Caring staff, they called me as soon as my doctor called in the prescription to let me know when it was ready. As soon as it was ready they informed me to head over. Great customer service. Convenient drive through, that was speedy. Went around 6:30 pm, not much of a wait.

Switching from CVS to Healthsmart was one of the best decisions we have made in a long time!! They are ALWAYS friendly and so quick!! There are times that my childrens prescriptions are ready before we even get home from the doctor!! And who doesnt love a Hallmark tucked right inside!?!?

Incredibly nice staff! I have had nothing but exceptional service since I switched to them. They make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to make your experience with them the best possible every time. Any time I have been there I feel like a valued customer and know there are caring people in this world. They make me feel like I am back in the same small town I grew up in which is comforting. I highly recommend this Pharmacy!

This place is the best local pharmacy in Clayton, and my favorite on Johnston County too. They do it all (veterinary scripts, compounding, free local delivery, drive thru window) and also have an awesome gift shop with Hallmark cards, home decor and holiday items. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely LOVE Healthsmart and it is a blessing to have a trustworthy pharmacy that is LOCAL and offer DELIVERY which is proving to be a tremendous blessing!! Also, pocketRX app/website to make refill/med organization extremely convenient!Lance and his staff have taken care of me and my family since we moved to this area. I only purchase meds from this pharmacy and so grateful for their advice, oversight, and contributions that have proven invaluable to my and my familys health. Whether Treatment for Chronic conditions or acute, seasonal conditions- we trust that Lance and his staff are paying attention, serving as an added watch to ensure doctors dont prescribe meds that may be a problem with current meds, as well as, always helpful with advice and explanations so we dont make mistakes with meds. Taking OTC or prescribed medication can be harmful or helpful and I appreciate all Lance and his staff do to the betterment of the CONSUMER and not the med industry. I have NO desire to be at the mercy of and chained to the other retail stores that dispense meds on the side...The local, independent, stand alone, personable, patient/customer focused, traditional pharmacy style of Healthsmart (previously Medicap) that Lance and his staff cultivate is worth everything. The experience of caring MORE for the person of the consumer far outweighs any monetary difference or big chain store distractions.

Very friendly staff. Exciting, unique & shopping area fulll off all-things-Hallmark, one of a kind gifts, unusual yet vast selection of fine products from skin creams, spa items, high end drink ware, kitchen gadgets, personal tools, creature comfort/convenient - minded accessories. Such shopping, however, comes with a price so be prepared to pay a bit extra. They do have a customer rewards program thats punch card based & though its a bit of a marathon before it pays off...at least they have a program that rewards their frequent flyers. I LOVE this store & will return frequently.

Every month I get my pills refilled. I switched from CVS. The service here is way better.

I just switched my prescriptions over to Healthsmart from CVS a few months ago and have never looked back. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and quick service, and a great selection of products in the store, including local and all natural selections.
