We went there for my granddaughter to make 4 veteran bears for 4 svc men at BayPines in St Pete . They have noone around area. What a awesome

Mt husband and i went here for the first time to do a birthday bear for our daughter who just turned 2 years old. It was a great experience. VERY helpful staff, and kid friendly. Our daughter is extremely shy when it comes to other adults and the staff was very patient with her. Overall a great experience!!

It did not have the largest selection. It was nice but there are better store locations with larger product selection.

Love to this store! The staff here was so , so friendly and helpful to us! They have a very large selection of bears and animals for you to build! Lots of clothes and accessories for your creations!! They stuff your bears, you pick a heart & sounds to include if you want. It can get pretty pricey with all the clothes etc. I joined the club online and got a coupon! So, it was very affordable. Its an experience. At least try it once.

Every one of the kids in my family get a bear or whatever they would like from here between the ages of 18 months and 4 years old.It is a great experience to watch them have so much fun stuffing and bathing their own toy.Love this place

Amazing staff who made sure my experience was pristine, very attentive, and helpful. I always have a blast with their heart ceremony, its full of beautiful puns, and brings back a certain childlike wonder again, while never failing to put a smile on my face. Time and again Ive had nothing but amazing visits with this location, and I know that I will continue to experience as much in my future visits to this wonderful place.

They need to add a bench or chairs.

I had a really great time making a pikachu friend here for my birthday! There were tons of cute accessories and I loved their spend $30 get a $10 gift card for $5 deal because I can go back and get some cool accessories later if I want! The girl who did my heart ceremony and stuffed my friend was really sweet and friendly, and didnt skip the cute parts just because Im older, which was really special for me. I cant wait to go back!

With one person working the register and one person obviously stuffing the bear it took us over an hour to get our bear done. Not ideal, and it is a bit warm in there so heads up for all the people who do not do well with heat. But everybody who works there was nice so I gave it three stars

We went to get my daughters birthday bear today. The process went very smoothly and the associate who helped us did a great job trying to interact even though, as a one-year-old, she didnt really get the whole making a wish thing.

This is such a cute place to go. Whenever I go to a new state, I make sure to go and get a build a bear. Its always organized, the staff lets you take your time and theyre super nice.

Very nice staff and clean store. Expensive but they do have deals that make it reasonable. My children enjoyed the experience.

They dont take apple or Google pay and refused to take my card number.

The entire staff was really helpful and friendly; the manager overheard my son asking me to help him find gloves/mittens and went digging in drawers to find them and bring them to us before we ever asked for help.

Wasted 4 hours on the pay for your age day promotion. All they gave was the lousy voucher. They could have planned it better but they chose not. Saw many upset children. Vote with your wallet!!

I think her name is Sarah, she’s a teacher and she is SO NICE. She stuffed the bear and was so personal with the kids she was working with. Mine is two so he can’t talk with her really but she got him to press with his foot, kiss the heart, and put it in the bear.

Such a fun place to take your child to let them make their own special stuffed animal!

My first time at this store was sad. I took my grandchildren for the Pay your age day today. The lines were so long it filled the whole top floor of the mall. When we were told to go to the back of the mile long line to wait for a voucher I knew this wasnt going to be good. That was a crazy thing to ask a bunch of little kids to do. Unfortunately we didnt get bears or vouchers.

I was very disappointed with the Build-A-Bear Workshop in the Countryside Mall they didnt even have the decency on September 9th 2016 when they had the promotion going for the $5 bears to tell people who are waiting in line or put a sign at the door they were all out of the $5 bears made them wait in a line for a half hour with their children to get to the front just to tell them there was no bear I would not recommend this location
