This place needs help. On two occasions, i’ve had to say my order multiple times and confirm at the window, only for them to get it incorrect in the end. I asked for a Passion Tea Lemonade and was given an unsweet tea after verifying FOUR times.

I asked them before I ordered if they were out of the Very Berry they said they had all the things to make it, but after I paid they gave me some water concoction with no berries and I asked what it was and they said it tastes the same, it does not taste the same it tastes like berry water flavored propel. I am upset they just didnt say they were out, I would of ordered something else instead of paying 5 bucks for water 😑 photo will be posted. Just dont go here.

Was a 1-star (pre-COVID), back to 3-star (during-COVID) due to significant improvement in quality of service. Still below average for Starbucks.

They dont always get your order right. But if you dont do any special orders or off menu items theyll get them right. Customer service quality depends on who is working that day.

This Starbucks is one of my favourites. The interior is so nice as well as the employees, and the drinks of course are always good.

Visit here more frequently than I should(lol) but the mochas and Frappuccinos are awesome and they go above and beyond so you can have it your way! Staff is very friendly🙂

No exaggeration, it took 15 minutes after I ordered to get a black coffee, no cream. Nothing special just a coffee. Recommend that SB give you a cup and provide access to the coffee machine or? If youre just getting a regular coffee. Why should a regular coffee order get out behind all those special drinks?

Coffee tastes fine but if you order a venti it will only have a grande amount it so don’t waste your money just get a grande....

The employees are pretty awesome at this location. They are always so helpful and dont rush you like some locations do. Ive tried plenty from the menu and its what youd expect, but modifying the drink comes without a pain, again, due to the quality of staff they keep. Id recommend this location over any in the Davis County area. Its very good.

Amazing costumer service. I have been traveling from Florida all the way to Washington stopping everyday at a different Starbucks and today I received the best costumer service of all the places I stopped.

Great location! Starbucks is not my absolute favorite but it is consistently good so I am there every few weeks. This location has a great staff that is always friendly and very eager to please. The last time I was there the lady at the drive through felt I had waited to long for my drink in the line and refused to charge me for it and gave me a gift card for my next visit. They go above and beyond in their service that is for sure.

Starbucks is starbucks. 3 out of 5 star coffee, but what made me give it a 4 out of 5 is the employees. Friendly, nice people and an nice place to sit for 15 to 30 minutes and enjoy your coffee before going back to the rat race.

Im not crazy about Starbucks and used to occasionally go to the Layton location for a few different things. After they consistently made my drink wrong or they added so much ice to my drinks it was like I was paying 5 bucks for a cup of ice with a sprinkle of tea, I decided to try this new location because I really enjoy the Starbucks refreshers but I usually change or add something here or there. Ive been here a few times and they always make my drink perfectly. The staff is friendly and positive and Ive been known to try new things and order some weird drinks and they always make it just like I ask. I go out of my way to go to this location because they are awesome. Great job staff and thanks for always making my visit and drink great! ☺

Good, fast and friendly service. Its right by Hill AFB so if you work there or have friends or family there this is a great spot for a break or to hang out. Theyre military friendly which is good.

Sunday morning, six employees behind the counter. There was a line because they didn’t have both registers open. After waiting for a few minutes the couple in front of me finished their order. The gal working the register walked away from the register and proceeded to talk to other employees instead of taking my order. I was standing at the counter just waiting. Eventually the employee making drinks (and apparently the only one who was working while the others stood around like herd of grazing deer) asked me if there was something she could start for me. I understand that Sunday mornings can be spotty but I’m thinking these girls need some more customer service training.

Love the staff and its a great location. However, every time I go there they are out of the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich. Also, they have killed a few shots of espressos that they used in my drinks.

Great place have had good experiences, they have had some days where mess ups are made but they always make up for it. Like today, half off my drink cause my order got lost in the mid day rush. Stuff happens, what matters is how they handled it. And Id say perfect!

Literally every time they seem to mess up the order, this time they put wayyyyyy tooooo much ice in my matcha green tea latte (definatly not the measured ice scoop) and they handed me a drink without the whip when I said something it’s like they knew and was like “oh, yea. He forgot I’ll fix that” that 🙄 really? I can’t even put my straw through the ice it’s so much.

Favorite place to get coffee

Roe who usually works the drive thru is always so quick and knows my order each and every day. Its always a pleasure to see her every morning. This location could teach other locations a thing or two for sure. I am loyal to this location because I know they will always get my order right and tasty!

Desserts. Its Starbucks and the coffees are tasty. Friendly and speedy service.

One of the cleanest Starbucks Ive ever been in. Very nice interior. The employee could have been friendlier but they might have just been having an off day. Quality of coffee was great at this location too, usually they tend to be quite variable but this place is consistent.

Its the service you expect from a Starbucks. I love that being so close to base they honor R.E.D. and its seems that many of them are Veterans themselves. A really great place, clean, friendly, and always welcoming.

The food and drinks are good, though its a premium price tag for most things that arent pastries. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that the floor can get pretty dirty when they salt the sidewalks and that seems to get neglected.

Nastiest Caramel Frappuccino I’ve ever tasted. Had zero flavor whatsoever. This location always makes its drinks nasty.

This location fails to anticipate traffic. Too often I have had to wait for brewed Pike, and way too often have I been served with “room for cream” to find no cream and go begging for it.No rude employees but none of them pretend to be your friend.

Love their delicious breakfast sandwiches. Had the Chia latte and it was excellent. Drinks are pricey, but the sandwiches are reasonably priced and filling.

The wait time is beyond long for no reason.

They made all my drinks (and I had 6!) pretty quickly and they were made correctly!

Driving from Seattle to Arizona. I needed a a coffee and a you are here mug. The staff was very friendly and the place clean and bright. I like the way they showed respect to the Armed Forces.

This is a great starbucks to study at.Its regularly empty during the weekends and the afternoons arnt as busy compaired to other starbucks, like the one on antelope drive.Its clean, warm, and mostly staffed by people who have military families.Also, being so close to base must make it very secure. I mean, who robs a store next to an airforce base? Crazy people.

This SBucks is all right, but all the employees look like theyre in high school and their friends are hanging around. Can get kind of bothersome at times, but its not the worst thing in the world.Other than that, standard SBucks fare.

I pay $$$ for a Vinti and even bring in my own Stsrbucks Vinti mug please fill it up.

Today I went to get 3 drinks and a WARMED banana bread. I ordered2 blended drinks and one warm. When she handed me my banana bread it wasnt warm and when she went to hand me my white chocolate and it was cold I told her I ordered it hot, she proceeded to tell me I said frappichino and shut the window abruptly, her attitude was unnessacary and rather rude. I advise you give torrey some training in customer service coming from someone who has worked in the field for years!

Its mostly OK, but theres a lady there that forces you to swipe your own credit card in the drive thru, and shes adamant about it. I find it annoying.
