Not to bad. Great prices for rent.

I lived here for almost a decade. I have seen some of the negative reviews and am puzzled with them as I hadnt experienced anything negative while living there unless it was an unruly neighbor (that was dealt with promptly). People say they nickel and dime and charge for move-out but I moved in with a $1500 deposit which was returned to me in whole. Crystal and Hailey were always fun to say hi to and were more than accommodating to myself and anyone who was a guest in my home. They are very personable and have a true interest in tenants well being and situations. People say there is no pest control? I had to tell them to stop coming because it was so frequent. I did much of my indoor pest control and they took care of the outer portion of my apartment. Did I see a roach here or there? Yes... we are in Florida and it happens to be the state bird! As far as ants, same thing. They may come in at peak season and if there are any pest issues, management will handle it Stat. I had a toilet leak that spiked my water bill to 400$. Management took care of it! Didnt cost me a dime. The maintenance crew is always quick to handle any issues a tenant may have.My guess is that the negative reviews come from the same unruly tenants I may have dealt with from time to time. This place is a gem and worth living at! The only reason I moved out was due to my 14 y/o being diagnosed with Leukemia and having to make some life changes. I miss living at Oak Creek and had a great life while living there.

There was a listing on apartments.com for this location. I called them every day for 2 weeks and no one ever picked up, despite being during regular office hours. When I finally did get a hold of someone (Crystal) I started with “I’ve been trying to....” and she hung up on me. Didn’t even let me finish. Didn’t even let me tell her that I was looking for information about an apartment. I called back and she was very rude. She told me they just rented out the last of the apartments, and that I should’ve called sooner. Horrible customer service.

It was a very nice place 3 years ago but now it seems like they just let anyone in, very loud, no parking for people who live here, ppl partying all times of morning , police every other weekend... I would not recommend to anyone

Great place for a great price. Management is always there to work with you on whatever may come up. Pool is maintained and nice.

Ive live here for six years and have been very happy. Management and Maintenance staff have been wonderful! Its very quiet and close to everything. The oak trees are beautiful!

This place is great. I just moved in last month, and so far its the nicest place Ive seen in this area, this place is well set-back from the main street, and its very nice and quiet. Maintenance was quick to take care of the very few minor things I found when I moved in. So far, I like it a lot. My dog loves all the old oak trees here ! My apartment has a washer & dryer inside so I can come home from work and do it when I want to. The insides are like new, and it is a good size for the price, plus I can add a roommate later on if I want to ... so far so good ! :)

Starting on my fourth year here and Ive been taken good care of! This is a great community. Well maintained, close to everything, and awesome staff. Very happy!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would very unimpressed I went there on a Monday and I was told there were 4 apartments available I came back with applications and money orders on Wednesday and there like oh there all taken what???? This place is a joke the lady was no help and rude. Don’t ever live here go anywhere else and don’t ever try to apply cause they’ll take your money and keep it!!!!

Ive been here for a few months & its nice & quiet. I love my apartment. The staff is very nice. The only problem I have is there is only 2 maintenance guys. Ive needed a few things fixed and I have to keep calling to remind them or else itll never get done.... the maintenance guys are awesome, but 2 of them just isnt enough. This place is pretty big. & also I dont think they walk the property and pick up trash to keep it clean.... Im always seeing cans, bags, paper, etc on the ground& they stay there.... sprinkler system is reclaimed water so it makes my apartment smell like straight up ass.... I hate that!

This is honestly one of the best places to live at. Im a maintenance technician and I have worked at plenty of different properties including this one and compared to all the other apartments in Pinellas County this is one of the best ones. Sure it has its problems but all apartments do there isnt a perfect property anywhere, but if you want to live somewhere where the residents are nice and the property manager in the Assistant Property Manager both care about their residents in their problems and try to strategize to see how they can keep the residents happy then this is the place to be. Kudos!

Moved here 4 months ago and so far very happy! No issues whatsoever. Quiet, clean,and safe.

Ive lived here for a few years. Its gone downhill. My air conditioner hasnt been working properly for months, but every time they come out to fix it, its the same excuse. I bet if their house was at 85 degrees during the day, they would make sure it gets fixed! Ive got kids and pets living in this heat, and today the repair guy basically said theres nothing they can do.Edit to add: They have accused me of lying about changing my air filters because they have personally never seen me. They also thanked me for a two star review! They came to clean the coils, and apparently it took 3 hours, just the same amount of time I was away from the house. The coils looked clean this time, much different from last time, but my AC still was not under 80 until after 12 am midnight.

This place had shootings and fighting tenants 3-4 times a week. The apartment complex do not like to fix things. The toilets and pipes are not efficient or update. You are responsible for water bill because the bill is ridiculously high because the toilets , showers and Pipes are not updated causing leaks -resulting in 400+Bills. You will never get your Deposit back. Apparently they charge everyone for the same items. To clean the carpet and to repaint the walls, items that would fall under normal wear and tear and required to be completed by the complex before a new tenant moves in.

Staff were friendly and it was quiet most of the time. Unfortunately I would not expect to get your deposit back. I left my apartment clean and was told that no deposit due to being in not clean with no specifics as to what was wrong.

They were very rude. No pest control. Very money hungry

Like most apartments noise will be an issue but get a 2nd floor unit if you can. Being on the first floor you can hear just about every movement from the unit above you, including a cat smacking a ball around or the tv above you... I wouldve liked this place more if I felt maintenance issues were handled promptly. We waited nearly 3 weeks for someone to come back to our unit after we had a leak from our ceiling, stemming from an issue with the flooring in the unit above us. It was brushed off by maintenance and they gave us a dehumidifier for a week to use after poking the cracking drywall and foundation back into the hole. I do suggest that the management find a better system for maintenance to prioritize these issues and get some sort of a pet clean up station. This would probably minimize the amount of dog poo on the property. I do feel that there has been an uptick in issues needing police to come out within our last few months here not that this isnt an issue in other communities as well. Only other suggestion I have for them is to invest in a trash compactor or have the city come out more often. Trash piling up around the bin was a constant issue in the back half of the community.All in all, I did love having at least one assigned parking space and that management was friendly whenever we did call. They were really great with finding us a first floor unit like we requested within the amount of time we did have to move. Also loved that there are washer and dryers in the units. I cannot imagine an apartment without these amenities these days. This community does have a pool but to be honest weve only been twice, but it does have one! This place is great if you are on a budget and needing a 2/2 unit thats located near local stores and highways.

I used to live there and it was awful. When i was there, there was a freaking prison next to the apartments!!!!!! Every one always fought, the pool was never clean, and the rooms were so small, my five person family could barely fit in there, and im glad i move just last year

This community is a great place to live here in Clearwater, Florida. Once you get back in to the property there are tons of really nice oak trees. Its quiet and the people who live in my building are nice. I have a 2 bedroom, and it is nice and big. I am thinking I am going to renew my lease here as long as they dont raise the rent.

Rude staff, horrible maintenace (stuck a broken screen in my closet), and was threatened to be arrested for vandalism when other kids threw furniture in the pool whom I did not know and told I shouldnt be in the pool without an adult (Im 17, Im permitted without an adult)Dont say I dont live here either, Im in the 11 building.

They dont have maintenance fix things for 2-3 months, and neighbors are always throwing parties and keeping me up at night. Apartments have roaches, and ants. Have to fix things yourself, and do your own pest control. People have kids running around without supervision, and people trash the place, as well as mess with your car, and your apartment ( came home to broken glass outside of mine ). Again , really noisy neighbors. You can hear everything in the apartment above you.

There is nothing wrong with these apartments its the neighbor apartments that give problems but theres not much that can be done about them, only time cops are called over here is to get the other neighborhood residents out . Crystal is really what sold me here shes very caring of the residents and works extra hard to make sure everyone is satisfied . If there are any bugs you just request for the pest control to come and they spray while youre away :) its Florida there are going to be bugs ... Any times I need any type of maiantnace they come quickly and effectively ! What great service . I love the washer and dryer hook up so convient . Staff there espeivat crystal is always willing to work with you and very very kind . Its super quiet had very friendly residents that are super helpful too . I have not had any signs of mold everything smells new and very clean . I love my apartment !

I lived here for over a year and will be moving out very soon, the apartment is full of mold only notice this in the winter. I spent a lot of time doing laundry to get the mold off my clothing, got really sick off of this also.. The closets are nasty with mold. I threw away a lot of my shoes as they were so covered in mold. I refuse to ever clean them. When I mentioned it to the office staff they told me that there was nothing they can do about it!!!!!!!!Last summer (2012) the apartment which we occupied on the first floor flooded the reason being the foundation has a crack in it. There was even water coming out of the windows as they are sooooo old and only has a single pane glass...The staff bought a humidifier to assist with the drying out of the carpet did not help much.We had some really noisy neighbours (young couple) always arguing, had to call the cops out quite a couple of times. People dont care to clean up after their pets so.... there is crap all over the place!!!!The maintenance crew use to be good at first now they take a couples of days well to sort out your problems... They have raised the rent and it is definitely not worth the price they are asking.The office staff can be very rude at times also. Please think long and hard before you move into this complex.THANK GOD I AM MOVING OUT OF HERE VERRRRRYYYYYYY SOOON!!!

Im reading the reviews as I am seriously looking for a place near St. Petersburg and I read the reply from management!? Omg I cant believe a professional property manager would post a reply so unprofessional! Doesnt seem like a place for me.

Im to worry living here because.My daughter is with cough all time and i call to the office and I did complainants my neighbor is smoking every day Marihuana in the mornings or 3pm and nights 7pm or 9:30pm all smoke goes to my apartment. .and coming of loundry ..Im want leave this apartment but I did lease for one year..And that expire on AprilIm so worry and I dont know what can I do.....my little baby still sick and she have use machine for breath better...OMG!!!Yesterday Dic/16/2016 7:30pmToday Dic/17/2016 7:42pmMy neighbor still smoking weed and my appartment is with smoke all these nights..my baby still having problems with breath..and nobody in the office apartment care..Nothing changeOne week ago the lady of the office call me and said :call to the policeSo I get fix that?Please...if u read this...Think before live here. ..this is like nightmare.When I start living her I find bugs y have proof and picture of all that.I get fix that. And buy .every 3 months pest control products.

New staff is excellent. Maintenance calls response time is excellent. Need to be more selective with tenants they allow in and make everyone abide by lease requirements because everyone sbould be allowed to live in peace and not have our homelife disrupted by a few ner-do-wells.

After having several conversations with the office and having maintenance check the carpet to my bedroom that was being soaked and soiled from a leak coming in from outside the window they gave me their word I wouldn’t be charged for the carpet but did when I moved out. They don’t care about you just their money

The apartments all leak and have mold. THe managers solution to flooding apts was to put a blower against a wall.. Place constantly smells of mold and the solution is always I dont know what to doYou can probably find drug baggies walking around the property or from one of the kids that are always up to no good here. Did I mention shopping carts? Yes the property is full of them. Last month the news letter had an article about the landscaping decorated with shopping carts. ENOUGH SAID.If you move here your place will most likely flood or youll get kids destroying your car. Landscaping has a nice trash wrapper decor. You can walk out of your front door and find a nice array of cig butts and trash.The office staff talks trash on everyone who lives here and has gone through more maint guys then I can count.I googled the names of the people on last months news letter and what I found was scarey!!! even scarier is the maint guy has burglary record!

This is our 2nd year here. We just renewed our lease. It is very nice and shady. It is away from the main road so you dont hear all the noise. It is very nice and quiet most times. There are a couple kids but not many so we don;t hear that much noise. We have a 2 bed 2 bath. The apt is very nice and spacious for the price. It has a washer and dryer include which most places do not have. Maintenance is very nice and they respond immediately. Office staff is just as nice and very friendly. They care and get to know you. We are also close to pretty much everything so its a wuck drive to get where you need to go. I ride my bike and this location is ideal to get me to work. You also have the bus system right out front.Great apts and has everything we were looking for in our budget. Now onto the couple of bad thing. They raised the rent by $30. That is very high to re new a lease. I know itg et raised some but not that much. Not enough closet space. the master bed closet had the W/D and a small hang up place and the other closet is in the bedroom. Very inconvenient. . some neighbors are trashy and leave stuff outside but if you tell the office they will take care of it.Otherwise this is a great place to live.

I broke my lease 1 month before the terms were up. The apartment was infested with mold. I got black mold poisoning, I had to go the hospital 6 different times to get treatment. Im still dealing with rashs and hives months after leaving. I told them I was leaving because I kept getting sick, and they refused to clean the mold. Now they reported it to collections for $4,500! How does a 1 month of 725 turn into $4,500 dollars in beyond me. Now there collection company calls me numerous times a day. Numerous other tenants complained of the same issues.

Do not expect to get your deposit back. They will lie up a storm and tell you that the carpet is ruined even if there are zero stains. This has happened to multiple tenants.

Just moved a friend into these apartments. Great for anyone on a tight budget.

This place sucks and people talking rude to other kids and cursing at them Roaches all over the place and people not picking up their dogs poop and floods happening at the apartments and one laundry mat got on fire and cops com every single day so if I was you I shouldnt live here.
