Product is great. The lighted display stands make my paperweights look beautiful. Also, great customer service. Forgot one item on an order so placed another order. They were nice enough to combine the orders when shipping and saved me on shipping costs. Will buy from them again.

We ordered diamond paperweights for honoree gifts for our 10 year anniversary celebration. They were a HUGE hit! I am sure the ONLINE experience is wonderful, but having found this on Google Maps, I didnt know realize it was online only store. I did find that out after 1 hour of travel to and from my hotel and multiple times around the block to finally realize there was not a actual walk in store. Very disappointed. Was hoping to buy gifts WHILE I was here.

I ordered 350 sandblast engraved glass diamonds. They arrived within the time frame as promised, were excellent quality, and the cost was much better than I was able to find anywhere else. The Phoenix Orion staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will order from them in the future.

I have had the best luck with the lighted display bases that I get from Phoenix Orion. I have 6 cabinets full of Swarovski crystal, decorative eggs, gemstones and beautiful glassware. I have used only Phoenix Orion rotary LED bases with multiple colors to highlight my finest pieces. My collection has expanded to include two more remarkable glass sculptures, so its time for more lighted bases from P-O. They have customer service that matches the high quality of their products, whether its giving phone support for pre-ordering sale items or helping with the details of an individual account.
