Great place to buy used kids clothes and shoes in very good condition. Easy shopping and well staffed with several registers for quick check-outs. Nice additional savings available with their loyalty rewards program.

They have cute things for girls mainly sometimes. The staff is somewhat friendly. Seems like most are high school age and can have an attitude sometimes. As far as selling; I’ve been selling to this location for a few months and I was always content with what I got but lately oh though they take a lot of of things they offer me $12. I’m not sure what changed but they are not fair when buying.

Went there today for the first time with a variety of name brand clothes, toys, and other baby gear. Wasnt expecting much more than $10 but they offered me $4 without showing me what they were taking, told me they dont buy baby gear that website said they take. Clothing they sold seemed reasonably priced but I think better off selling on Poshmark.

Great Store to buy gently used baby and child items. They have great sales often and their new moms club is awesome! I live closer to other OUACs but prefer driving further to go to this one. Its ran very efficiently and the staff is always nice and helpful!

They have a good selection and mostly fair prices, but as far as them buying clothing, I don’t think they are the fairest. I brought in some really nice clothing. Some good name brands. A couple of my items were even brand new & still had tags on them. If you divide the amount they gave me by the number of items they accepted, they paid me $1.39 per item. Somewhat disappointing since they’ll be selling them for much more. I only accepted their offer, since I did find a few things for my son but I think next time I’ll just donate my son’s clothes. It gives me a warmer feeling.Not all of the staff is the friendliest either. I don’t like when someone makes me feel like I am bothering them. From my understanding, you’re there to work, not socialize. Treating your customers like they matter would give the store a more pleasant feel.

They seem to only stock high-quality clothes. Ten onesies for ten bucks. Great deal. My niece will enjoy spending her money here for the next eighteen years.

I highly recommend this location. The girls work really hard to go through your items and do a great job at answering any of your questions. They are ALWAYS friendly! And you can tell they work really hard to keep the store organized ,and pick great quality items for costumers to shop from. If you looking for great quality items at amazing prices you should definitely come to this location!

Very clean store and items- prices were great! A local mom owns this store and takes pride in what is offered. I bought a gate, an outside portable play enclosure, toys and clothing for my granddaughter. I’m very pleased with the quality of the items purchased. Support local small business owners!

I have been visiting this location since it opened several years ago. The owners are so wonderful, and all the employees are super helpful and nice! The store is always clean and organized. I have been going here since it opened. Never had a problem. Today was bad. I took my things in at 10 A M there were 3 girls doing check. They gave my stuff to one girl and the other 2 worked on lady that came after me and was not coming back for a while. The girl that did mine gave me back 2 things that worked and she had the batteries out of them like she was going to pay for them and got distracted by the conversation going on next to her. When I told her they worked she said I could bring them back if I check them and they work. I spent 30 minutes wasting my time for $ 17. She should have come up with more.

Was in the store on Sunday. Your staff was very courteous and helpful - great to see in this day and age. Got so many great deals and so much adorable holiday stuff! My granddaughter always looks so cute in all the stuff I get at your store. I have recommended your store to several people too!

Rude staff and dusty/dirty products. I wasn’t upset that they rejected 60% of my sale items but they lied and said the clothing wasn’t in sets. When I pointed out that they were in fact in sets she then said they were mismatched brands...wrong again. I spent an hour putting them together perfectly. Brand new pack n play and they offered $8. Who would agree to that? Perhaps the staff is burnt out and doesn’t want to take items because the store is full likely because people don’t return due to the negative atmosphere. I know I won’t be back to buy or sell. The toy items I bought were extremely dusty - like oddly extremely dusty- so clearly have been there a very long time. Maybe dust the store ? I really didn’t want to put them in my car but i went ahead with the purchase bc I told the little guy that we would get a toy there.

I have been here a few times..as for buying items some things are a great deal..they wont give you much for items.. I have had brand new items with tags and they refused them but some items they sell have been WAY over washed or stains...I donate items now selling 14 items for $9 dollars is a joke..they hardly greet you and the young girls working are to involved in conversation to offer help...personally I have had better experience at the Largo location..

Didn’t offer me a better trade in price vs cash. And took my old points card and said they would add my points onto their new digital system. I left trusting that. Never got any of my points on it as promised.

Good deals on used clothing, toys, and household child items. This place is well run and organized. Highly recommend.

I always feel uncomfortable when I walk in. Nobody greets you. The girls look up at you briefly with annoyed looks on their faces. A lot of the clothes are worn and stained; however they didn’t take some of my items that were brand new with tags on them. The store is tiny and it’s difficult to move through the aisles when there are other people in the store. I stopped going there as I think it is better to pay full price for something new somewhere else instead of feeling like I’m inconveniencing these people for shopping there.

Found a great pair of boots in my childs size. Reasonably priced. They had one on display. I took it to the counter excited about my purchase and they couldnt find the other one. The employees just acted like it wasnt really a problem that they couldnt find the match to the other shoe they were selling. They said this has happened before. SMH! Put both of the boots on the shelf so this doesnt happen. The system only works if there is actually a system in place. Losing merchandise isnt a good look for a business.

Once upon a child in Clearwater is such a well organized, clean and lovely store. Ran and operated very efficiently and the customer service is extraordinary. Every person that I have spoken to there is nothing but helpful and with a little one it is very refreshing! Very happy with all my experiences with this store. Terrible customer service.. dont know where these people went that are raving about this Clearwater store .. because there was not a sole that volunteered to help me.. Didnt acknowledge when you.came in.. didnt ask if they could help.. there were 5 girls behind the counter.. NOT ONE asked.. I had to say excuse me can I get someone to help me.. then the girl.that did help made me feel like I was bothering her. You would think the owners would talk to these girls.. their business depends on them.

I’ve been in the store twice and both times I felt like I actually got a great deal. The clothes were all in great condition got a lot of stuff and didn’t even crack 70 bucks. The girls in there are very nice. They also give you what I feel like is deserved when you bring it clothes. My fiancé and I were actually surprised how much we got back for our clothes. Highly recommend over any other baby consignment shop. We will def be back!

Just left Clearwater store, brought in quite a few items, watched as they emptied items on the table, 3 of them looked at each other and put them back in bin. Took items that still had tags and offered me 6$. Never took the time to look at clothes just told me they werent excepting new born, had they looked they would have seen I only had a few items that were newborn. Although staff was very polite store was clean, just maybe next time take the time to look at what people bring in.

I prefer the Largo Once upon a child. This store will sell you items with stains all over them but will refuse to purchase your gently used baby items. I wouldn’t recommend the Clearwater Once Upon a child.

Today was my first time in the store. Well organized with lots to choose from. Music was WAY TOO LOUD. No preemie or newborn girls section. Clothes start at 0-3m. Did find a few P & NB in the messy bin of 10 for $10 Bodysuits, but it hurt my back to keep reaching down in to look through it all and the bin was so large, the clothes kept falling through to the floor below. Rough looking shoes & dirty furniture. Prices were TOO HIGH. Some outfits cost more USED than I found NEW on clearance online.

Always find good clothes. They’re picky about what they take on consignment which is good for buying. Sold a few baby items for good money as well.

First of all the staff is ridiculously RUDE They dont even deserve a star went to go and buy clothes for my baby and there were nothing but stains and buttons missing and when I tried to resell my clothes which were in perfect condition nice and name brand clothes and they didnt buy one piece Im very disappointed with this location I will never go to cyprus location again ...LARGO MALL ONCE UPON A CHILD IS WAY BETTER THERE ARE BETTER CHOICE OF CLOTHES AND SO MUCH NICER

I just went in here yesterday to see if I can get some cash for my kids toys they no longer use and I was truly surprised to get the amount they gave me. I went in a few days ago, looking for something specific. I was not greeted. An employee looked up when I walked in and didnt even acknowledge me. Nobody asked if I was looking for anything. Nobody said anything when I left. Poor customer service. Fine store, but I didnt feel welcomed.

Good prices and it’s nice that they will give you cash for your things as opposed to the other store that will only give you store credit. Odalis was my cashier and she was very helpful and kind.

I was there today, and I get its the holidays and they are busy. However if you arent taking in clothing, just say so! Dont make numerous customers wait for you to offer them 50cents on one out of 300 outfits, then claim they are stained. I found that funny because the bag I brought it was new clothing that never fit my daughter to begin with.😂 The young girls who work there are a joke and clearly cant handle there sales associate position.They were glaring at customers bringing in bags of items to trade.I will not be going back.

The store is really clean but the girls were rude i brought in stuff to sell they just dumped the bin out they didnt even look at what i brought im highly disappointed. Everything i brought in was in very good condition and when they gave me my stuff back they just threw it in the bin didnt even fold them or put the stuff back nicely i will not be returning to this location! Not worth my time!

Went here because of the good reviews and because the website says; we buy all the time, all seasons, all sizes. Went in today with easily 250 items, they bought 17, all shoes. (She said that there were things with stains and discoloration, I had a lot of brand new items so Im not sure if that was just an excuse.) Just like every OUAC, they are overstocking on small sizes, so dont get your hopes up. I was disappointed and told them to state that on the website. Wish I didnt waste my time coming here.

Pretty decent selection, some prices are higher than I would expect for used items, but altogether its not to bad. Seems like they have better prices on items rather than clothing.

The staff are so friendly, sweet and helpful. I go out of my way shop at the Clearwater location even though I live in Largo.

If you are going to sell your stuff, you might want to pick a different company. I brought in a number of toys and expected some to be rejected. They ended up taking 16 items. Three of the items were toys they would sell for 5-8 dollars. Three pairs of shoes selling for 10 dollars each currently on the rack. Now their policy is 30-50 percent of what they would sell the item for. They gave me a price quote of 17 dollars for everything. The number didnt add up. I asked to see the break down and they said their system doesnt do that.Now I know if I dont like that I can take my business else where. What I didnt like is that they were put out that they were having to explain this to me and just kept repeating the 30-50 percent pricing. My perception is that Im selling 16 items for 17 dollars. Thats basically a dollar an item and I know 6 of the items they will sell for more than 5 dollars and the rest would be sold for 2.50 or more.I sold the items, because I didnt want to take it all home again, but I left feeling scammed.....A simple solution for the future would be to have a price breakdown for their customers.

Wow, brought them two bags of carters baby girl clothes and said they chose out like 5 and gave me only 3 bucks such a rip off. Carters is a good brand they sell a piece for like $4 almost $5.

I went there with my babys clothes that she just grew out of (0-3month) and when I brought them in to sell they told me they were worn out, faded. Most of them still had tags! They were completely rude! Not okay!

Here are some of the reasons I will not be shopping there anymore.The racks are too full, and you cant move clothes your selection is very limited we were looking for outfits in the 9-12 month range and most of your items were dresses.We were literally followed through out the store this made me very uncomfortable.We found numerous items with new tags still on them with price and you are asking more than what the new price tag showed.I was very surprised on my last visit that you dont offer a little more on items if you take store credit. (Largo does)When I first arrived I asked if there was anything for a new mom for Mothers Day her response was I dont know you have to look.I also had found sleep ware by accident. I found it very unorganized as living in Florida entering summer most sleepware was of flannel and at full price.Sent from my iPad

I got a high chair from them and when I got it home to wash it and there was still FOOD in it from the other owners so I called them to ask what they was goin to do bout it and they told BRINH IT BACK AND WE CAN CLEAN IT REALLY!!!!!!!

The customer service is hit or miss. Some of the girls working at the front look miserable. I was in recently and wasnt greeted. I felt like I was a burden to be in the store. It was pretty uncomfortable.
