to Biscuitville and seen I could stop and get donuts there. This is the first time I was disappointed. I only went to get 3 donuts and the assorted ones were so hard. I was so disappointed. I lived in another city 30 minutes away. Went I got home I was like WOW are you serious these donuts were hard and I called back and spoke to an manager and he is going to take care of it. I don’t drive there often only when I have appointments there. Those employees need to be trained how to throw away bad donuts.

I typically dont visit Krispy Kreme much just because its sugar. We went on Sunday morning, everything was fresh, the service was great. Definitely return. My kids love looking through the glass seeing the donuts being made.

Extremely disappointed. I placed a valentines doughnut order the morning of Valentines day. My order was confirmed for pickup and when I went to go pick them up, they were sold out. I was extremely upset. There were no signs or anything outside telling the huge line they were out. What if I had waited in line??? I would have been even more upset. All they said was Oh yeah, we ran out a long time ago. My thing is..... update your app?? Why let people buy it if its not in stocked? I could have at least gotten a phone call. So upset.

Waited in like for 15 min to get told the wrong order and didnt have time to get the correct order. Do NOT go in the morning time. 😭

Customer service at this location is always bad. Every time I stop here, I tell myself I will not go there again. Eventually, I end up stopping again and it is poor service again. For example, this past Saturday I went through the drive through and ordered 3 dozen valentine donuts. When I got to the window to pay and pick up the order, the person who took my order told me they did not have enough valentine donuts to fill my order. I asked him what they had and he went and spoke with someone. He came back and said they were low in stock of the valentine donuts and did not want to give them to me..... So, I told him to give me what he could and fill the rest of the order with normal assorted donuts. After a lonnnng wait, I got 2 dozen valentine donuts and one dozen assorted donuts. I asked about the price, because the valentine donuts are more expensive. He told me the price was the same. So, long wait, unwilling to give me what I ordered, and overcharged. Two stars only because the donuts are good. I never have this type of experience at the Krispy Kreme location on Stratford Rd. Note to self....go to Stratford Rd.

Service was horrible, I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. They forgot my coffee and I has to wait for the clerk at the window to come back and acknowledge me. The donut selection was poor and my donuts were not fresh. Had a coupon for $13.00 for a double dozen but this location charges $15.00. I wont be going back.

The doughnuts were exceent. Just watch one of the girls that works there , her hair was slinging everywhere , at one point her ponytail actuay went in the box she was filling. She had icing in her hair , my daughter in love brought it to her attention but she sent those out to the customer anyway ......

Today when we ordered through the app and tried to tell the employee through the speaker she couldnt understand us when we were saying we had a mobile app order so we pulled around. We got to the window she didnt say a word as to what we wanted. We told her about our mobile app order. She grabbed the bag of our 3 dozen donuts and handed them to us without saying a word and then shut the window before we could say thank you. SO RUDE to your loyal customers!

In the donut world there are two types of donuts a cake Style in the North Dunkin Donuts and there is a New Orleans fluffy Benya Style and that is Krispy Kreme one of the top five Comfort Foods in the south and if you see their sign on their hot donuts are quite addictive but if we dont spoil ourselves who will enjoy and the coffee is good

If breathing didn’t come natural these employees would suffocate (Lazy). Was the only one in line for almost 5 minutes before I got service. Ordered the new mini donut only to find out they are almost twice as expensive as a regular donut. Took them three times to get my simple order correct.

Apple Fritters...I work within 5 minutes of this location and they NEVER have the apple fritters, but theyre suppose to. Ive been in literally 5-6 times with no apple fritters... I asked a manager and they dont seem to care to even make them there, for whatever reason. With their corporate being 10 minutes away you think they would be the best of the best... guess not.

It took about 20 minutes for them to get our order. and then they still messed it up. Charged us for 4 coffees when we only ordered 3. and none of our drinks were what we asked for. and the lady at the window got a attitude with us. Kind disappointed in them.

I do love kk however this particular location seems to run out of advertised specials quite often. Its frustrating to drive 15 miles to be told we JUST ran out in the middle of the day

This Krispy Kreme is located where Suntrust Bank was previously at. So Im surprised that people are griping about the parking lot and drive thru. Unless you had never ever been to this location before when it was the bank.Its located close to the road so its not like they could extend the parking lot back anymore. In fact its further back from the road that Suntrust was.Dont even try to make a left out of the parking lot. Save yourself a headache and swing a right and cut through the McDonalds parking lot.It wasnt crowded at all when I stopped by this afternoon, no wait, no line. I was a little disappointed that they didnt have crullers but every Krispy Kreme is probably a little different menu wise.I ordered the chocolate glazed sprinkle donuts. The young lady at the drive thru was fast and friendly. And my donuts were fresh and delicious.

This particular store seems to NEVER have advertised specials. Went for the one-day mars donut, was told they were out and wouldnt have more for 3 hours, it was a one day special!

Normally only eat KK donuts if I bite that bullet. Disappointed a bit as last time I went, no lemon, no raspberry, no caramel donuts left. How does that even happen?? Most likely wont go to this particular one again. Prices fair however.

Nothing can beat these donuts fresh (hot) is the best way to have them. If they werent so expensive I would buy them more often.

This big box store is great for commonly stocked items. If you have any need for a one-off item chances are they dont have it. If you need a specialty order such as window blinds be warned that dealing with them can be very frustrating. We placed our $600 order over two months ago on an item they said was in-stock, and it is still yet to arrive

Our family visited the Clemmons location tonight The drive through employee was rude and everything we ordered she said they were out of When we finally received our order it was missing half of it. We definitely didnt receive a thank you or the an apology. This is not the treatment we expected or deserved. I will think twice about returning to this location

Krispy Kreme is always good...but this location could use some better enforcement of employee policies. Having 3 off duty workers running around, cussing, smoking outside the building, and getting in each persons way is unacceptable. It also makes families uncomfortable. They need to work on customer perception. Also, inside 15 minutes, 3 employees would come from the back area and go to their cars then go straight back to work..over and over...doesnt look good.

They have their hot sign off and the donuts are not hot. I asked for a raspberry filled one and they automatically pulled the trays out of the display saying that just sold them.

Early morning visit is the best time to go. Relaxing and laid back. Had one sweet young family in the shop. Donuts are always fresh and warm.

Drive threw took about 15mins. Donuts were burnt and the young girl at the window got an attitude with me when I asked her to wipe the coke she spilled of the drink she was trying to hand me. Not a pleasant trip and I love Krispy kreme.

Whats not to love about sugar coated bread? Donuts are great. Inside decor and layout is very clean and modern looking too. Driveup lines can be long, but worth the wait.
