Worst Kitchen experience ever!! After a pipe burst in my home forcing a kitchen remodel, I reached out to TBM. Biggest waste of my time ever! First, they aren’t a mill anymore and outsource all manufacturing. Second they will sell you a product then make it impossible to get while trying to out-price the job to install the product. I was referred to “the best contractor ever” - he wanted to charge me 200k to install a kitchen that was already paid for!SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Shop elsewhere!

We were shopping for an alternative to the pre-made cabinets our contractor was offering for our master bathroom and closet remodel. We found Tampa Bay Millworks through an online search and decided to visit their showroom. We are so glad we did! They have a fantastic selection of wood species, hardware, and design ideas. They also sell a great selection of interior doors that they can custom finish and install. Kandi was especially helpful with the initial design layouts. She came to our home to go over the details and layouts. Dan followed up with on-site measurements once the wall finishes were installed and Geoff and Joe completed the installation of the cabinets, new doors and mirrors. Everything turned out great as you can see from the photos. If you are looking for options that are above and beyond anything a pre-made cabinet system or the big box stores can offer, we highly recommenced the folks at Tampa Bay Millworks!

I went to Tamp Bay Millworks because I had a unique problem of purchasing floors that had no bull nosing options for steps. I went looking for how to address this dilemma. I was serviced by 2-3 people who gave me multiple options to consider. They also were able to provide me a stain that matched my floor perfectly! Thanks to them I was able to complete a job quickly that had been troubling me on how to address for a month. What made me feel good is that i was treated as well as if this was a $1000 job when it was actually a $50 job but was important to me. It was impressed with the fact that it was helping the customer that was important to them, not how much money I was bringing in. If you have any projects that they would service I highly recommend them.

They have done 3 projects in my house, 2 small and 1 major. They have amazing attention to detail. I wish I could afford to have them do more of my projects. Everything is very high quality and they are very patient when planning. They are honest and clear on what they can and cant do. They are super busy, so must plan ahead for start dates. When I do DIY, I buy my baseboards from them, primed and spray painted. I am always able to get my design and the quality is consistent. I will always recommend them!

We are completing a major remodel to the center of our home, which is an open area consisting of kitchen, living room, dining, and sunroom. TBM played a major role in the transformation, and we are extremely happy with everything they did for us. Tracy, did a great job designing our kitchen and helping us pick out countertops, hardware, and cabinetry for the kitchen, as well as the media unit and bookshelves. Tracy was with us from start to finish communicating status, coordinating the schedule, and ensuring our satisfaction. She was our point of contact for most everything, and a pleasure to work with. We also purchased shiplap and tongue and groove planking to cover the ceilings and kicthen island, and Jailene made sure we were able to get exactly what we needed in terms of consistent lengths as opposed to variable lengths the way the planking normally shipped. She also suggested a contractor for the ceiling installation, and we are very happy with the results. Geoff, the owner, installed all the cabinets, and he is truly an artisan. Actually magician might be a better way to describe him. He is extremely meticulous, went the extra mile, and all the cabinetry looks incredible; beyond our expectations! We highly recommend TBM, and cannot thank them enough for the incredible work they did for us!!

Tampa Bay Millworks is awesome and supplied me with all my needs. They helped me with custom designs on cabinets, kitchens doors, flooring and much more. I highly recommend working with them, and there prices were much more reasonable than other companies.

BEWARE! My husband and I have been trying to get a simple quote from this place for almost 4 weeks now. We provided the dimensions of our double front doors, gave the exact model of door we wanted and called for a quote. After not getting back to us for a week, we called again and left a voicemail. Another week passes and no phone call. I called and spoke with someone who says they didnt have our information on file but they would call us back. No phone call. A few days ago, I called and asked for a Manager. They said she was inundated and couldnt come to the phone. They took my number AGAIN.... still today, no phone call. We tried making it easy for them, wanted to pay with cash, and followed up several times. If this is how they do business, we will go elsewhere!

If you need custom doors, this is the place. Even if its not custom they are competitive. Huge selection. Rich is a great guy to work with. Their showroom is pretty nice, where they offer pretty much anything for bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Im not sure if I would use them for everything because I havent worked with that side of the house yet but they have some interesting models that give different ideas.

These guys are top-shelf! They have everything I need, they do it right, and they go above and beyond to service me and my customers. The staff really knows their trade, and It shows in their work! Kandi & Geoff have a niche business that makes Tampa Bay proud. Stop in and see for yourself!

Don’t bother with these people. I needed some trim for a bar I’m building for my company and this place was suggested by a business associate. I was treated in a downright hostile fashion. I was in the middle of trying to show one of the employees what I had in mind and he WALKED AWAY without looking to go chat with the secretary about something else. I then suggested they didn’t need my business and they agreed saying I should go someplace else. Unbelievable! I suppose unless you show up in a Tuxedo prepared to remodel a mansion, spending 6 figures, they really don’t need or want the business. Consider yourselves warned.

Tampa Bay Millworks is a phenomal wood shop. Every item I have ordered, and had manufactured, came in perfectly. This Skylar kid was there, when I made a purchase. He seemed clueless, and completely lost. Leave the big jobs to the men little boy.

I was originally sent to this place by a contractor who happens to be my cousin. Originally staff was helpful and pricing was comparable however, Candy, an owner, quoted me a price 72 sqft. then when I came to pick up my order 1 week past quoted time to get the wood 118 sqft. The price had risen by almost 200$ and the cutting that I asked and paid for was not done to my liking, I asked for the boards to be ready for gluing. I brought the wood home because I felt like I could still use it but the wood wasnt straight edged rip like I asked for, secondly the customer service sucked. I returned the wood unused, and charged 300$ in fees to return wood. I would steer clear of this place. shady owners and place. No, I wont remove. you even knew you miss quoted me to get my business and the product I received was subpar. My mistake was accepting it in the first place, lesson learned. 3 of my contractor friends and I wont be using you anymore. I stick by my original review, I have pictures of how 3 of the 8 boards having cracks in the board 6in. long (knowing its unusable). Ill probably see you in small claims court. As I said before steer clear of this place. There is much better customer service and product out there

We had Kandi & Geoff at Tampa Bay Millworks build us a custom Bathroom vanity. We recently remodeled our bathroom and could not find a vanity that we liked. I met with Kandi and told her what we were looking for, they gave us EXACTLY what we asked for. The vanity is beautiful and their craftmanship was perfect. They used only the best materials. We are very pleased with the vanity and highly recommend their services!!
