Jordan Budd in Sales looked out for us since our first contact. We really wanted two Spark Trixx to enjoy the summer at the lake with our boys. I tried many other dealers who told me they couldn’t get any this year. Jordan called me as soon as two Sparks arrived at the store to make sure we had first dibs. He made sure we were ready to hit the water with our new toys. The show room is beautiful! Everyone in the store were friendly & helpful! Thank you, Jordan, for hooking us up despite the shortage!

OMG, I don’t even know where to begin. First, TRACY is your everything you need type of person. She seriously the go to and will always get you what you need and if she can’t she’ll send you in the right direction with a tangible information. I love how each time I go she greets me like she’s known me all her life. STEVO and MAX are also great employees that get the job done quickly and will help you with any necessary information needed. Just like Tracy they are always friendly and ready to help you in any way. I truly love this place. I honestly, have not had any bad encounters with any of the employees and they all are willing to take care of you. The environment is friendly, helpful, clean, cozy, warm and inviting, dependable, and provides fast with services to say the least. I’ve been going here to device my White RS can-am Spyder for over a year and my parents have dropped by to get what they need the over the past decade. Tired to buy a can am here but finally went somewhere else. Was approved but all there out for is money. They want to add a lot of accessories so the price is much higher to make more money on the sale. Like to buy local but its hard to do. Called another dealership and was quoted a less price for MSRP than these guys. So there you have it . I bought from another dealership. Less money down and less payment. Thanks for nothing Honda of Winston Salem.

Was able to contact their sales department do the purchase remotely without having to do all the paper work at the dealership. Called the week before they were set to get a shipment in and was able to reserve my Ryker Rally 900 before it was sold as they typically are gone by the time I would come into look at them. Management, sales and parts department were all friendly. Service team was very responsive and quick to get us anything we needed. We will be back for more bikes and gear in the future.

Great place to look with a decent selection. I went in on Tuesday and was completely ignored. I went in with my husband on Saturday and three people asked if we needed help. After politely saying that we were just looking, the salesman complained to us about un-manly customers who couldnt change their own oil. It was bizarre. Another sales associate told us that marijuana is now legal in Virginia - not sure why that is relevant. We go in looking for a Can-Am and we learn about the qualifications to be a real man and also what states weed is now legal in... oh and we also left without a Can-Am (big surprise). Im hoping they were just having an off week.

The dealership wants full price for left over when cycle trader this week had their bike listed with make an offer. I inquire and it gave me a price of $7,288 in the email. I go to work a deal with my trade online/ text and it’s listed at msrp. I ask to honor the price and my bike trade goes down $800. I do not recommend attempting to trade in here. They told me $16,800. They didn’t even know about the price till I mentioned the cycle trader price of $7,288 that was sent to me. It’s not my fault cycle traders gave me that price and you all had already told me $16,800 for my bike if it all checks out. Most dealerships would honor the mistake and make it right with the customer even if they had to eat the prices. I do not recommend buying from here your better off buying a 21 if your paying msrp for a left over.

I called from Charlotte to make sure to bike I wanted was in stock.Nice lady on the phone was very helpfull giving directions even when I missed a turn she knew another way. The sales person Mike was nice he did not lead or push at all, very informative. They are one of the few dealers to have a lot of stock to choose from. They have not jacked up the prices like some dealers have with all the shortages. Five Stars, Ride Safe !

All Powersports places are busy right now, from SC to NC. And since they are busy they know they are going to sale. Most treat you as if they don’t care if you come in or not. But Honda on Winston-Salem treated us like any normal walk in. Looked at our trade, gave us a extremely fair deal on it. We had 3 other places to go to this past Friday and Saturday but seemed no reason to shop around. Jordan the sales guy was polite and the manager was also. Highly recommend this place. Plus it’s new and clean. 2hrs from the time we walked in to the time we left.

We just left there. When we walked in not one person greeted us or spoke, including the woman at the front desk. We looked around for about 25 minutes, stood by the watercrafts and watched several busy (I assume) employees walking around in Honda shirts. Not one greeted us or looked at us. I dont care if your job is to change oil or jockey motorcycles around the building, someone could have said something, like were really busy, somebody will be with you shortly, anything. Finally, I went to the front desk lady and asked if there was someone who could help us and she said, they were all tied up and someone should be with us shortly. We waited a little longer and nothing, so we left. We live on High Rock lake and are seriously looking to buy, but it wont be from there. They clearly dont need or want the business.

I found John in the sales department to be just as enjoyable to deal with as Max in the service department. Their sales floor is massive and is a little overwhelming at first site! I cant say that I have any experience with the service department with this location, but I can say that some of the sales staff are the most egregiously arrogant and rude people Ive ever met.I have stopped in this particular dealership twice and literally had the same experience both times. The first experience I simply assumed someone was having a bad day or busy, and decided to try again. But after the second visit, I realized this is just the sales department culture at this location. Both times Ive had cash and a financing approval in hand. The salesperson who was assigned to me was egregiously rude and condescending. Very short, very presumptuous, and almost seemed irritated to be dealing with a consumer that was only looking at a single unit (personally I think $9k is a lot of money for an ATV, but apparently not to her). When I ask what a winch would cost for the unit, she stated something around the neighborhood of $1000. When I questioned why a simple ATV winch would be so expensive, she expressed that the installation procedure was extremely time consuming and difficult. When I very politely (and not arrogantly) expressed that I would be perfectly capable of installing the winch on my own, and ask what the winch would cost without the installation, she rolled her eyes and stated something to the effect of well Ill have to check.I was totally shocked with this kind of behavior and left both times. Save yourself the headache and look either further west in Statesville or Randleman if youre looking for a new unit. At least the dealerships there appreciate the $9k sale.

Finally located a Honda Talon 4 seater. Called and inquired about the side by side. Spoke with a lady salesperson who told us to quickly get our credit application and 10 day payoff on trade. Everything submitted before they closed on Friday evening. Salesperson texted 830 Saturday morning and said you better trade now if your going to trade as there is someone coming to look at it at 9. Called and texted and took her over 3o mins to reply. We asked if we could pay down on it now until we got there. We are 3 hours away. She finally responded and said well sales manager says you need to sell yours you owe to much and we can’t help you. Did not ask if we could pay more down, by outright or buy without a trade. We had other options and more money in hand but felt they didn’t want to deal with us. The other thing my son was going to purchase a 4 wheeler. They just missed out on 2 purchases. Oh well. Don’t plan to do business there.

Be careful where you buy,sales people here are nice as can be. Think of who will service your toy. I dropped of my jetski for warranty work. I just cleaned and polished prior to dropping it off to have it returned to me 3 months later dirty greasy and wires hanging. This is ok with the service department. All Honda Dealers are independently owned so Honda support cant do much but apologize to you

I dropped my four wheeler off a month ago for service. It sat four a couple of weeks without being looked at. I finally got a call and they told me a price and the date it would be finished. Josh, a shop foreman I can only assume, was my original contact and who I spoke to about the repairs and price. I never spoke to him again. I waited a day after they said it would be done and it wasnt. They said they would call, and didnt. Enter the other shop foreman, Max. Since I couldnt speak or get in contact with Josh, Max was who I was dealing with now. Max is the only bright part about this place. Hes honest, attentive and willing to at least make things right. Im not sure if I would ever go back to this location, but if I do, it would only be because of Max. My suggestion, hire more mechanics to work on the equipment.

There are a lot of Honda sales shops between Winston-Salem and Marion Va. which is the location of our other home and hunting lodge. When Santa walks in he walks in to buy. Requested information fom dealer website on 2019 Shadow took couple weeks to get anyone to call me back. Salesperson called me and said to ask for her when I came in on today to look at the motorcycle. Had previously asked if it would have been better to schedule an appointment. I was told I didnt need an appointment just come in. When we arrived I was basically told look around they were busy with 3 sets of customers. My husband was considering trading his Golwing on a new bike while Shadow was to be my own bike. After this experience we will both be looking for new bikes from Harley Davidson. Worse customer service experience Ive had in over 28 years of purchasing a vehicle.

Bought a outlander 570, get it home, get it off the trailer drive it down a cleared trail, I know it’s clean and clear cause we ride our horse’s down it, and bam flat tire. Fix a flat had a hard time fixing it. Went four wheeling and the tire comes off the rim. This is on trails NOTHING major cleared trails. I wish I knew before spending $10,000. That the tires were so thin. So if you buy one beware of the tire thickness!! Breaks go out after two months head gasket blows after 6 months and everything is an excuse why the warranty wont cover it!!!

We drove all the way from Wilmington, because they had the best deal on a 4 wheeler we were wanting. I talked to John Frick on the phone and he held it for me until Saturday when I could go get it. When we got there he was really nice and informative and made sure we understood all the features and things to look for. We also had a lot of help buying helmets from a knowledgeable parts department representative. And Stephanie did a great job in financing. I would definitely do business with them again. These guys are awesome. I just got a new 2019 Spyder F3 limited. Jordan the sales person helped us out each step of they way even though we performed much of the arrangements from a distance. When on location everyone was extreamly polite and helpful. Very low pressure sales experience but with enough attention i felt like we were being care for.We test drove several Spyders from different dealerships trying to ensure we liked the vehicle. It is clear the people assembling them makes a difference. Not all rode the same. The only hesitation we had was we couldnt do that at this location. Well fortunately in this case that is by far not a issue here. Compared to all of the other bikes we rode this one rides by far the best.I really cant say enough good things about them. This is probably one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences i have had if not the best.Thank you Jordan, Henry and everyone else that helped us with our purchase.

I Bought a used bike from Honda of w/s about a month ago. The sales lady Amber was extremely nice and awesome to deal with! The staff has been great to me as I’ve been back to buy more gear and other parts for the rest of the family’s bikes in the past few weeks. Took my sons bike in for an emergency repair for a birthday party tomorrow and the service department was GREAT! They had the bike up and going in no time! They were extremely busy but took the bike in anyways given the circumstances. The mechanic was super nice and took the time to show me some simple adjustments I can do myself. The service department is so rude... I called last week to see about doing a simple fix of replacing a brake lever on my bike and although I tried to schedule an appointment over and over the guy on the phone urged me to just come in because as he said its a 30 minute job, you need to just come in later, we are slammed now. Although I thought the guy wasnt friendly at all I figured he was just having a bad day (like we all do) and I took it in today to get the job done and the guy asked if I had an appointment and I told him what the guy said on the phone and he was acting as if it were my fault he wouldnt let me schedule an appointment... Ive been here for an hour and a half for a 30 minute jobThe only reason I didnt give it one star is because the sales staff and parts department was so friendly inside that it is practically a different store.

I just purchased my first Honda ATV from Ron and it was an absolutely great experience. I shopped other dealers in the Greensboro/Winston area and others would barely return my calls and certainly didnt have detailed product knowledge. Ron went over technical details of the machine which helped me choose the proper machine for my type of riding. The entire experience from first call to Ron going over in great detail how the machine works was a great experience. Ill definitely continue to do business with them.

I then received a quote for an ATV that was advertised with a sales price online. The quote for out the door was $1600 higher than the listed price due to set up fees and taxes. Really!!

Got my unit serviced here last weekend. Only took about two days. Max in the service department treats you right.Needed a part so they said they would mail it to me. Had to call back about a week later to remind them to send it. Having some issues with my unit stalling out when it gets hot. They were unable to find the problem. It is still happening. Im about an hour and a half away so its no easy thing to just drop it off for them to check it again. To be continued...

No wonder they have last years models still sitting on the floor. So I was looking for a new bike and found a last years model on sale. Keep in mind it is now June so last years models should be on sale right? So I inquired about it. They took the info on my trade and then we got down to numbers. My trade in wholesale value on my bike is $2800 then I have paid around $1500 to $2000 in upgrades so I figure that a decent value on my bike is around $3500. ($2800 + about half to a little less on upgrades) The discounted price for the new bike is $5999. Retail was $7650. I was told that they would allow $1800 on my bike. I was like ok thats about half what I expected but ok. Why so low? Because and I quote we have discounted our bike so we can only give you half on your bike. WHAT? Yeah they said if we were at retail we would give you around $3200 for your bike. Wow, I was dumbfounded. So heres the numbers $7650 - 3200 = $4450 or $5999 -1800 + 250 = 4449. The $250 is a discount reduction fee of some sort. I didnt understand that part. Basically, the same amount so basically the discount is a wash. So I said ok what if I just wanted to buy your bike outright at what price would I get it for paying cash? Oh $5999 + all fees including the aforementioned discount fee, same as the finance price. Cash Price after fees $8769.37 I said ok so no cash discount. No, because we have already discounted it. Ok what if I wanted to buy this brand new 2020 at retail price out the door- $8,819.40. WHERE is this is discount since its last years model. Well apparently at this place the discount comes out of your pocket not the dealerships. Steer clear of here. This place just wants to draw you in with switch bait and then stick you paying for their own advertisements. No wonder they have last years models still sitting on the floor.

They made error after error, and never offered anything to preserve my relationship with them as a continued customer. The only part of my experience that was even remotely satisfactory was with the finance manager. I will not be returning here for anything in the future. Very disapointed with my first Honda motorcycle buying experience.

Me and my wife were trying to buy two cam am rykers from the dealer ship no one does not want to return your call at all always coming excuses Mr . Griffen cant even do his job at all man cant even call you when you call them Thats okay with me because they just missed out $22,000 dollars sale I guess well off they dont need the money after all.

Five Star Plus rating my first initial visit there. Excellent customer service I will return soon to purchase a four-wheeler probably. Always have trusted Honda anyway since I was a little kid. 8 years old they know how to take the other customers array professional no wait time good price across-the-board excellent excellent excellent

I brought two ATVs by that another dealer had worked on but not tuned correctly. The service department took a moment to quickly assess what was wrong and fixed them on the spot, without charge. I was very impressed with the skill and immediacy of the staff for machines that I had neither bought there nor serviced there. Very impressed!

I recently took my 2003 z1000 in to get fixed turns out the battery was bad they charged me $153! I was a little upset about the cost since I could have replaced it my self for $55! Whatever tho I Digress! I head over to the showroom to talk with a salesman, the lady tells me they’re busy but the showroom was empty! me: ok! I need someone to talk about a bike! Her: I’ll send someone over! me: ok! I head over to the bike, but no one comes! And I wouldn’t be 😡 but this is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to inquire about the bike! first time called! No one ever called me! Second time online, 3rd in person! I realize they just relocated but Jesus! That 2 star is really a 1 1/2!

So much to be said for good, professional service; and so hard to find!! I approached the service department at the new location today and some kid acting as if I was annoying him looked at me and asked if he could help me. He was dressed as if he was on his way to the beach; no uniform, no name tag, nothing to indicate he was even an employee. He offered no greeting, no good morning, no introduction or welcome. He was very unprofessional and unpleasant. He made an appointment for me but when I explained that I was feeling a vibration in my brand new Goldwing at around 70 mph. He looked away and was more interested in telling me how they couldn’t go over the speed limit than any desire to help with my problem. Then, I asked what they charge to apply the new 2020 navigation software upgrade and again, he gave me a lot of babble about how they hadn’t received a computer from Honda to do it, though I was about the 4th customer to ask about it. The first thing that pops up on a Google search for the upgrade are complete and detailed instructions direct from Honda on their website to do this so how is it that the Honda motorcycle dealership doesn’t offer this service? So what do they do for the customer purchasing a new Goldwing; send the new bike out w/o the newest, most up to date software? While it’s true most people can do this themselves at home, it is totally unexceptionable that this service is NOT available at the Honda motorcycle dealership. I hate spending my money at an establishment where they act as if it’s MY privilege to patronize them. I hope someone will read this but I doubt anything will be done b/c there’re the only game in town. It’s either put up with this or go out of town.
