I have a warranty issue with a chair. The mechanism that lets the chair go up and down, decided to stop working. Love the furniture, but was told will be 6 to 8 weeks for a new cord. The only question I had , was why not take one off another chair, instead of making someone wait so long. Still no cord for replacement. So my wife ordered one off Amazon, so I can use my chair. I am disabled, so it helps me. Other than that, nice staff love the furniture. We have bought a few things. We like them.

This was the fastest shopping experience ever! Kelly was so pleasant and helped me locate the perfect outdoor bar that was so perfect for my outdoor decor. Sheila, the manager, informed me that the bar was on sale. I didn’t have to think twice to make that purchase. Did you know they deliver? Well, Mike, William & Andrew did just that in less than 15 minutes. What an awesome crew!!

I purchased a new mattress and box spring in January and now Im trying to get someone to help me with it as it is sunk in on both sides and springs stick us and pop. In all fairness I have been patiently waiting to hear back from them and have tried to get word from them and even talking to Kim but it has been 7 weeks now and Ive never had a response. they do not care about coustomerservice after the sale is over you are on your own even though you are told it has a 10 yr warranty a ND breaks down in 5 months

Yeah.... I will never step foot in this place. My wife and I were looking for a couple if new pieces. We were never greeted, asked if we need help or anything. We even walked past the counter and the lady behind the counter said nothing. Its easy to see that certain people are not welcome in this place.

Lots to choose from. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. If they dont have it, theyll order it for you.

We ordered a couch and paid $1800 for the couch. They then turned around and said they couldnt get that couch but they would not give us our money back because they have a no refund policy. So we could either pick another couch or have store credit. We are being told we cant have our money back for something we never got!!!!

Been buying from them for years. Never had a bad exspirience or a bad deal. Half my home furnishings are from rawhide rustic. Never been mistreated by any staff member.

All the staff seems super friendly, got a great gift for my man this year, I wouldnt have found anywhere else. Not just furniture although thats great, cute purses and home decor! Want to move in, lol.

I was in your store on Sat April 14th and much to my surprise found out the manager that you all had was no longer their. I would just like to say i am so glad to hear he was gone. Nothing like going into a store to shop for my child a bedroom suite and have a obnoxious manager try to make you cash deals, and following you around talking to you about bands he knows. And when you tell him you are not into that kind of music he would cuss and act immature ( not something i want my 7 year old son to hear ) and the poor lady that works their i felt so bad for her he treated her like she was a lost cause. When in fact she was so nice and just kept apologizing for his foolish behavior. I can say i will definitely continue to shop at Rawhide Rustic now that the old Manager is gone.

Love this store and have purchased almost every piece of furniture in my house from them but DO NOT order anything that is not on the floor, apparently it takes months to receive your items because of border patrol, my one piece desk order was placed on Nov. 26th and may be here around Feb. 16th 😫

Rawhide Rustic is the place to go to get good deals on furniture. All of my furniture came from them and, All of the employees were very polite and I felt welcomed when I walked in the store.

It was a very sketchy entrance. A dark warehouse and not inviting. I was never approached by a sales person. They were too busy eating. They never acknowledged me. I do appreciate my own time to browse but I did not feel welcome at all.

Run! Dont walk from this place. Delivered wrong item and it was cracked in five places. That was two months ago and still waiting. I was promised its on the truck and on its way but it has never been delivered. When you all - they dont answer or put you on hold until you give up.

I went in to buy live in room furniture and dining room table and chairs but the lady with short gray hair was to busy eating her chilly dog and talking about how dysfunctional the store was.So since I could not get help I took my business to Owens Furniture.
