This is the third time I have been a customer here. I cannot believe that I was FLAT OUT LIED TO! There was brand new tempered glass on my phone. The store removed it when there was absolutely NO REASON TO DO SO! The back was broken, not the front.These guys said they checked the cameras and I did not have one. THERE WAS ONE ON THERE! JUST A WAY TO SCREW PEOPLE OVER!!! LIARS AND THIEVES! DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!!Read the reviews. Update: Took the phone to Apple and they said the repair shop fried the motherboard when trying to replace the screen. I would not recommend using this shop for cell phone repair.Brought my wife’s phone in to get the screen repaired and they did it quickly, within an hour, and I was on my way. I threw it on the wireless charger at home and thought nothing else of it. Went to check it before wife came home and it was super dead. Like nothing. The charger recognized it as charging but the phone wasn’t. Brought it back next day and Maria had the tech check it out. Ran a diagnostic on it and it’s the motherboard. She refunded me the cost of the screen minus the diagnostic fee which was way more than I expected. Great customer service and will use if needed in the future.

Needed service for my 12 year old bc he sometimes rides his bike to school.. Got unlimited minutes and text with data on his android phone for $25!! Are you kidding me??!? $25 bucks a month.. who knew? Not me.. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Dont do it! Dont buy from these guys! I called them and spoke to a nasty man named Igor. He was very rude and said he had no time to talk to me because he was with another customer. Who does that? In addition, my dad bought a phone from them and it stopped working after 30 days and they would not replace it. He spent over $500 for this phone. Dont do it! They suck!! P.S. I emailed the owner 3 times. He would not reply.

I bought a Samsung tablet and was told it was 64 gb, it was only 16.That the model was not able to download apps I need and he dismissed me. I have bought at least 4 phones there. I talked to another gentleman and told him the situation about the gigabytes and the other man over heard and said he didnt say that. Basically they care nothing about their customers.

The best!!! Im pretty ignorant about technology. After a really bad experience at Best Buy, I came here as a last resort. I had a very old phone but they were able to replace the battery at a great price. The next day, I was still having problems, so he worked on it for no charge. My sister sent me a brand new phone & I didnt know how to transfer the sim card. He had it set up for me in minutes - no charge even though I hadnt even bought the phone from him. I will always come here first and tell everyone who asked about cell phone to come here too. THANKS!

They are awesome! Great price, friendly, and fast service. They will tell you roughly 30-45min for screen replacement. But both mine were done in roughly 20min. They also warranty their work which to me says a whole lot. Several other shops give no warranty at all! If you are looking for a new/used phone that is unlocked they also have a great selection and very fair prices along with finance options.

I went there for a phone, i pay 250 in cash and they turn the phone off and give it to me, i left the store, and when i turn it on again see that the screen was burned, i went back in the moment and they say it is what it is no money back and the treatment was like the worst. I dont understand why they have 4 star. Pls don go there.No you dont, that is your slogan, people need to know where they are shopping and your place is not a good one, zero customer service, zero warranty, and forget about the money back. Please stay away i still crying.

I have been to cell city about 5 times now and every time they provide amazing And fast service. My phone has been through a lot including being run over by a car and completely bent and shattered. My first experience going to cell city thought they would laugh at me when taking it in to see if it was salvageable. But an hour later they handed me back a phone that looked like I had just taken it out of the iPhone box. Fast forward 2 years later And the same iPhone...the battery was done. Not holding a charge at All and pushing the screen up from swelling. Also had a cracked screen. I was thinking about just getting rid of this old thing and getting a new phone but Maria once again fixed my phone to like new for only $132. She saved me from spending $300 or more for a new (used but new to me) phone. Thank you cell city!! If you need your phone fixed this is the place! Oh and the nail salon at the end of the plaza is also on point! Got me lookin fresh while I waited for my phone to be fixed :)

Had the best experience coming here to purchase an iPhone 8 Plus. We were immediately welcomed and helped right away. All the workers worked as a team to get us what we needed. I ended up purchasing 2 phones with them and they gave us 2 free screen GLASS Protectors and they let us choose 2 CASES for free! They even switched our numbers over to our new devices so we didn’t have to pay our phone company a $15 change fee...they were truly awesome ...if you need a phone, case, screen repair or anything else!! THIS IS THE PLACE!!

These people showed us used phones and were selling them for the same price that they are new. When I asked about the prices they just blew me off. Most of these reviews on here are probably fake. A lot of the profiles that left 5 star reviews, these reviews were the only ones their profiles ever made. This place just seems shady and the customer service definitely isnt good. Maybe they do a good job fixing phones, I cant speak to that but definitely wouldnt buy a phone from them.

Bought a Galaxy s10 from Cell City for $500 plut tax then two days later found the same phone for $450 at another store. I tried to return the phone and was told there would be a 30% restocking fee for a phone that was still in the box. When I asked why I was not told about the restocking fee the sales person tells me its postes in the store. When in the store there is nothing staring you in the face saying there will be 30% restock fee for any phones that are returned and I was never told by the sales person. They also did not want me to remove the plastic from the phone to inspect the used phone screen. Do good research before finding your phone and buy from Cell City at your own risk.

Buyer beware - they will lie and take you for your moneyWe went there because my partner wanted a small phone andT mobile salesperson recommended Cell City. Never had an Iphone before we were not sure if we would like it. I was basically against even trying it because it was a refurbished phone not sold at T mobile or any other other provider and was worried what if!. The salesperson, Maria, assured us both that if we did not like it we could return it within 30 days. She said many other things none of which were true as we found out on the 3rd day. We went on to purchase SE at T mobile and I tried to return the phone within 14 days from purchase. When I got to the store, the same Maria, looked me in the eye and said no returns it is on the bottom of your sales receipt, I never told you you can return it but let me see what I can do...... I could offer you $50.00 (we paid $120.00 two weeks before that), the phone was used for about a total of 20 minutes.I wish I would have done a research on Sunbiz about the company and their fictitious name registration, the manager and the complaints on BBB or at least listened to my gut feeling when I walked into the store. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place. Gave it 1 star because without it I could not post it

The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, patient. I came in and was immediately greeted by Nick, who was helping another customer who was needing to switch her phone number to a new phone. Nick was calm and patient as she asked multiple questions, often times the same ones. Despite all that, he was attentive and made certain that I was aware that hed help me as soon as he could. Once she left, he was able to make certain I didnt use the incorrect size SIM card in my phone and was able to answer my follow up questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to service their phone, and specifically Nick, who has a wealth of information for his position.

Superb service! Walked in 30 minutes before closing time, had a charging issue with my phone and thought it needed repair, concerned about repair time and expense. Cell City quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem as an issue with the charging cable, not the phone (and I didnt even have the cable with me). They were exactly right. I dropped my phone (i6) in the hotel pool while on vacation from Ohio. I went to Verizon to see what to do? My contract wasnt up till October so I would of had to purchase a new phone at full retail! Verizon suggested going to Cell City topurchase a used phone.We arrived before they opened and there was 6 people waiting for them to open.When speaking to the clerk he suggested they could try to dry my phone out and try to salvage it. He explained the procedure and the success rate. $30 for a 70% chance?Beat buying a new phone. In the end they were able to dry my phone replace the screen, mic, and camera for $109!Works great. The clerk was very nice and explained everything. Dropped phone off at 10 am picked up 6 hours later.

Lies on reviews response to make company seem better said my phone was “dead on arrival and showed no signs of life” but sat infront of me trying to type in my password on my “Alive” phone after I told him my screen doesn’t work also tried to offer a “large discount” or even make me pay out of pocket for something they broke on my phone I just don’t understand also said it’ll be the biggest repair that could be done to the phone and itll be 65$ DONT TRUST went to batteries and bulbs after and they fixed the problem for free and said they don’t recommend cell city there a scam

I was told by a pawn shop about Cell City, I had seen/past it countless times before but I had no clue they bought & sold phones, tablets & accessories so I went in to see if they would be interested in a Brand new Lindsay tablet I had, after hardly having 2 words spoken to me walking in, looking around seeing the very limited selection I knew it was a long shot, the only things they had were apple & Samsung both of which were the newest version of phones & tablets that was it! What the hell is that selection....I dont personally see a reason to go back to a store like that when I can go to any cell store& have any brand, better price & better service!

My wife brought her phone in yesterday for a screen repair. She was informed she would also need a frame repair. No big deal, its only $10. She went back today to get aforementioned screen repair, and was informed this would not be possible, due to a bent battery and severed proximity server. The employee who repaired her screen yesterday informed her he had noticed this problem yesterday when she brought the phone in for screen repair, but did not relay said information to the employee working the front desk when she was getting a quote for her screen. Had she been informed of this YESTERDAY before we paid out $58 for a screen, she would have elected out of the repair altogether, now being quoted ANOTHER $54 for this repair. For all these costs I could have just bought her another phone. Be more informative with your customers. This is outrageous.

Got my iPhone lightning port fixed about six months ago because the port was not connecting and charging the phone. My headphone jack was also screwed up. The headphone piece and lightning port on the 6S Plus are one piece, so when I initially got it back from them the jack still didn’t work. Fast forward to about three weeks ago and the same issue is occurring again with the port not taking the charger. They claimed they removed the port and installed a new one and charged me $60 for it, but my headphone jack doesn’t work and the charger is having issues again. I’m not spending another $60 on them.
