I was having terrible metatarsal pain in both feet and decided to give The Good Feet a try instead of opting for medications and injections. Christina was very knowledgeable about the products and we connected right away. She made sure I was comfortable with the fittings and very patient. Went to Good Feet this afternoon for planter fasciitis pain that I have been suffering with for over a year. My husband came with me too, hes been having metatarsal pain and foot fatigue. Kyle helped us out. He was very informative and attentive from the moment we walked in, set us both us with a shoe insert system. After trying them out in the store, I had no pain in my feet. I havent been pain free in way over a year. I highly recommend Kyle at The Good Feet Store in Clearwater.

Christina helped me and she was great. The good feet store is great. It is a very high priced purchase and they have a very good in depth sales pitch so I was worried I may have wasted a lot of money, but I bought what they recommended and used the product constantly as they recommended and while it wasnt a quick fix solution over time there were provable positive differences, not only that when I went back recently and got new imprints you could see how much better it was than before the good feet system had time to fix things up. Also when they heard about some minor problems I was still having they were able to switch out a couple of my inserts for ones that will hopefully help even more. I definitely recommend this place and I recommend Christina.

Its only been one day since going in to Good Feet Store to see if I can get relief. As I can not review relief yet. I can review Christina though. She was very polite and did her job well. I would recommend her to help steer you in right direction upon your arrival.

After measuring and foot pressure analysis, come to find out I needed not ‘larger’ shoes, but a wider shoe. I loved this place, no one judged me, no one pitied me, they helped me when I had a very difficult day where my feet were in pain. Christina was so awesome! She explained everything to me and even shared her experience with the inserts and working on her feet. She understood my lifestyle and explained what the best plan of action would be with the supports. Super happy with the service!!! I was helped by Jessica Gomez, she was super knowledgeable and answered any questions I had on the shoes. She introduced me to the insoles which was a huge help. All in all I would definitely recommend coming here and especially asking for Jessica.

I will admit I was a little skeptical when I walked into the good feet store because I always have the most difficult time finding shoes that fit me right and feel comfortable. Great place to go if you are having issues with your feet. Jessica was very informative about how your feet work with the rest of your body and how to correct any problems. They have a small selection of mens and womens shoes to choose from and they work with you to find the right insoles that work for you. Expensive in my opinion but if your feet feel better worth every penny I guess. Would recommend this store for sure.

Daniel ONeil was thoughtful in his approach. He listened very carefully to the information that I provided about the problem I am having with my feet. A had a spinal chord injury, had trouble walking and have been in pain for years! Podiatrists charged me for a new set of orthotics each year! I suffer terrible back pain and bi-lateral foot pain. I walked in the store hoping to find something to help me.I am on my feet a lot as a nurse and sneakers alone just isn’t cutting it anymore. I had the best care imaginable from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. I wish I remembered the two gentlemen in the store that helped Christina with my evaluation and fitting for the insert system. But they were all awesome. The first three days I had the inserts I worked 14 hour days. I was still tired but I felt a tremendous relief. It has been a week and I wish I would have done this sooner!! Thank you for all your help and I will see you all in a few weeks for my follow up. Just truly an amazing experience !!

The review 5 star is not for the store , but for the sales person Christina D for her professionalism and customer care!In 2020, I went to the Good feet store in Clearwater for for an arch support.The sales person was more interested in selling than paying attention to the customers need or problem. A 30 day free trial was guaranteed and only upon payment and receiving the receipt, the customer finds out that there is only store credit once you walk out of the store.This year I went back to the same store and luckily I met Christina.She took her time to help me with the purpose of going back.The store needs to recruit more people like her!!

Good feet in Clearwater Florida has been wonderful. They took the time to go over my issues and whether getting their supports could help. At the time, my knees were so soar I had trouble standing up and walking too. I love theme parks and it was a huge disappointment when my family came. I lived with daily pain. I had tried many other things and just not successful. I was in my early fifties and worried I would not be able to enjoy helping or working or what would I be able to do as time went on. Gradual steps to attain the correct support is so powerful. I don’t have knee issues, can help now when I want and even doing a new very physical career which will give me an opportunity to get in even better shape in my sixties. I highly recommend checking them out as it really can be an issue with the support for your foundation. Thank you so much for such an awesome product!

They have nothing to sell to you if you have a high arch or wide foot or even flat feet. It is hit or miss. If your foot has a normal arch and your feet are regular width, they may be able to help you out of pain. So study your own feet. They had almost no shoes to fit my feet and no arch to do the job. I tried at least six pairs of orthodics, many hurt my feet. The staff was friendly and helpful. But these are not custom orthodics. I spent five hundred dollars and came up empty largely because their business model is to help people with normal/average feet. All orthodics feel great in store and only hurt after use. So, if your feet are normal, this place may help you. If your feet have any unusual feature, go to MD.

I had a great experience at The good feet store in Clearwater. Kyle was so welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. He was patient with my daughter and myself. As well as the assistant helping him. The best part of the story! Just like the commercials, as soon as I put the shoes on with inserts, I had no pain!I’m trying to follow the plan as described, although I find myself wearing each on a little different cycle. Thank you!PART ONE:First - let me say that I am generally an open-minded skeptic (out of necessity - we only have so many resources - time, money, energy, and health - they are ALL finite). We live in a western world that EVERYTHING is a business. Unfortunately, when you have health problems, and your life deteriorates significantly, quickly - despite all efforts to help/save/correct the problem(s) - medical care in the Unites States is a complete joke. We live in a world where medical care in this country is no exception - its a business. I have a couple of NON self-inflicted chronic conditions that are not curable and are degenerative (according to what we know as humans and what approaches the medical community is taking).The last five years I have seen my health deteriorate, despite exercise, variety of medical treatment, diet, etc. The last 12 months things took a turn that no doctor (GP, Orthopedic, Neurologist, Podiatrist, GI, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Meditation, etc.) offered any helpful treatment for. Frustratingly, despite lacking a medical degree, I have a brain, tenacity, and a lot of common sense. Despite all efforts in trusting my doctors, Western approaches/doctors left me more drained, frustrated, and poorer at every turn - none used their so called professional expertise (or even COMMON SENSE, LISTENTING, OR DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS - which the medical populations skill are lacking severely this day in age despite the access we have to knowledge, technology, and help) even SUGGESTED things that dig deeper to address the problem. Thats all Ive done for 5 years is dig deeper and advocate for myself.Ive lost physical abilities consistently at a much higher rate than just aging alone, in general, would explain - this is an understatement. Doctors always just eventually just got to the message its normal or deal with it or I cant help you. I put in my own work on my problems, but when we live in a world with SO MUCH access to EVERYTHING, basic medical health is hugely lacking, and we all know it is not affordable, especially when you were self-employed, running your own business, etc. We wont even go into the modern COVID-affected era. I was able to run a 6 minute mile a year ago, and three years ago I was hiking, traveling, climbing, skiing, playing tennis, etc. on a regular basis...but I had issues with joints and back and hip and knees that NO DOCTOR addressed when I brought them up. Again - thats normal according to so many ridiculous and lazy doctors (or doctors that are confined by the system - more realistically).Crohns disease has known impact to our bodys auto-responses, with INFLAMMATION being a number one symptom that MANY doctors ignore and say this is normal” or “it is aging or take this pill or buy this contraption. I am a highly responsible person, but I am also a realist. I have tried EVERYTHING to eliminate pain on my left side of my body from head to toe that literally became debilitating, and painful 24-7.I am not one to call things emergency if they are really not. I dont cry wolf. I did, however, try to navigate the U.S.s messed up medical system and essentially - one can only do that so long - even as discerning as one can be - before running out of resources or wanting to give up.(Continued in Part Two of this review…)

At the Good Feet store, I spent over an hour there to have my feet examine and fitted for insoles that would be most comfortable for me. I knew things did not seem right when I asked for the price of the insole and my question was ignored until the end when it is time to pay. The staff there (including the supervisor) fit me into an insole that I was completely satisfied with. I went to the register and I took out my credit card (before I inserting into the machine) and asked about their return policy. I was informed they do not accept returned items and that I would automatically be enrolled into the lifetime warranty eligible for replacement on defective items. Okay fair enough, so then I asked what is my total and the staff responded one-twelve-seven-six., she nearly confused me by how she presented the total price, so I prepared to swipe, and just before I did I asked to see the total on the screen (which was hidden from me until I swiped my card) and there it was! she nearly tricked me into a $1,120.76 total bill for one pair of insoles right in front of the supervisor!!! According to The cost of the Good Feet website, arch supports vary but generally run from $149-$399 per pair. I was extremely disappointed as a customer and a former salesman. I felt cheated by the Good Feet store in Clearwater, Florida. The term the supervisor used there is Sticker-shock and to avoid customers leaving before considering the product they choose to withhold the price until the end. The supervisor failed to acknowledge how they tried to trick me, needless to say, I was not a victim of this horrible dishonest sale tactic, so be careful and ask for the price before you are stuck with it.

These are the worst inserts I have ever had in my life. I wore them according to directions and each day my feet got worse and worse and worse. Not only that, my left hip began to hurt as well and it was obviously because the inserts were making it out of position. If you are even considering going to a Good Feet store turn around and go home. I tried to return them for credit and its not happening so they are totally unresponsive to creating a satisfactory customer experience. They stuck and save yourself pain and anguish and dont get them.

Our visit to the Clearwater Good Feet store was a good experience as the sales representative, Jessica was friendly and very knowledgeable. After having difficulties with my original fitting, she went out of her way to coordinate a visit to the Brandon store for re-fitting. It was closer to our location and we appreciated her effort. Suzanne at Brandon was very good too! Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I was unable to tolerate the adjustments experienced when you transition your feet with these supports. Jessica, once again was professional and was able to assist us with an agreeable resolution. In the future, once my knees are better (after stem cell injections), I would try the Good Feet Store again.

I cannot express enough of How these insoles have alleviated so much pain and I feel like me again and whole. I suffer from plantar fasciitis in both feet. I am a full time server so I am on my feet 6-10 hours at a time. It is brutal. I have tried every generic brand name store bought shoe insert possible and spent thousands of dollars seeing an orthopedic and still deal with feet pain 24/7. My aunt referred me to The Good Feet Store and boy am I glad she did. Kyle was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly where to start with me. I have a follow up appointment with him in a month and I can’t wait to see my progress. I highly recommended this location if you are having any sort of feet pain. I got my first pair 20 years ago in Panama City, my 2nd and 3rd pair from the Tampa store 10 years ago, and now my 4th set. I wear them in every shoe, sandal, and flip flop! In addition, getting the back support seat for my sciatica and the long drive home with a cute pair of pink deck shoes - it was a fun experience all around. Had orthotics custom professionally made by severalpodiatrist. None ever seemed to help. Dan measured my feet and took footprints. Because of my flat feetthe arthritis in my back had made my back pain off the charts. I can say after only a short time the pain has subsided substantially Thanks Dan !!!

$900 for the insoles, and after less than 2 weeks of using them, barely able to walk now, went to return them was instead refitted and asked to continue to suffer. Will give it a final try. If by Tuesday the pain increases will be looking for a refund. Addendum : Today I went back, the manager very nicely asked me to give the insoles a try (refitted once again) and I am willing to give it a try for two more weeks. The manager stated if not satisfied she will refund the money to me. Lets see how it goes from 10/16 to 10/31. The story will continue. Hope for the best, then the stars could change... Only time will tell. Update 10/31/2018 The manager asked me to try them for two more weeks, I did but still a lot of pain. Went in and was given a full no buts refund. I really appreciate how Wendy handled the situation.

I had a very bad experience at your store. The young man who helped me did not know enough about my problem. He was just interested in selling me $1300 inserts immediately. I would never come back & be sure to tell my friends that your store is just interested in dollar signs & not improving my feet problems.

Jessica did a great job getting my feet, back and hip back on track. She set me up with the works. Strengtheners maintainers relaxers.I had always just gotten the maintainers. Apparently they were no longer enough.The strengtheners in the morning do a great job for my feet later in the day the maintainers keep my feet from hurting and in the evening the relaxers are just enough.Thank you so much Jessica for all your help

Im so impressed that christina helped with me not having an appointment. She made me feel like I was worth it!!! Amazing to lower my foot and back pain... Eventually to not hurting. Thanks for making me feel fantastic. When you go in they have a fantastic foot messaged too!!!

Oh my god what a difference! Don’t let the dollar amount stop you from making your life instantly better! Use Care Credit lol but seriously Christina is amazing, so knowledgeable and answers any questions you may have for her. The inserts themselves have improved my quality of life a thousand fold. Now whenever I have shoes on I have no pain because the inserts spread out the weight of my whole body along my whole foot! If you ask me every shoe company should start installing good feet inserts into their shoes instead of soles that actually don’t help with pain and almost add more pain! I’m rambling lol if I’m doubt get Good Feet whether you have foot pain already or want to avoid it for as long as you can.
