Not able to match a gp1300r seat color. Was able to return a pre made cover that didn’t match. Had to call and get my money back after they received the product days before. I talked to someone and asked if they had purple which they did. I had them look up my waverunner and said do you see how it looks more purple then blue. They said yes and I paid to have a custom one made. Well I received the cover and it looks like Easter egg purple. Now Im stuck with a non returnable cover that I will probably put in the trash. I went to a local upholstery shop that found a marine quality vinyl that matched perfectly and installed it for $20 more then the custom cover cost me.

Go-to store for all things jetski! I get all my parts and accessories from Watercraft Superstore because they offer OEM stuff at good prices and their customer service is ON POINT. Their shipping times are great to, my orders (excluding customised items) are usually sent out by the next morning.

What a great customer service experience. We were desperately searching for a tube and towing rope only to find everyone sold out due to the CoViD effect! I finally found one from these folks and paid for expedited shipping as our vacation was looming. I got a call the next day from a woman at Watercraft who explained that the tube ships directly from the manufacturer so there was no way to get expedited shipping on it. However, she called the manufacturer and made sure they were shipping my tube that day. She then expedited the rope and refunded me for the expedited shipping on the order! It was such a pleasant surprise at a time when those incidents were non existent! Thank you so much! looking forward to future purchases, especially after we move to Florida!

I placed my order on Monday and paid for 3 day shipping so I would have this item by this weekend. I confirmed via a voicemail message on Monday and again live Tuesdayat 11:50 am that my ship to is different than my bill to, (which seemed to be an issue for them for some reason) and was told it would ship Tuesday . I received an email Wednesday that the estimated ship date is Wednesday and estimated delivery of Monday. Getting the much needed part for my jet ski on Monday means my jet ski will be idle for another awesome weekend of weather. I will never order from this place again and will make sure it is known that their customer service sucks.

Ordered a reboarding ladder for my seadoo. 1 week went by and finally it said shipped. Its now been 3 additional weeks and I had to threaten them to file a dispute with my bank to get them to ship it. The reply via email that I got was not an apology; it was simply a FedEx tracking number and THAT IS ALL. Horrible customer service. Im tempted to refuse it and make them pay the return shipping and file a dispute with my bank anyways. I will NEVER order from this company ever again and you shouldnt either. I could have ordered one from China and received it sooner.

Ordered a Candoo from them, they quoted usps for 7 to 10 days to Canada. Order placed July 28, its now August 16th and no parts. Hasnt even shown up in the canadapost tracking system. Feeling duped, and to know I coughed up 51 dollars USD for shipping is truly a kick in the nuts.

I’m no Longer placing any order with this company. Not impressed on how they handled returns, especially when THEY made a quantity error.. I specifically told her 1 over the phone!! I called to return it and they want me to pay to ship it back!! That’s outrageous!! I’m done ordering from this company. I was dissatisfied on the phone with an associate and they were not willing to help with anything.

I have purchased a few covers for my Polaris Jet ski which have done there job in keeping my 2002 like new in the outdoor elements here in Texas. The first two covers now cover outdoor kids amenities. My most recent cover is the best one yet being the top of the line which has locking straps, a zipper on both sides for gas fill up and vents at the rear. It is a very snug top and has little movement in high winds.

Just paid $25 for one day shipping for my package to not arrive yet or hear any word of it shipping 3 Days later. It was clearly noted it was in stock. Theyre closed all weekend long so Ill be 6 Days deep by Monday with no shipping number or anything for Next Day shipping. More like Next week shipping. Trying to get my ski fixed by 4th of July. Thats not gonna happen now

Ordered three lifejackets from Watercraft Superstore, two the them showed up in just a few days. The other had to come from the manufacture which took about 2 weeks. (Its winter here so that was not a big deal to me) Overall great service and shipping was timely!

Special ordered mats for my Kawasaki ultra 300 arrived with no problem and they looked great also have ordered plenty of parts this is my go to store.

Ordered a part and paid $27 for overnight shipping. Did not receive anything nor any communication for 5 days and when I called, they said its only overnight if its a part they have in stock. They had 1 of the parts in stock, but they said they only ship the entire order together. Terrible. I hope they process my refund promptly, because that would be the only thing they will have done in the time agreed and paid for.

Terrible experience with their customer service. Purchased 2 Seadoo covers for $300 less than 2 yrs ago and the material is literally falling apart. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do. Other companies warranty their covers for 3-5 yrs but Watercraft Superstore doesn’t stand behind the products they sell. There are plenty of other places to buy from, avoid these people. They will rip you off!

I purchased a new seat cover for my jetski after giving correct make and model info. Took it to 2 different marine upholsterers to be told it couldn’t be fitted due to being the wrong size. After contacting watercraft superstore for a refund was told that both professional upholsterers were wrong! Sent photos to prove the upholsterers where right but WS continued to argue the point and refuse a refund!It speaks volumes about a company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction!

Great quality jet ski seat cover even though I didnt realize it is a DIY install. Unfortunately, going by the graphic images and without a proper description, I ordered the wrong cover. I cant return it because I selected custom colors. Customer service was friendly, and they do make the cover I need for my older model jet ski which I have not found anywhere else. So yes, now, I will order the RIGHT cover for my 3-SEATER jet ski.

I order a part on Wednesday and paid next day air and didn’t receive my part, so I called Monday and they said they lost the package in the warehouse and said they would resend it and I receive it Tuesday. So I’m not very happy that I paid next day air and didn’t receive my part till almost a week later and I called and they wouldn’t compensate for my shipping cost.

This place is a joke. Product I ordered came missing a part. Did not receive a tracking number so I had no idea where it was, if it shipped, or if the order even went through in the first place. Customer service is terrible which will bring this company down. Half the time you call nobody will answer, and when the say they will call you back the next day, good luck!

I had purchased the BlackTip Jetsports Elite traction mats for both of my 2002 F12 Aquatrax from Watercraft Superstore. Went with the white camo to reduce heat on the feet and help hide dirt.
