Have been a customer of this company for a number of years and have always been extremely satisfied with their customer service and the services provided by their very knowledgeable and able technicians. When Fred came out today for our semi-annual service visit he spotted a problem which will be fixed in a timely manner, thus avoiding a much more serious problem down the road. Always appreciate the extra attention to detail from these folks and how the semi annual visits help to prevent what could be very expensive repairs when problems are not addressed in a timely manner.

So today I had my new AC unit installed by AJ, Tom and Nick…. They were amazing!!!! Not only did they explain everything they were going to do they were very neat and clean…. As I said in my last post they are very prompt which now a days is never the case when you’re having something done. I would highly recommend this company and these 3 guys to everyone!!! I did want to say that the salesmen Jeff was great too!! He re arranged his entire schedule just to fit us in which I really appreciated. He gave me information on setting the thermostat and even let me know I could change the color if I wanted to! He asked if I had a new filter and put that in for me! Leland was the tech who worked on my AC. I wanted an evaluation of my 11 year old system. He did a very professional job and did not try to sell me anything. He described what the condition of my system was and recommended what needed to be done. He cleaned the system and installed a part that would have soon failed. My mini split a/c unit wasn’t blowing cold air they came and checked it out. Did not find anything really wrong so took unit apart and did annual maintenance. It was working very well after the maintenance. They were on time and came out the day after I called them on a Saturday morning.

We used Pinellas Comfort System to redo duct work and install a ductless unit. We bought our house with an Ac unit to small for our house and until the hot of June we didn’t know. They came out quickly and fixed it for us so we could survive the summer heat. Any time we have an issues they are always professions and quick to come help.

This company is very professional and courteous. The install went really well and my AC is working the best I ever had. My power bill was literally cut in half. I would also recommend their service contract, it lowers the stress of worrying about clogged lines or drain pans filling with water and shutting down the system. Living in Florida you cant avoid clogged lines no matter what system. They do a great job!

Within 45 of our call, we had a service tech at our door (David Sattele). He was very polite and able to get the unit up and running within an hour. My only reason for deducting 1 star is due the price, it was a simple service call. There was no major repair needed, just a tightening of some parts and the bill was over $200. We installed dehumidifiers and an air cleaner! Greg and Jeff were great at addressing our humidity issue and providing a solution. They followed up and stayed in touch during the whole process. This is the second time I’ve had them come out as part of a maintenance contract. The technician today (Jarred) was very thorough, personable and went beyond what was done previously by tidying up and buttoning up my air handler and adding some insulation to the gas line that I had previously purchased.

We discovered some rats were chewing on our ducts, and I chose Pinellas Comfort System at random (best decision ever). The office staff were so friendly and helpful. Plus they asked questions Ive never heard from other repair folks during the pandemic: has anyone been out of the country, is anyone sick or coughing, etc. I was so surprised and immediately put at ease. Everyone who came to the house kept their distance AND wore facemasks.I was never pressured or scared into replacing our 14 year old a/c. Also, ALL my questions were answered, including my curiosity about adding a UV air purifier. I was given many options, with explanations, in my quote, with zero pressure.When Larry came to replace the damaged duct, he took the time to explain how the ducts were laid out and even let me know he didnt saw/heard any presence of rats. Before he got into the attic, he told me about all the issues I may run into, including deteriorating ducts. After, he said my ducts looked good and he couldnt find any additional issues. Again, no scare tactic or pressure. How refreshing!Calling PCS was the best thing I could have done, as a home owner. Theyre honest, friendly, adhere to safety measures, and the completed work was impeccable. (I did get the whole house purifier and LOVE it)

The technician, Josh, was friendly, professional and thorough.
