Garbage service, the people like only money not help

I have always had great service on 24/7 watch of my properties. Very attentive and professional and always got a call if they had any issues or concerns on the property. Would recommend.

There very unprofessional they towed our vehicle and wouldn’t tell us if it was there or not for sure they laughed and said I didn’t sound like a women took 10 minutes to calculate the Total I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Tow truck driver from this company pulled out right in front of me (he had a stop sign, I was driving on a main road with no stop sign), and I had to slam on my breaks to avoid him.He was on his phone and was looking right at me the whole time, but just kept going like I wasn’t even there. I am driving a big 7-seater ford, not exactly easy to miss.

The new owners of Kotakis are wonderful!! They are professional,trust worthy and fair a hard combination to find in the towing industry. I will definitely use them for all my towing needs. These guys will bring Kotakis back to its former glory

Wish I could give them less. Criminals. Illegally towing cars that are legally parked

I am really disappointed with the service I received. My ball joint broke on my car and I gave kotakis a call, they arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the staff was very kind and helpful. Things began to go wrong when he got my car to my destination he didn’t know how to get it down off the truck and park it correctly, it was if he had no clue what he was doing he broke my tire completely off and cracked my bumper, broke when washer fluid container and told me that he wasn’t liable for the damages he caused. I was very upset with his attitude, because I was just trying to see if they would fix the damages that they had caused. I called the next morning to speak with the manager and the guy who fixed my car answered and posed as the manager which was very unprofessional. I appreciate them for getting my car where it needed to be but would never use their services again. I tried to call again and it was as if my number had been blocked because I was going right to voicemail. I ended up having to fix not only my ball joint but all the other damages they had caused.

Called 447-1952 for Kotakis Towing, the dispatcher answered the phone and said Nationwide Towing. We advised them we needed a car towed from our property and she said the tow truck is locked in a gate and she is sending a message to the owner.No one ever came to tow the car and they are going to get with us Tuesday morning to settle things. BS service and I hope we can start a contract with a different company because KOTAKIS SUCKS!!

Tried several times to call for a tow. Was sent to voicemail all 5 times I called. 24 hour service? Doesnt seem like it. Very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Cant give lower then a one start but how are you going to say you are 24/7 when people try calling you at all hours of the night and you never pick up

They towed a car that wasn’t supposed to be towed

Left me sitting for an hour. I called them back and they told me they couldnt find me so they sent there driver to another call and never even called me. I was sitting on a main road, how could you not find me.
