Linda today at Thu May 6, was so friendly as I drove thru the gate. With a wave greet as I drove in. I later walked into the office to realize that she was the person behind the counter. Linda is absolutely phenomenal. We recently moved across country and needed a place to store all of our belongings while we find our new home. She answered every question we could throw at her, and even gave us recommendations from things to keep our belongings pristine to places to visit. I relocated to Florida from Indiana in late December. Unfortunately, the apartment complex I was moving in to, used full advantage of this and I was scammed. The experience portrayed was def not the experience endured. I called Public Storage because I needed a place to store my belongings, and quickly. Linda was extremely helpful! She was not only kind, but attentive. She took the time to help me find a spot sufficient to my needs. She didnt try to oversell or scam. DONT TRUST THIS facility as they want to keep your items especially if youre trying to pay and they say that its only in so and sos name so you cant pay your monthly fee! I moved from Chicago to Florida with the help of my fiance but he passed away recently now I cant get into my storage unit with my childrens collages and memorandums my sons been sleeping on the floor due to no access nor trying to pay but he wont accept payment!

Clean closes at 9. Raised my monthly without notice

Been using public storage on and off for years. sandy is the absolute best i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! very friendly and courteous.

Unethical business that has a class action lawsuits against them and will deceive you with a smile on their face. Super friendly as they’re signing you up. Down hill after your stuff is moved in. I chose this place because they advertised the first month for a $1 and $150 a month after that. After being there 6 months they auto withdrew $200 from my bank and overdrew my account. I thought there must have been a mistake in billing so I called and was transferred from the store to corporate. Turns out there is a sentence on one of the 20 pages of contracts they rush you through signing as they stand over you and offer a brief description of what you’re signing as you try to read it on a little point of sale machine that says “after 6 months” they can raise the price to whatever they want to. Which of course means you’re screwed because your stuff is already there. They tried to justify it and say market rate had gone up but when I acted like a new customer trying to get a price they offered me the same $150 so clearly that was a lie. After that experience and I realized what kind of a company I was dealing with I did a Google search and found out they have a class action lawsuit against them for deceiving people in regards to insurance. So I looked closer at my account and saw they were automatically charging me $15 a month for insurance and had never given me any other options. I brought it up with them and they said they could drop the price down to the $10 one instead of $15 so I asked what’s the difference and her response was “it still covers everything” !!!! It wasn’t until I specifically asked if I needed to get insurance through them that she told me no I didn’t have to at all. I got my stuff out of there and I would never trust them again.

The units are clean and I feel my belongings are very safe. This place is great. They were also cheaper than the first two storage facilities I contacted. Public Storage is the best.

Rachel was very pleasant, patient and helpful as I kept moving the date I was transferring from one unit to another. She handled the flow of people in the office with professionalism and courtesy while taking care of each of us. She got me into the right size unit close to where my other one was to make the transfer as easy as possible.

The location i rent from is always clean and secure as well as Jeanette-the property manager is always friendly and professional .Whenever i leave Im confident knowing that my unit is within eyesight of the managers office and to me thats double the security....... great place to keep your things . Cathy is a Great manager. Filled out an online application and before I could print the receipt she called on the phone to confirm. I had access to my storage unit in less than 30 minutes. Do not rent from this place. After 6 months they Jack the rent up 30 percent. My rent went from 126 to 165. Corporate is no help. Dont rent from any public storage facilitys. Total scam. Life storage rent increase was 15 dollars after a year and half.
