My husband and I give 5+++ stars to Kitchen Solvers for helping us with our kitchen and bathroom re-facing projects. I was warmly welcomed by Lisa during my initial phone inquiry and she carefully explained all of the different options, processes and materials used for re-facing. She was also very enthusiastic in helping us with the many design decisions. Then Shane came in to do all of the measurements, planning and he prepared the contract proposal for us. He spent hours meticulously documenting every detail so that plans could be completed. Mike was the extraordinarily talented foreman/carpenter who carefully cut the veneer for all of the cabinet re-facing, made great decisions about the trim details and he made sure that the extra custom cabinetry included in our project was perfectly matched and coordinated. Louis and Robert were also valuable team members who helped with the many other parts of the project. William was our “go to” person during the process and was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. When there were some surprises along the way, William always contacted the responsible person and he actually came in with his own drill in hand with creative problem solving ideas to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction down to my very last picky, picky detail. All of the subcontractors were always on time and we were never asked for payment until we were totally satisfied with the results. We highly recommend this family-owned Kitchen Solvers Team!

First I would like to thank Shane and Lisa and William and Mike for all their hard work. This was not an expected remodel. Getting a remodel during this pandemic was not an easy task, but their team made it so much easier to get through. We met with a few design companies, but Shane and his family just made us feel at home. They took time with us while others just rushed through the appointment, wanting us to put down a down payment. Lisa was so helpful helping us pick out a design and colors and Shane was great in helping with the design. I was so thankful for them both because we were making major changes in our kitchen and even throughout the house. And I was not sure of anything at the time. They were very patient with us in making the right choices. To be honest I really loved my old kitchen and so changing it was really not in my plans. But we had a plumbing problem that made it necessary to remodel. So in my mind I really wanted the same exact kitchen. But I am soooooo happy I decided to try something new. Going from a very earthy colored home with beautiful browns and warm tones to an all-white kitchen with soft blues was for sure a shock. But the cabinet work that was done was so beautiful the shock went to WOW. William and Mike did a great job coordinating the work during all of the other work we were having done. Mike was so professional and kind. We had to make a few changes and they were very accommodating in doing so. In the end the finished product was so amazing, more than I imagined it would have been. I wanted to thank you guys again for working with us and for doing a great job on our kitchen.

Kitchen Solvers helped us renovate our dated 1960s kitchen and my only complaint is that I wish we had contacted them sooner. Troy and William were super helpful and responsive in getting our estimate and drawings under way. The best experience we have ever had with any home renovation. We are very happy with our remodeled kitchen. The best part was how timely and professional everything was done. They have a calendar that was followed exactly as written. It shows you exactly when they are coming and which part of the project is getting done. We used Kitchen Solvers to remodel our kitchen Oct 2020. I was nervous about making sure to hire the right people who would do a great job but also stay on budget, on time, etc. I can not say enough good things about this company. Shane worked with us early on and in the design phase. He was meticulous, straightforward, helped us with our tons of questions. Then once we kicked off the project we worked with William who was also great! I kept waiting for a call that something was wrong or we needed more budget for something, but it never happened. We have had about 3 months to enjoy our new kitchen and we are still in awe of the change. Our kitchen has gone from a storage and food prep room to a central gathering place. Can not say enough about William and the others at Kitchen Solvers. They made the design and decision process as easy as possible. Working in our budget and time frame and being straight with us on what they could and could not do. William calmly talked me down when I first saw the new cabinets and thought the color was wrong, until I realized we had changed our minds back in the design process. They also took complete responsibility with a measuring error on the island counter top and quickly had it replaced with in 48 hrs staying on schedule. Maybe a couple dollars more then a big box contractor but you cant beat the detail of the work.

I contacted Kitchen Solvers on Monday morning via their website landing page requesting more info. We need trim installed on our kitchen cabinets and just wanted to see if this is something they would do and thats exactly what was stated in the request. I received an automated email reply thanking me for contacting and promising someone would get in touch with me shortly. By the middle of the day on Tuesday I asked my husband to call just so we would know if we needed to continue seeking someone who could do the work. The lady who answered the phone told him the job was too small for them to consider but maybe they could reach out to one of their installers to see if they might be interested in earning some extra money. Still waiting on that, but not holding my breath, because evidently if they consider the job beneath them they just dont bother to contact you to let you know. Communication is always a plus when trying to generate a positive profile.

I was extremely pleased with the final product of my kitchen cabinet refacing project. Kitchen Solvers provided helpful assistance in planning the project. The highly skilled craftsman (Carlos) who was primarily responsible for the project was very easy to work with and provided timely updates. His work was professional, with attention to detail. The only area of concern was when Kitchen Solvers felt another job was more important and pulled Carlos to another job, which delayed the completion of my kitchen. Overall, we were very satisfied with the results of our kitchen update. The installers (Eric and Nelson) were very professional and very nice to work with during this project. Their product is probably our favorite result of this redo- very happy we went with quartz material. There was an issue with the preparation of some of the cabinet doors prior to installation. We had a great experience w/ Kitchen Solvers from the beginning to end. We were doing a decent amount of work to our kitchen, including tearing down part of a wall and re-configuring the layout so we wanted someone we could trust. Out of all contractors I talked to Shane was the quickest at getting back to me and the only one who actually listened to what we wanted so we decided to go w/ them.Everything was very well organized and didnt take as long as I expected. They started in early Feb. and finished first week of March. Very quick for what we had going on. There was someone here working every work day so there was no wasted time. There was just one minor issue we had and it was fixed immediately.The cost didnt go above the estimate except when we decided to upgrade our granite and upgrade cabinet color. There was a very specific shade of white we wanted the cabinets to be and he worked with the manufactures to get that for us.Shane and his whole team were very professional. We purchased a home in Palm Harbor in August that needed a good amount of updating. The kitchen and floors were the main priority and after a number of estimates from various companys we settled with Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast. It was a decision we have never regretted. The work involved a complete gutting of the previous kitchen as well as all existing floor tile and carpet to be removed and laid with new tile. The kitchen project also involved some wall demo and removal to open up the space so a fair amount of work was involved.All the kitchen cabinet work was done by workers from Kitchen Solvers themselves and the plumbing, electrical and tile work was contracted out to their partners in other firms. To say it went off like a well-oiled machine is an understatement. All workers from all companies were knowledgeable, thorough in their tasks and above all, respectful. We even left town on vacation for 2.5 weeks and allowed them to work while we were gone. This is how honest and respectful all these workers are. We arrived home to a nearly complete project. Now that the project is done we smile daily at the incredible work that the folks at Kitchen Solvers did in our home. They treated us with courtesy, professionalism and respect. Dianne, the project coordinator, was excellent. Special thanks to Shad and Bill. We had our cabinets refaced.. not replaced. I waited a long time for my new kitchen, so when the time came for us to remodel our kitchen I searched and researched many sites and read tons of reviews to narrow my search. You see since I had waited so long for my new kitchen I wanted to feel sure of my choice ..From the moment I walked into Kitchen Solvers I knew this was going to be the place, we were greeted with warmth, not like we were just some more people walking thru their door checking them out. That is exactly what we were doing( remember I had done research and they were 1 of 3 we were looking at) they were 1st on my list. Even after going to the other places, I was drawn back to the good feeling I received when walking thru Kitchen Solvers door. I had made my choice and from that moment on I knew I had made the best choice ....This is a family run business, and a family that works together takes pride in their work and they sure did, everyone from Shane and William on down was professional and insured we as homeowners were pleased ....every single person, cabinet installers, electricians plumber, tile installers, and drywall....the work was outstanding. My kitchen turned out so much better than I thought it would. We had a bit of a hiccup, but William,Mike and Aman came through without any hesitation . Cleaned up everyday so I was able to use the kitchen each evening. Highly recommend them.

Our kitchen remodel by Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast was a beautiful success, we are so pleased with the work done by William Newkirk and Shane Svarczkopf. This is a family run business, and everyone involved was personable and so easy to work with. They kept on schedule, and kept to the price initially quoted. William was extremely helpful in guiding us through selecting our countertops (kitchen and guest bathroom), and cabinets. The quality of work is outstanding, and the way they clean up every day before leaving is remarkable. We highly recommend Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast to anyone considering a kitchen remodel (and in fact, my sister hired them to do her kitchen counter and backsplash on our recommendation, and is very pleased with the results).
