Huge thank you to everyone at this shop. Two of my tires had low pressure, so I filled them up, but something still felt off. When I got home from work the next day I noticed what I thought was a nail in my tire; I didn’t think any shops would be open or willing to take walk-ins so close to the end of the day, but I was told to come on in so they could take a look.Sure enough, there was a nail in one of my front tires, and they patched it up for me within a few minutes. Everyone there was very nice and professional about it. I’ll probably need new tires soon anyway, but they really helped give me some much-needed peace of mind. Thank you all for your kindness and help!!

RIP OFF Liars!! Go somewhere else! I specifically went over every lil detail of the cost of 4 new tires for the truck over the phone with Mike the manager. RIght down to tax, only thing we didnt add in was a few bucks a tire disposal fee. That was tire, install, and tax. Well when I get the bill its almost $200 more then we discussed and eventually went down to about $150 more then discussed. He says I chose a more expensive tire, I have a pic of the tire i asked for right off there website. I never asked for a cheaper or any other tire for that matter. I had looked up the tire I wanted, have him the model and size right off the bad and never discussed any other tires. I just found out they charged my aunt $1100 for a radiator that was for a almost 30 year old car that I can buy the part online for less then $200. The install is super easy, I can do it myself in a couple hours, 3 max. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

DO NOT COME HERE!!! That one star is forced, they deserve negative stars!I went in to get my tire that had a nail in it repaired. My car was serviced and then the mechanic took my car for what I thought was to be sure the tire was okay but I noticed that other cars weren’t being driven out, the other customers just got their keys and left when the job was done, so I was suspicious. Both managers were dealing with another very unhappy customer outside so they watched him do this. About 5-10 mins later I found out he went for a joy ride. He parked my car and came out with a bag with two Mountain Dews as if my car was his personal vehicle to make a store run in. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning!!

The most unprofessional and incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. All I wanted was an alignment. They had my truck for 5 hours, up until they closed. Then gave it back and it wasn’t aligned. I called and was told “yeah we only got about 50% of it done” and then they actually gave it back to me like that which is insane to begin with. So I make an appointment for them to finish it and I brought it in. I end up having to call them right before they close because I didn’t hear anything. And I got told that my truck slipped off the alignment rack and hit the wall. Basically a simple alignment was too hard for this alignment shop and they are too incompetent of even the smallest tasks without screwing up. Then they have the nerve to laugh and smile when I’m talking to them about it and what were going to do about it and they are just so nonchalant about it and act like I caused the problem. Worst shop in the area

My A/C actuator just quit, during summer of course! After calling a friends mechanic, who didnt want to touch the job and the dealer, who quoted an exorbitant amount, I called Tire Choice. Right from the beginning Fred made me feel like I was making the right choice. Their quote was fair and they were able to do the work the next day. The kid who did the work needed an extra couple hours to make sure the job he was doing was perfect, which wasnt a problem for me, I appreciated his work ethic, which is hard to find these days. I am always happy with how great this Tire Choice takes care of my automotive repair needs, thanks!

Been coming here for 20 years now. Used to deal all the fine with Doug, Paul, etc and always had a great experience and honest pricing. Now its all new management, techs, etc and the experience is still just as great. Mike, Fred and the tech working on my older vehicle this past Saturday, were all great. Prices are still fair and work was done correctly. Mike and Fred were both very personable, friendly and professional. They all stayed 2 hours after closing to finish my vehicle.

Made an appointment one day prior with guarantee the job will be done in 30-60 minutes. Upon arrival I’m not acknowledged for a good ten minutes and then finally the tatted up manager takes my info, even though I’d already set an appointment and given my info. I’m told they’re backed up and it’ll be 90 minutes. Backed up? Why even schedule appointments then? I called service masters about ten minutes away who quickly and courteously patched my leaky tire and will get all my future car service needs.

Called to schedule an oil change was able to get in same day. Mike was super nice and helpful explaining options for my cars repair. The staff was super nice and friendly. Clean waiting room. Will be back for all my car needs !

I came to Tire Choice to have a few repairs done to my vehicle and was helped by the assistant manager Fred Cook. Not only was Fred professional and extremely knowledgeable but he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I took my wifes 2015 challenger there because it ate up a new pair of tires in 14K miles. Asked for a four wheel alignment, the tech. Had it on and off the rack in 20 minutes, I expressed my concern and the manager stated it must not have been that far out. It ate another pair of tires in about the same miles. Went to another mechanic and he spent several hours correcting the alignment. Now the car tracks better and doesnt sound like a truck with mud tires going down the road. I called corporate and told them this, they sent me a $ 50.00. Voucher, I used it to buy one tire the manager said was 140.00. I left with a bill for $200.00. Never taking my personal vehicle there again.

I made an appointment to bring my car into Tires Choice Auto Service on Belcher Ave. I have been having problems with a leak in my tires. I took my car into two different tire shops( to get second opinion), and each shop told me that I needed new rims. This shop was able to diagnose and fix the problem(resealed the tire to the rim), and provide me with a fair priced oil change within a few hours. The reason why I feel like I need to leave a review is not solely based upon the the efficiency of the shop but the customer service left me feeling like my best interest was taken care of. TJ was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. The costumer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place for repairs or oil changes.

I’ve been here twice for my car. The first time I had two 2 tires replaced. Service was fast and efficient. The workers were all very friendly and professional. I came in today 11/19/2020 at about 12:30-1pm to have my battery looked at. The gentleman who was at the front desk and who also looked at my battery was so very kind. It was a minor issue. Quick fix and he didn’t even charge me! I didn’t catch his name but he was an older man. Thank you for being so pleasant!

The very first time I brought in my vehicle the man i delt with was amazing, got my car in and out and was cheaper than the place I usually went to. Then I brought my husbands truck in to get a quote on work and my vehicle in as well on two separate occasions and the service is not the same the man we have delt with the last two times has priced far above what it should cost and didnt do a thorough check before telling me that there was more work i had to get, I took it over to service masters and they were several hundred dollars cheaper and higher quality, needless to say I think Ill take my business to service masters.

These guys made my horrible day turn into a wonderful experience. I had to have my 4Runner towed due to a huge piece of metal ruining my tire. I decided on all new tires and they went above and beyond to get the ones that gave me the smooth ride that I love about my SUV. They were so great I ordered them pizza and enjoyed the great customer service that put a smile on my face while I waited to get my tires installed. Thanks guys! Hope y’all are doing well.

Our son saturn view needed an alternator it went out on him on Friday. My husband and son was stuck at my son job till 4am on Saturday because the car had no power. My husband called tire choice Saturday morning. They was busy and short staff however they still took our son 2006 saturn view and fixed the problem. Fred and Mike was amazing we built a great rappor with them. They was very friendly and kind and kept us posted on the the vue. Also they stayed until the job was finished! They finished the vue around 7pm and our son got his suv back. The whole staff was great and Mr Fred and Mike also stayed as my husband and I was checking a light. I thought that was a true act of kindness. We thank you all so much and I recommend all to please go to this location and see these amazing people thank you so much tire choice for the great experience and and dedication!

My boss took his company truck there because the steering was going out. After bringing it home, it still wasnt right. We called and they said bring it back in and they fixed it, it needed a whole different part and they didnt charge us anything. TJ is really great and so is his crew. I am going to take my car there whenever it needs work.

Doug White is the best! Anytime I have had an issue with my Jeep he has gotten my vehicle in as quickly as possible. I have been going to this service center for years and watched different transitions take place in regards to ownership. With all the changes, the one thing that stays consistent is the service that is provided, as I have worked with Paul, Doug and now Mark. I can truly say that they love what they do and do it with courtesy and respect to their customers. Also, my cars are always repaired without any problems after the job is done, so THANK YOU for your service to me and my vehicles!

I brought my 2002 Toyota Avalon into Tire Choice and I needed a full brake job.Everyone was so nice and explained everything, they recommended some other things and I said go for it.My car is running so well now, they were great, friendly, good clean, waiting room with plenty of magazines to read, even movies if you want.I highly recommend Tom the mechanic and the whole staff at Tire Choice was great, Ill be back! Not very happy with the service received here. Was recommended for good honest service and Ive seen none of that yet. The person behind the counter continued a 10 minute private conversation with a friend, watching me wait, while never once acknowledging my presence with a greeting, or a Ill be right with you, and all of this while not wearing a mask mind you. Also the $475 bill that was tendered did not fix my vehicle. It was only part of the problem, and was left stranded the next day with the same problem. Parts cost me 40% more than full retail at any parts store, and the diagnostic($125) obviously was bunk too. Should have done the work myself, replaced the entire system for close to $300 cheaper, and removed screws and electrical connectors myself. Shame on you for taking advantage of an over 50 disabled veteran!

I ran over a nail and got a flat tire this morning, took it in around 8am, they were able to patch it up and have it repaired within a half hour. I found a coupon online for a free tire repair and remount so it ended up being free (would have only cost $30 otherwise). They were quick and helpful, and this saved me $ during the holidays while the budget is tight. I highly recommend Tire Choice!

Went in thinking I needed an alignment. They told me I needed 4 new tires...and to make it easier I could apply for their credit. I declined. Had a small, local shop take a look and my tires were fine, plenty of tread left on them, only 30k miles on my car. Still safely driving on the same tires 5 months later. I dont recommend this place. I believe they saw a woman walk in and thought they could make an easy, unnecessary sale. Go elsewhere...

Took city of Clearwater vehicle for regular service. Its always busy but never crowded. Fast friendly staff even used floor coverings for a work vehicle.

I called this location for tire prices. They had the tire I needed in stock so I drove over. After checking my tire they were able to repair it and saved me $75+. It was nice to find an HONEST tire store. Two other tire stores told me that I could only buy a new tire because mine could not be fixed. I will definitely be back to buy my tires here and i will tell my friends how great my experience was. Doug and all the guys there were friendly and fast.

Always have a great experience when I get my oil changed here! Everyone who works here is super helpful and nice and they get my car in and out in a timely fashion. Came in for regular oil change. The staff that Dan has put up has been magnificent. I did already know that I may need a tune up soon, in which the staff brought it to my attention again for my best interest in safety. Gave me an awesome deal in which I couldn’t resist especially in time for the holidays. The mechanic “V” thoroughly explained what was done and I need to be looking forward to. My dad and I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my vehicle. We changed most of the parts associated with the diagnostic codes that were popping up to no avail. Not sure if I will ever go back to this location. I never had problems with Tire Choice but this location is not up to the other stores standards. A couple times I went in there they did a regular oil change when I requested a semi synthetic. The last straw was last week. I was told a couple months ago when I brought it in for an oil change that I needed rear brakes. So I made an appointment for last Thursday at 8:30. I told the guy, older man no name tag, that I will walk up to breakfast. He told me he would call me as soon as he knew what was going on with the car. I was gone an hour and just about back to the store and he calls me. So now he says I really need rotors which if they are really that bad should have been told to me last time. I need breaks and my seal is leaking so I am leaking oil. Plus I am over my oil change time. Which I am not since I got one in Feb. He kind of told us how low the breaks and rotors were but never let us see them. So for a single Mom I dont have that kind of money so my friend said he would do it. I told the man behind the counter and he flew through the shop door and yelled I guess we are putting it back together, came out handed me my paper and didnt say another word to me and had an attitude. Nope I dont need that and will start going elsewhere and will make sure to tell my friends the same thing

Absolutely the best tire purchasing experience ever! Doug White was fantastic to work with, he definitely steered me in the right direction when it came to new tires on my minivan. I had four Goodyear Assurance tires installed and a four wheel alignment done and was out the door in record speed! My minivan drives and rides better than it ever has. Overall fantastic experience, and I will drive the 50 miles to this shop the next time I need tire service.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they deserve it. I have never in my life experienced such GREAT customer service from a chain/corporate store. I didnt feel like just a number or dollar sign. Paul went above and beyond to help me get safe but affordable tires on my car. I scheduled and appointment and as soon as I walked through the door he was there and took my car in right away (on 2/17/17). Kevin (the company floater) is amazing as well, he recommended I see Paul and what an amazing experience from the moment I walked in until I walked out. Both Kevin and Paul have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I get what I need. They have definitely gained a loyal customer thanks to their GREAT CUSTOMER Service skills, they made me feel like family. I really appreciate everything that you guys do. Went to have my car checked because my dashboard was LITT like a Christmas tree. Dan the store mgr went out his way to explain to me what was going on. Surprised that I just needed to be topped off completely. Dan did an amazing job topping off everything and making my lights go away. Saved me money that the dealer wanted to charge me for. I will be bringing my car back for life.

They wanted to charge me $330 for a coolant reservoir on a Chevy sonic 2012 LTI went to auto zone and the guy charged me $45 for the part and he told me that he will change it himself for $50 I pay the guy at auto zone to change out my reservoir he did it right there on the spot causing me a total of $100 these people were going to charge me 3 times that amount do not take your vehicle here they will overcharge you. we will not be coming here ever again they are crooks you are warned!!!!

Went in for their special as advertised. Was told about the extra charges which is no problem as it states on the coupon.. When it came to paying however, the advertised price plus 2 extra quarts an service charges added nearly $60 to my $17 oil change. The price was now 76 an change an then they immediately an laughably took $16 off an then would not let me see my receipt or what i was paying for until it was paid for. 10/10 would NOT reccommend this place to anyone, when i started asking questions they acted super busy an rushed out of the office after getting my change correct on the third attempt.. Also never got the comprehensive report on my standard check on fluids included because it was never done.

Went in for the 19.95 oil change and tire rotation special. The fella at the counter was quite rude and snark referring to me as partner, what ever happened to addressing customer as sir or Mr.____? Should have went with my gut feeling at that point, but didnt. When oil change was complete here comes another sales rep who stated they found all sorts of things wrong with the car. First We refuse to rotate the tires the tires in the rear are so bad they may give out at any time I insisted they rotate them regardless as I see nothing wrong with them. I had raced cars for a number of years and have been a taxi owner for a good number of years as well. I may not be a technician, but I have a pretty good idea of when a tire is at its end. He still refused to rotate the tires. I took my car to two shops today BOTH said all four tires were fine, but they could use rotating (I chuckled at that). Also, $400 to change tire rod inner and an alignment is absolutely insane. They wanted to do serpentine belts for $180, the same belts they said were about to give out the last time I was in there, well over THREE years ago! Wanted $60 to tell me where power steering was leaking from. I already knew, car is 18 years old and the gasket in the reservoir cap has a slow leak (I put a $1 bottle in from the dollar store every 4-6 months). Im glad to see some folks have had good experiences with this place, I am not one of them. Never again!
