Worst experience EVER! They still have my car after 2 months. No communication regarding status of my vehicle. At one point car sat for almost 2 weeks at their mechanic shop they had no knowledge of it being there. When I would contact them NO ONE knew anything about my car or where it was. I have been over 2 months without a vehicle and when I contacted them to see how I could be compensated they said there was nothing they could do. I DO NOT recommend using them and im upset with state farm insurance for having them as in network provider for their customers. Super disappointed

Justin came to my rescue, I am 2 months pregnant and I broke down on the causeway heading into Tampa today. When I called AAA they told me I would be out there until 9:00 p.m. . But they must have called and spoke with Pinellas Auto body and Justin came out right away. He loaded up my car making sure that I was safe the entire time. Then he drove my happy butt all the way back to Port richey. I really hope he did not get in trouble with his boss jim. He definitely was a real lifesaver today. Myself, my family, and my unborn baby thank him so much?!! 10/10 stars!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Ive used them twice in 3 years. Once to replace my alternator, and once to replace my battery. Both times theyve been professional & prompt in completing the work. From calling to leaving the shop, my battery was replaced in the span of about 90 minutes (note this is with them not having the battery on hand as well).

Very comfortable waiting space. Their fish tank is phenominal! Kept being informed of progress on finishing touches. Friendly staff.

Having your car repaired is never a highlight of life experience. However, my experience with Pinellas Autobody and Service was as pleasant an experience as possible. All employees were helpful courteous and knowledgeable. The body work was stunning, and reasonably priced. Hoping I never need body work again, but if I do I will not hesitate using their service.

They took our car in around 9am on a weekday just for a diagnostic, and possible labor. They said they would call but have not. We had to call multiple times and nothing was even done yet. It’s been at least 3 hours at this point, and they kept saying their technician was out to lunch or going to lunch. It’s taken an unnecessary long time for a simple diagnostic.

The team was so nice and professional! We got our car towed here after popping 2 tires and damaging the rim of one of my wheels, and they were able to replace the tires and get them to hold air without replacing the rim which saved me so much money. I was back on the road the same day! Now I will go here anytime I need something for my car :)

They replaced 1 coil and oil change and with a 10% discount they charged around $278 total. Labor $168 for a less than 30 minute job. I didnt want the hassle of having my car towed anywhere else, so I just went with it because it was right before Thanksgiving and I had errands to run. But never again. Maybe if it was the entire coil pack replaced but 1 coil. I also asked for synthetic blend oil change, received conventional oil per receipt. Thanks for the fast service and getting me back on the road but the price and disregard for my request no thank you.

Brought in a 2001 Ram needing a heater core swap. Tech took me through my options, and I opted to go through with the entire procedure. I could grip that it cost too much or it took to long but honestly it was a horrible ordeal and I was not willing to tackle it myself but these guys got it done and its absolutely to my satisfaction.

Don’t go here! I took my car in for a simple diagnostic check at 10am on a week day. I was told I would know what’s wrong in a couple hours. Never heard from them. When I called they told me they won’t know until tomorrow bc he was leaving that day for a docs appt and the tech was out to lunch. This was at 2 pm the same day. He did promise to have me an answer in the morning but never head from them. I called again and they still had no answers. I had to threaten that if I didn’t hear from them by noon I’m just coming to pick up my car. The called me at 1245 and told me they still don’t know what’s wrong I’d have to take it somewhere else. This place is a joke!

This place is great. My rav4 was in an accident. They repaired it to probably better condition than it was in before. They are very accommodating and professional. I will always bring my car here.

Let the buyer beware! Make sure if youre gonna get services done here that you get your QUOTE FOR SERVICE in writing! I was told one price which was acceptable, but then after the work was completed was giving a bill for a completely different price!3x the amount I was quoted! Management proceeded to argue with me instead of listening to what questions and concerns I had when trying to understand what all the charges were. I am no car mechanic but I am Not an idiot either. They will try to gouge you on the labor so watch out when you shop here!

My car was acting strangely, like it might die any minute. The folks at Pinellas Auto took it right away, located the problem and replaced the part. There was a clean, comfortable place for me to wait, so I didnt see how they located the issue. But my car has been running smoothly since, so Im happy.

Honest service..AAA recommended this shop when I had to have my car towed. They very easily could have said you need a new starter, a new battery and battery terminals..they said you just needed your terminals cleaned. My bill was $22.99..I am sold from now on if I need work done!

Woke up to a dead battery in our Volkswagen Touareg. Contacted Pinellas Autobody and Service and they were able to fit me in the same day and get the very oddly located battery under the driver seat replaced by lunch time! Impressed with the great service and they even gave me a ride back home then came back and got me when the vehicle was ready! Found my new local mechanic shop.

Pinellas auto body has great service with a friendly staff at both locations. They took a look at a rattling noise that came from underneath my car, diagnosed it and fixed it within half of a day. They only charged me the diagnosis fee as well, since it was a fairly small fix. They have my business and I recommend you give them yours!

Impeccable work. When we picked up our vehicle, it looked like we had just driven it off of the dealership lot. Matt is very helpful and communicative. And I have to give a shout-out to their tow truck driver- forever grateful to have you there during one of the most stressful of situations. When I took the car to the dealership for a routine oil change, the technician was impressed with the quality of workmanship on the paint job- thats how good they are at restoration.

I had multiple issues with my vehicle and the team here took extensive care of it. It was good to know that they were constantly putting my car through the motions to see if the problem was actually handled or not. Im so used to other places just installing a new part and telling you it should be good but not really diagnosing the rhythm and if that actually was effective. They were very thorough and made sure it was stable enough for me to drive it around normally. I truly appreciate that. Bob & Allen were very helpful and informed me the best way they could without being pushy or upselling. Pretty solid experience. Time will tell the true quality of repairs but as for now, Im happy with the service and recommend it sincerely. Thank you!

Not a good experience. The issue got worse.Was forced to stop driving shortly after the repair and go to nearest mechanic who stated that the bearings (passenger side) were not replaced as was reported to me that they were.Additionally, when I spoke to Pinellas Autobody mechanic, he said that he actually replaced the driver side bearings, which was different than what I was originally told was the issue.Also, per the mechanic I had to take my car to after the original repair, he said that when Pinellas Autobody inspected the passenger side bearings they did not reinstall correctly, which is what caused the damage.I called the next day and the front desk guy laughed at me under his breath and would not get a manager on the line.I have not yet gotten a call from the manager a week later.

I love to support family owned local business. I’ve had my car their multiple times. The employees are very kind and respectful. My car was done on time and they called me with updates on my car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

My 2013 Pathfinder was towed to Pinellas Auto Body following an accident. The driver of the tow truck was polite and very informative. Within 24 hours, Matt from Pinellas Auto Bod had already worked with the insurance company to get an estimate and repair schedule. The body and paint work was done well beyond expectation and 2 days ahead of schedule! These guys are the best.

I would recommend 5/5 to this autobody shop. When I went in, my sales person, Taylor, introduced himself and told me he’d be helping me. I thought he was just helping me for that day, but he helped me the entire time! Maybe it’s because I’ve never been hit by a car before and needed to deal with a collision center, but I’ve never been to any car place before that does that. He answered all of my questions and always followed through with what he said he would do.

Car towed there by AAA when it failed to start. Pinellas diagnosed the problem the next morning and reported that my car was OK. Must have been the down pour of the previous evening.
