This company is a hidden gem. They have premium parts at a very reasonable price. They also included the barrel nut for my handguard that the manufacturer wanted an extra $5 for, free of charge. I’m chalking it up to luck, I don’t expect that kind of treatment every time. Ultimately what made me buy with DSG is they’re locally owned, they aren’t price gouging, they actually have stock, and they have very fast handling and shipping times, too. I ordered Badge Carrier DSG-1501-BADGE with the custom text. A name was printed in the recessed area below the badge. The problem is that print is extremely faint and barely visible. The $10 charge for the Rocker – Customization is a waste.

Seems like solid company. Ordered a fairly expensive part from them over a weekend. Monday, they packaged it. Tuesday, it shipped out, and I received it Thursday (im fairly local in N. Tx). Based on the first bit of business ive done with them, i wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again. Their order statuses are strange when you log into your account, as it will go backwards in status, but that didnt effect anything of substance.

They made sure their showroom is large enough to display some of the practical tactical items they carry. They keep very friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist each and every customer. I bought three extended magazines from DSG. All three springs failed over a couple of years. I asked them about replacements springs only. Mike in customer service kept sending me emails asking me where and when I got the magazines. I took pictures And kept emailing him back. He dragged it out for days just to tell me that he wouldn’t help me. Then referred me to there website where I had to pay full price plus shipping.Very poor customer service.This company does NOT stand behind there over priced products!

DSG No Longer Has A Showroom, Will Call Only is what I was told over the phone yesterday. They said I could call ahead and pick up orders and parts at the new location, but they no longer have a brick and mortar store where you can just browse. Thats unfortunate. I loved going in there and looking around. Hopefully the service hasnt changed with the change in venue.All the pictures are of the previous locations showroom.

First impression the place seems like a entrance to a James Bond movie. Its in the south side of Fort Worth tucked away right off the highway. Very clean facility that serves law enforcement, CHL holders, and military community. The staff members were polite and the product I requested was 30 bucks cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Plenty of high end rifles on display for purchase as well as knives and pistols.

My go to tactical/gun store in the DFW area. Their prices and customer service will not be beat. Very military/LE friendly. Their showroom is top notch and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommenced them for any of you firearm/tactical needs.

Very impressive building and front desk, but they pretty much only cater to active duty military and law enforcement at the physical location. I was treated politely and kindly, but they were unable to help me. They said there were no gunsmiths there.

My go-to for parts and accessories.

Called up there and asked if they had a shop I could use to build two AR lowers out. They asked if I was LEO, Armed Forces or had and LTC. I confirmed I am/do have one of those and they said to come on up. Used their shop and assembled my lowers without issue. They had all the tools I needed and many more that I didnt need for this job. The build room is a cornered off room which they lock you in for security reasons I assume.Employees were very informative on any questions I had and were happy to give me instructions if I hit a snag during assembly.Best part was, they didnt charge me a dime! I mean, noone does that. Let me use their time and resources to assemble my firearms. They also told me their FFL transfers are $25. Definitely my go to shop in the DFW area moving forward! Great people, lots of product in stock and a segmented off build room. Who could ask for more!?

I have ordered online and had fantastic experiences. But I stopped by the retail store on vacation and I was blown away by the attention and courtesy of the staff.

Not a positive experience! During checkout I had a discount applied to a back order but when the item was shipped they charged me the full amount claiming that the discount didnt apply to back orders. They refused to honor the amount shown on my original invoice. When I received the products they were in questionable condition. I worked with several companies during this build and this is one company I will not purchase from in the future.

In April, we vacationed in Dallas from Michigan. My husband made DSG one of our go to spots. I thought how crazy, on vacation at that! Weve both handled firearms all our lives, were both CPL licensed and Im also a veteran, so were not strangers to this. Boy was I wrong! The staff at DSG took the time to show us the latest and greatest. One of the staff even took his own belt off to show the belt to us! Needless to say we left with a huge bag of goodies and our eyes glazed over! This place is NO JOKE! Their showroom is only open to Law Enforcement and Military servicemen and women, as well as CHL/LTC holders by appointment. Knowledgeable and courteous staff, and a very cool atmosphere.
