Amazing customer service every time we go, but especially this time! The staff are considerate and very knowledgeable and always willing to help! The store manager, Alyssa is fantastic!!! She went above and beyond to help us get the perfect mower quickly before the storm hit. Other tractor supply stores are closer to us, but we’ll only go to this one from now on!!!

This place does NOT consider the fact that people might need to use the bathroom. I went inside to do my business and there was fecal matter SMEARED across the back of the toilet seat. Definitely disgusting and a bad look for the company.

This place is awesome all the workers are amazing. I also love the fact I can take my dog to help him socialize. The ladies st the online checkout and at the register are great.

I have always been very satisfied with Tractor Supply, the staff is top notch. Recently I ordered a Solar Gate Opener, A guest pad and an 18 ft galvanized gate these items were ordered the second week of April. Since then 2 of items arrived in a timely manner I am still waiting on the gate I feel as though I am being jerked around getting no good answers from MGMT.I have recently discovered I was lied to by MGMT

You go around Kroger pass a couple docs on the left then youll see a gymnastics sign thats where you turn left watch what ramp you take Theirs to one that has a pretty big tip that might rip your skirt off the trailer. There is a very old trailer with a ladder a step ladder that they used for storage there is a dock to the left of that trailer thats where you back into.

Great, well organized store! When I went, they were having a pet adoption in the back of the store. The manager greeted me and made small talk. Every face in there was friendly! Also, kudos to the management for allowing their cashier to adopt one of those fur babies and allowing him to take her along with him in the store! This would be my 2nd favorite, as the one in Clifton has my heart!

Great store! My go to place for nearly everything but food.My only complaint is they always wait till the line at the check out is stretched down the aisle and in the way before someone else will go up and help.

Every time I go to Tractor Supply I come away satisfied. I love their manager in Cleburne. He is knowledgeable and funny. He makes you feel comfortable and confident in every purchase you make. The tractor belt I bought, got my 2 acres mowed!

I bought 1300 pounds of corn and other hunting items. The cashier was great and very pleasant and helpful. Two young men loaded the trailer and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Great service

12-27-2017. First of all there were no flat carts inside. All outside in cart holder on parking lot..went back outside to get one. Told employee they might need to get carts in. Immediately went and got them. Loaded cart with 4 bags of cubes, bag of mineral and salt block. Expecting after checkout to be asked by cashier if I needed help loading feed, nothing said about helping. She was cordial and said thank you and have a happy new year. Im a 66 year old woman and you would think that I would not have to ask for help!! But I guess customer service doesnt matter anymore!!! Yes, I will go back in there, but in hopes that the manager will see this and bring it to his or her employees to be a little more customer oriented!!!!!Ceta Russell

Tractor Supply is my favorite place to go in town when I need ANYTHING to take care of my animals. Theres food and toys for small pets like birds and rabbits to food and tools for big horses. Very nice people work here and will help you out and greet you at the door and workers like to tell the customers about the brand new buggies they have which now have breaks for the parking lot. If you ever need anything for your animals or pets, go to Tractor Supply and they will show you to it. If for some reason they are out of stock or dont carry something, an employee will gladly give you advice on where to find quality feed and supplies!

We are here a lot. The people who work here are very nice. Prices are good. I wish they had more stock. It is in a great shopping center. Get all the shopping done in one trip. You can get drive thru dinner in parking area also if thats what you do.

My favorite. Another fine example of customers treated as Royalty. I suc at remembering things, especially names, I end up leaving my debit card there without knowing approximately an hour later I was about to freak because I could not find my debit, my phone started to ring, I did not know the number and lo and behold it was the voice of an angel, found my card tracked me down to see if I had a rewards account, I did, she called me, I returned and receive my card and angel #2 was swamped herself and appeared to be having the best time. not many in todays society would put much thought, if any, into any of that except for stuffing it in their pocket and deny ever seeing it. It sickens me that I cannot remember her name and she was not there when I return to pick up my card. I want her to know my levels of appreciation & gratitude are off the charts.

This is a store where the name just doesnt tell all. Yes they have many items you would really need if you have a ranch or farm but they do have much more for any household, check it out and you might be pleasantly surprised to find they have decorative items for inside and out, silver jewelry, dog food and toys, clothing, seasonal items & much more.

Great staff very helpful very knowledgeable had a big order about 10 minutes before they closed on Memorial Day manager was extremely helpful extremely nice at the fact that I showed up just before closing but did not realize they were having a big sale till the end of the day highly highly highly recommend this tractor supply if for no other reason than the staff and the manager itself

I always have to wait at the service desk for online order help. The workers constantly walk by and act like we are not standing there. We drive 25 miles to go elsewhere because we have yet to be treated with good customer service with the workers who handle the online orders

Its has a very welcoming staff it has many useful items and equipment for tons of different jobs, plus it has baby chicks :)

If you know what youre getting when you walk in thats great. If Youre looking for something in particular youre probably out of luck. Went in to get a pulley and a keyway but the key ways dont match the pulleys. I should have just ordered it online from Amazon or something and I would have had it by now.

Tractor supply has everything you need that has to do with animals. Price is ok. Walmart and HEB is cheaper on cat food. They do have all the stuff you need to take care of your animals health.

Too busy not enough staff.. Needd helping lifting a 55 lb bag of food. Asked got no help Im 100 percent disabled ADA shouldnt let more than 15. Loaded it into my Cart, couldnt get help with carry out. Loaded into my truck. Theyre lucky I gave 3 they deserve less, not the first time its happened I shop Cleburne regularly

I ordered 10 rare breed from your company they arrived to my house. 2 dead, one died within 5 min, one died over night, one was dead when I came home from work. The other 5 are sick as well and I dont expect them to live.im so very pissed.my kids should not have to come in and find dead chicks .I had 6 of my own hatch Saturday EVERY ONE of then are thriving. TC chicks are dieing.

I go regularly as its where I buy my horse and dog food. Only complaints is that some equine feed products are routinely low and I always have to search for a feed cart. Checkout staff is always great.

Friendly staff. Hardly ever crowded with customers which makes for a quick and easy shopping experience. When they are busy, checkout can be a little on the slow side.

Over priced, understaffed . I walk away every time wishing I would of planned better and supported my local feed store. Mustangs creek feed in Rio has much better feed prices and better service.

This sounds weird but I have personally found more parts in tractor supply to fix my car in a pinch than going to an autparts store or Walmart. Along with the employees are really friendly and fair prices.

I can almost always find belts for my lawn mower there.They have some nice tools also.
