Honestly, Im very disappointed and it couldve been prevented with simple communication. These guys are so nice, they are but to spend $$$ on a fix that was NOT the fix you were promised, is not okay. Hundreds on being told that I shouldnt use the touch screen portion of my laptop moving forward when thats EXACTLY why I bought it. The MAIN factor of this purchase was so I could fold it in half to use as a tablet. I paid a few hundred to be told that AFTER they already took my screen off and handled my fix. Also, not once was I ever consulted on if I wanted or was okay with this partial fix or solution. They offered to fix it again at pick up, which means over another week in the shop and I dont have that time. So, now I got stuck spending HUNDREDS on something US Computers promised or guaranteed but didnt come through on. I am absolutely floored and upset with this transaction. OH and 30 day guarantee on something that wasnt promised to keep working in the first place.

I urge everyone to come and check this store out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff is the greatest amongst the group. They have anything you can imagine for computers. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! I have just recently paid them for a complete build of a gaming PC along with a monitor as well and the PC runs soooo smooth Im in love! I couldnt have asked for anything better! My mom and dad brought us to Florida for a mini vacation after Christmas with the understanding that my dad would be teleworking. We got to Florida and my dad realized he forgot his charger for his work computer at home in DC. Best experience Ive ever had at an electronics or computer parts store in Saint Pete / Largo area. From the moment I entered the gentleman running the store stopped what he was doing and addressed me right away. His expertise in this field truly shows with the questions he asks. No question was condescending or assuming of my knowledge but quiet logical questions which led to a swift and accurate procurement of what I had planed to buy. Given several solutions and many amazon price matching or better. I was able to save here on the item which I would have gotten from Amazon $60 more. Im truly glad I found this place from Google and would return if I would require more of their service or parts, of which they have many.

I bought a Mac computer from US computers after my old one had died. I got a great deal and the computer has been running great without issue for 2+ years. This place has great, friendly staff that are able to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Nate is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, placing his customers needs above all. He will sit and talk with you about part selection and help you come up with a parts list that is nice and compatible, and build it for you if you want. If you want a personal experience, with a highly skilled and experienced custom PC builder, just need specific components, or even if you just need some advice this is the place to go.

I had such a great experience recently purchasing a brand new Lenovo laptop from US Computer store. I was not entirely sure what I wanted prior to arriving but soon after speaking with the store representatives, they were able to point me in the right direction to a laptop that will perfectly fit my needs and budget! This place is great, I build computers for work use and every time i run into some trouble i come in and ask for advice and everyone there is always super helpful, they let me know what i can do to fix the issue and if i can’t fix the issue they always offer me reasonable prices to fix it for me.

This is the place to go if you need parts for us DIYers, or for repair and assistance for those not so inclined. They moved into their new shop last week but the photo in maps hasnt yet been updated, its just north of the old location and is still on 66th street just before the next light in the Siagon plaza. Nathan is a great dude! I needed a very specific sata power splitter to get my PC back up and running with the new Corsair RGB CPU cooler. At first I checked all of the big name branch stores and thought I was out of luck until running a quick google search for local PC Shops. Lucky enough I found this one! This shop is awesome and had what I needed, and they will definitely have what you need! Nathan is a really nice dude and 1000% helped me out with exactly what I needed. My pc is now running perfectly on the same day without any extra delay (that I thought I would have had to deal with if I ordered online etc). I took my Surface Pro in because the keyboard didnt work. Unfortunately, after an exhaustive attempt to find the problem, including calls to technicians at the manufacturer (who had no solutions), they were unable to fix it. Nathan apologized profusely and didnt charge a plug nickel for all of the hours he spent trying to fix it. You cant ask for more than that! Nathan was very courteous and professional and I will definitely continue to take any computer issues to US Computer Corp.

Nathan was awesome, he saved me when my pc fizzled out early in the day and being that I rely on it for business purposes I was in a mess. What I liked most was that he was able to find me a solution with good quality parts not the low end stuff you find at Best buy. I walked out of his store with a new machine we put together ala carte style and its running above and beyond what my last build could do. This all happened within a 3 hour period and I had no problem paying a premium for that type of service. I would highly recommend Nathan and his company.

Im going to say the same thing I said about six months ago, these two young men are great. Jeff and Nathan have great customer interface. Nathan came over and fix our home network (after weeks of personal frustration) in a short two hours and imparted valuable information on our devices so we could manage on our own, for a while anyway. They are everything you want in IT go-to-guys.

I have been going to this computer repair shop for years and I could not be happier. Jeff is a super nice guy who is taking over the business from his father. Service is fast and the prices are very reasonable. If you want to buy a new computer they will guide you so that you get what work best for your needs. The same is true if you want to buy a used computer. I have also upgraded my old computers to make them better than a new computer. Do not waste your time going to a startup shop. Go to the best time tested computer shop in the local area.

Recently went back after many years and had my wifes computer put in a new case and updated, the young man who owns the store with his father did the work. He was fast, knowledgeable, honest, took his time to make sure everything was right before he let us take the computer home and it was unbelievably affordable. He went above and beyond and his work was excellent.

Called US computers to find out if they had a power cable for my desktop computer. The representative I spoke with I believe his name was Nathan said yes we have a cable. So I immediately drove to their location on 66th St. in Clearwater. Asked for Nathan and he advised me that yes we have your cable there you go no charge. Excellent professional customer service as usual. I’m not saying that just because I got a free table but US computers is on top of their game and if you need anything done with your computer or need any accessories or parts this is the place to go. They have yet to let me down they always have what I need. Thank you for a job well done at US computers. Will always continue to be a dedicated customer.
