We have use these guys to put up our Christmas lights for several years now. They do a great job! We even changed colors from year to year with no problem. We just had to pay for the the new lights. I highly recommend using them if you don’t want to put up your own lights. They will come back and take them down at the beginning of the new year and they even hang onto the lights for you so you don’t have to store them, if you want. Great company.

I was very happy with the way they worked no matter how cold or windy it was to get my trees done and they kept following up with me and checking to make sure everything looked OK

I have been caring for my elderly parents, and being 65 Im no young chicken myself. So to have Northern Utah Christmas Lights climb ladders and install made to fit my home Christmas lights was a joy and life saver. The day they installed them was a trying frustrating day for me, as I drove into my driveway that night, I stopped and just took in the beautiful sight of red and white lights glowing brightly. They are a professional and courteous company, Ill be using them every year.

We have had them hang our Christmas lights for the last couple years. They’re easy to work with and maintain the lights and sensors very well. If a bulb is out, they run right over and replace it. I highly recommend them.

11/9/21 I never received a response from Lisa Woods, but not surprised as she is not customer service oriented; good thing Carsyn the installer responded. The 2 bulbs that were out were fixed the next day by Carsyn. Now I have another bulb out. I’m wondering if the light bulbs that were given to us are used light bulbs. Purchasing lights and installing them is pretty expensive and having light bulbs going out is not only upsetting, but also pretty embarrassing. I emailed Ashlee for assistance. We will see what happens. I’m starting to regret this purchase a bit.11/4/21 Ashlee has been amazing through out the entire process. Ashlee’s personality and customer service was the cherry on top and made me want to move forward with this company. Rachel was great! She came over for measurements. The install was incredibly early, but just goes to show how great this company is. Lisa Woods not friendly like Ashlee and Rachel. Lisa doesn’t like answering her phone apparently. Carsyn, the installer, was very friendly and notified me when he was done with the install and told me it looked great. Once it got dark, my husband and I were so excited to connect and turn on the lights and realized there were 2 bulbs out. I texted the installer and emailed Lisa Woods. We’ll see what happens.

Excellent, professional installation. The installers did not leave until they were sure we were happy with the lights. We are 100% happy with both the lights and installation. Highly recommended.
