This is the ONLY place I use for all of my business and personal shipping needs. Rishi pays careful attention to detail, making certain I have provided all of the proper information. He gives me all of the options for sending my items. He is always quick with helpful advice. Its so nice to have a local center with friendly service and an owner who really cares about his customers. I never feel rushed or stressed even when I come in with multiple packages and unsure of how best to ship them. Excellent service.

As a former long time customers I would recommend never to use this business. We paid $734.00 to have our antique desk shipped to our daughter in DC and when it arrived it was completely destroyed. We filed a damage claim with Postal Annex and the shipper (Pilot Freight) who Postal Annex contracted with. Postal Annex is finger pointing at Pilot Freight on what happened as Pilot Freight has been non- responsive. The owner of Postal Annex Rishi has been deceitful through this entire bad experience. He tells us he will take care of us and not to worry as all we want at this point is our shipping charge of $734.00 returned and will eat the cost of our antique desk that was destroyed. If you do decide to use this business I would only buy stamps and have nothing shipped especially at Christmas time because if anything is destroyed , damaged, or lost you can count on Rishi not to resolve it and leave you high and dry. The owner comes across as a nice guy but make no mistake hes about making a quick buck. He showed tremendous excitement on shipping our desk when I inquired about if he knew any company he would recommend. He promised us and assured us he only used reputable shippers which was completely false. As a long time resident of the area Im making it my mission to let everyone I know in the area of the business practices that Postal Annex uses. Word of mouth sometimes is a powerful thing especially in the Safety Harbor - Countryside area. Dont use this business and dont ship anything of value with this company!!! If I could give 0 star rating I would. This was a $734.00 mistake along with having a family antique desk destroyed. Thanks Postal Annex! Ive also notified the Better Business Bureau of Postal Annex business practices. They will be looking into this and will be looking into other resolutions.

I was pleasantly surprised this week when I was looking for a solution to pack and ship two beautiful China sets that my mother in law has kept for years, as we’re moving her to Colombia due to delicate health conditions. Rishi, the general manager, was so attentive and dedicated packing every item... he was one of the angels I found this week, in one of the most challenging moments we’ve faced as a family. This place closes at 5pm and I arrived at 5:15pm. No one around until a car parked next to me and asked if I need to send something FedEx. I said yes and he said he could help. I have to pinch myself every single time I go into this store. Is it a dream?!! Rishi is the warmest, most professional, efficient, hard working, kind-hearted, GENEROUS human being on the planet. The store is run like a well-oiled machine--but with a smile! He is honest and ethical.There is nothing he wont do for you, including finding creative ways to keep costs down (way down, when possible--even if you dont ask--he has saved me a lot of money) and personally tracking your packages, filing a claim himself so you dont have to do it, meeting you at the curb or way out in the busy, crowded shopping center parking lot with a dolly (hes out there long before you get there if you call), etc. I have seen him deftly juggle a store full of six or eight customers alone, where everyone is happy. My mother moved to an assisted living in Clearwater, we mailed several things back to Indiana and everything was great.Then she needed more care, so we had to move her entire apartment of belongings.I remembered how nice and caring the staff was here, so we loaded up all we could UPS and drove to see if they could help us. They were wonderful. They even came out to the mini van and loaded up all of the boxes and all the things that were still in bags. They boxed up precious items, pictures, breakables, clothes and many things. It was such a relief to have that all taken care of for us.It was all supposed to arrive on Monday in Indiana and it did! Everything was in perfect condition, nothing was broken! Amazing! All of moms keepsakes were intact. It was a difficult time for us, but they took a great burden off my shoulders that day. You can get anything you need there, not just shipping, we also got stamps once and every service you need is there for mailing and shipping. There are also some really fun things to look at and buy, such as cards. Thanks again for the great service you provide!

I live in Clearwater and while at Publix I saw this store PostalAnnex so I stopped by and asked the owner what services they offer. Because I had to FedEx a letter I was hoping that this store offered this service. I was very impressed with the services that offer and one service they offer is Passport photos and Fedex services and the store is chock full of things you need around the house.Now I’ve been here a few more times and I enjoy coming here because the owner is friendly and knowledgeable about various rates and services that you may need. If you are ever in the area of the PostalAnnex stop by I’m sure you will be pleasantly surprised what they have to offer.

We have a few business and need shipping services frequently and often on short notice. We have been going to postal annex for several years and the main reason is the customer service level provided by Rishi. He has been very accommodating, fast, and pleasant to deal with. One day recently, he found out I had an airbill that needed to be out that evening and of course, i walked in just before close. He personally took the package to the drop for me to make sure it went out that evening. It would have cost me significantly if not delivered on time. We will always continue to use Rishi & Postal Annex for all of our shipping and packaging needs.

I work for a mobile Laboratory and I uses this location on a daily basis. Hands down, Rishi is the best ever!! Ive called him when I was running late, and he waited for me. Its VERY hard to fined quality customer service like that.

This is a great local business with multiple services. Unfortunately, I had been paying for a private mail box at a UPS store for 5 years. After I moved, I found this little gem tucked away at Northwood Plaza. The rates here were significantly lower, and manager, Rishi, offered a level of service above and beyond what I had expected based on my prior experiences with similar businesses. Not only were the rates for mailboxes lower, but also for fax, notary, extra keys - everything. But the best part about this business is the customer care and friendly, personal service. I will never go back to the UPS store again.

We originally rented a box when our temporary living situation changed. We needed a short-term solution to receive mail. Yes, surprisingly some businesses still require a fax and I havent had one for 10 years...but they do!In the blazing hot Florida afternoon sun, Rich always offers assistance with bringing packages to my vehicle, which are often loaded into my car by him as well. He took payment after it went out. He texted me all the tracking. I know every time I go into Postal Annex that he will treat me like family and take care of me. I hate going to the post office. I drive right by it to get to Postal Annex. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this place is awesome and Rishi is the best!

Having no idea what I was doing when I started my business, it turns out one great choice I made was finding PostalAnnex+. Im able to check my mail at a time that is convenient to me (with a pass code), and typically kill two birds with one stone by stocking up on needed supplies when Im there (stamps, envelopes, paper, etc.).The prices are reasonable and the customer service is over the top. Theyve gone out of their way for me on more than one occasion when they certainly didnt need to.My daily route to check my mail and run my work errands is part of my workday that I very much look forward to, and PostalAnnex+ is the reason for that.Fair pricing, one on one service, attention to detail and a large catalog or products and services make them a no-brainer. This place sucks! Always understaffed and disorganized. Mailed fed ex package 9:25am on 8/20/2015. Package was not given to fed-ex until 8/24/2015 and delivered 8/25/2015. My business deadline was 8/24/2015. Dont use these guys. I will never use this sorry service again, this has cost me money.

I called the store. Was put on hold. Could hear the customer interaction. NO ONE ever came back to answer the phone. After that, the phone must have been off the hook for a long time. Not good!
