Cindy Bernard treated me like family. She is so friendly I felt like I have known her forever. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. My husband and I were looking for a vacation home in Florida and I saw one of Cindy’s listings. Being from Maryland I only knew one other person in Florida. Cindy met my friend Sue at the property and did a video walkthrough with her since I couldn’t come down. Cindy made Sue feel comfortable and answered any and all questions we both had. Fast forward we decided we wanted the property. Her professionalism didn’t stop there. She helped me by getting information about the home like room sizes, who the electric and cable companies were that I needed to contact and also was able to suggest a person to help us move in when we got there. Daniela was wonderful. She is a true professional. We lived in Wisconsin and were looking for a home in Clearwater without coming down ahead of time due to COVID-19. She helped us find our new home, set up a video tour, and answered all of our questions right away. Now that we are down here & settling in, she has helped us find a handyman to do the updates & changes we want to get done. If we move again we will definitely go with Daniela.
