Very respectful and courteous staff. The wait time was a little bit longer than I would’ve liked but they were running behind. Grateful they got us in on the day we needed it so I can’t complain, I’m actually extremely grateful. Will definitely go back again and highly recommend it to anyone who needs their windshield or any other window serviced. Thanks for the help guys!

Was really disappointed that Safelite took over Technaglass. Went into get a rock chip repair with my lifetime warranty and they wouldnt honor it because its not their policy. In my opinion, when they purchased Technaglass they should have been required to fulfill the same warranty. They wanted to charge me over $100 for a rock chip repair! And they were rude about it as well when I questioned the warranty. Wouldnt recommend going there for auto glass needs unless you want to get overcharged.

Great service. Super convenient. They came right to my home. Had a defective windshield with bubbles in it. Theyre replacing it, no questions asked. Tyler came to my house fixed my windshield, very kind and even cleaned my back window. Not expecting that. Will give them business again. Very please with how they handle things.

Actually a scam. Please do not go here. They had our car for a hour and half yet when we got the car back no work had been done. We still had a crack that is now slowly getting bigger. They werent even busyStill charged us and claimed it was fixed which was a complete lie.

This shop was highly recommended by our insurance. They didn’t bother to notify us that they couldn’t keep their appointment so we took time off work for nothing only to be notified hours after they should have showed up. They need to work on their communication.

Took it in to get a chip fixed. After 10 minutes of waiting they pull my vehicle around and apologized for making it worse. I looked and it cracked all across the whole windshield now when it was just a little chip to begin with. Now I need a whole new windshield. I asked for a discount on a new one and they said thats not how it works and theres always a chance of it spreading when they work on it. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT BEFORE HAND. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE

Service was great, they were short handed but still finished on time and kept me informed the whole way. The flies inside the waiting area were out of control and could be taken care of.

They might get the job done for 70% of their clients, but the other 30% will get nothing but excuses and lies. Were all shorthanded, but they shouldnt lie about the situation and duck their responsibilities.

Clark and Ryker were fantastic. Clark went through everything with me in detail to make sure I was well taken care of. They even stayed an hour late to complete the windshield replacement. Ive been a little worried about going here since Safelite took over the original windshield shop, but I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the service I received from Clark and Ryker.

Since when does it cost $80 for a Rock chip repair? Ever since buying out Technaglass in Utah, your service has decreased and your prices have increased! $80 for a Rock Chip repair, expecting insurance companies to cover it is unethical and wrong! Never again!!

Clark did a great job repairing and cleaning my chipd windshield. Was done as quick as specified.The cost was the only downside.

Our tech, Brandon was awesome. He was able to come earlier than planned. I could hear his smile behind the mask he has to wear for Covid. He was very personable and professional. He even enjoyed being supervised by my big dog. He got the job done quickly and it looks great. I’m super impressed by his customer service. A big THANK YOU!

I got a big rock chip earlier today and brought it into Safelite for repair. They had me set up, fixed up, and out the door in less than an hour, which was great because I had a lot of places to run. The repair itself was well done. I have gone to Safelite locations for all of my repair and replacement needs and they have never disappointed. I highly recommend these guys.

This place did a great fast job fixing the rock chips in my windshield. They took care of having my insurance cover it, and the tech’s were extremely polite and professional when I picked my car back up.

Service was great, still have a small hole on the surface where the chip is (will take it back in), expensive at $89.00 with 25% off... and now everyone around is charging the same price... Rediculous.!

Had an appointment for the morning, and was the last vehicle out of their shop. They damage the inside door panel arm rest, part of the lower outside window trim. I understand it was busy, but if youre so busy the work is rushed and causing damage, then you lose customers.

I raised it to 3 stars because the issue is only half Safelites fault. There was some issues with getting my glass repaired related to my insurance I was told that they were resolved and the Safelite employee scheduled me for Saturday and said that she would make notes on the account of what is going on and not to worry about it. So I showed up Saturday there was no notes on the account about it and they wanted me to pay $650 for it. So that is why the low raiting.

I didnt get the name of the woman that helped me but she went above and beyond. She was so helpful in getting my claim reported and she did the rock chip repairs on my windshield. One was so bad I didnt think it could be repaired but she was able to do it. Thanks Safelite!

Even though there were quite a few hiccups in the process of replacing my windshield, it felt like the staff here were doing their best to take care of me. When the glass ordering and scheduling issues were finally resolved, these guys stayed past closing to get my vehicle done. They also cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car, which was appreciated.
