We had our Queen size mattress delivered to day at the time specified, by 3 very efficient and personable people , one of whom was Paul the owner. The whole experience with Mattress Center has been such a surprise after our experiences with other mattress companies. When we went into the Mattress Center (thank you, Katherine) we never felt pressured and always were given good advice when we asked for it. Our experience with them and their products has encouraged us to replace another mattress which will be difficult given the age of the bed...Paul will figure it out...I bet. Brad was great! He was knowledgeable and was not pushy. He answered our questions honestly and was great to work with. Buying from a locally owned store is the way to go! Their return policy is great, as is their warranty. It also helps that our new mattress is awesome and we received a great deal on it.

Very knowledgeable about their products and the prices were great compared to others. I bought 2 mattresses and adjustable bases. Paul and his crew are fantastic! They know the products they sell and really try to match you with a mattress that will help. They dont push you to buy the most expensive mattress just because of the price, but they help guide you with absolutely no pressure. Got two new Malouf S750 adjustable bases delivered to my home last night. The two delivery guys were great very polite and considerate hooked up bases and showed me how to operate them . I would recommend this company very highly . My salesperson Paul was very informative and made sure he answered all my questions. He made me feel good about my purchase. My husband and I are 100% happy with Mattress Centers service and quality. Especially with Brad!! We found the perfect king size bed with Brads help, and we were able to get it for the PRICE we wanted. We saved so much that we got a new bed frame and two super comfortable pillows too! My wife and I have been shopping around for mattresses for a couple of weeks but found it hard to locate a shop that could fit our budget. Mattress Center was my first stop in searching for a king size mattress. I found their prices to be extremely competitive and the Simmons Beautyrest bed was the most comfortable bed I tried anywhere. I visited several other mattress places in WS and nobody else offered a more comfortable bed at a better price. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy, which was nice. I purchased my bed and it was delivered a few days later. Their delivery staff exceeded my expectations by helping me move my existing bed to a different room and then setting up my new bed. Very friendly and helpful! I would strongly recommend Mattress Center and will visit them again when I replace my guest bed.

Purchased a queen size mattress for our foreign exchange students bedroom from Paul on Sat, 7/14. He was very knowledgable about his products and helped us make a selection that would work for us. Price was GREAT!!! Even gave us a discount because my wife is a teacher! Mattress and box spring was delivered on Wed within the time frame Paul said. Two guys carried the items upstairs and placed them on the bedframe. Both guys were very polite and professional. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the quality, price, and service we received from Paul and would highly recommend him to anyone. Elizabeth was very helpful, she advised me on the difference in each of the Posturepedics. I recently tried a SleepNumber and was NOT pleased with it. I expressed to her how I wanted to purchase a mattress that would give me comfort, support and it had to fit my adjustable frame. I do pray this would be my last stop shopping for a mattress. My girlfriend and I had been talking about buying a new bed for months. I had saved an add from the WSJ on Easter Sunday that had tips on buying a new bed. It also mention all the mattress dealers around the HanesMall area. The Mattress Center was the second store we visited on that Sunday afternoon. I did not know we were walking into one of the stores pictured in newspaper Id saved for the tips. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly Hello and not what will it take to get you into this bed! Like the first place were visit. That bed cost $5,763.43 with a savings of $2,234.99. Paul Smith had us try different types of beds because we had to find a compromise. She likes soft and I needed firm because of back surgery. The customer service was the best and after thinking about it, its what sold us on our new King size Bed. Paul answered all our questions and then some we did not ask. He was upfront and honest and it felt he really wanted to help. We didnt need a cooling off to think about buying from theMattress Center. We left the store that Sunday very satisfied that we made the right purchase and choice of mattress. All thanks to Paul Smith who was polite and professional not just trying to make a sell. The delivery was made on time and the men were polite and professional too. I would recommend to anyone the Mattress Center. Our experience was wonderful. Ive had some of the best sleep in years !
