Overall a good experience except they werent taking cash at the self checkout... everything was stocked up and in a orderly fashion. The parking isnt shaded and youll be forced to wear a mask by the front lady. Keep that in mind.

It is very unprofessional that no one answers the phone when you call. It seems to me that they are only worried about the customers that actually walk into the store. Mangers really need to get on top of this situation because it will make the store lose money. All customers should be important

I had better luck at this Walmart Auto Center. They are twice as far from my house, but at least they know the basic services they provide. Not much of a wait to have two carry in trailer tires mounted.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION!! Especially if youre new to this location and its pouring down rain. 4 of their 6 lanes do not have an exit leave from the pickup area causing me $1800 in damages this week from hitting the incredibly terribly designed concrete peninsula that forces over half of the places to either run into each other, or when blinded by rain, cause thousands of dollars in damages to your vehicle. Ive never seen anything designed with such lunacy in my life. Pictures to follow!

They have a lot to choice from however, never a lot in stock. I recommend going during the week and not the weekend. I find Tuesdays are the best.

Inside of the store is nice, clean, and convenient. However, please ensure that you DO NOT place mobile pickup orders here. I’ve had three experiences of waiting for orders 45+ minutes after arriving during my assigned slot. Writing this review while parked in stall 6 after 1hr and 20 mins of waiting.I understand the whole world is short staffed but this experience is a little ridiculous.Edit: It’s now been 2 hours…

For a Walmart the store is in such disarray. There are pallets in the middle of isle. Shelves that are empty. Im talking about the food part of the store. There is rarely anyone that knows what the heck is going on there. Its hit or miss when you are trying to go food shopping. We usually have to go to another supermarket to get items we need. I was looking for carrots one time and they had none. Ive never been to a supermarket that didnt have any carrots in my 59 years on this earth. The yogurt section is really hit or miss, the milk is another miss. The whole dairy section needs some serious help!!! I dont know if the manager knows what is going on. I guess who ever does the ordering has no clue how to run a supermarket. I think they need more staff to stock the shelves at night when the store is close instead of when people are trying to shop. I love to go food shopping... just not there!!!

This is a great Walmart. It is mine and my sisters favorite one to go to. We always have a great time here. We always find what we need and things we dont really need but we get them anyway after all its the girls day out!!! We live this place!!!

I shop often at Walmart. It is close to home. Handicapped friendly, parking, entrance in and out of the store. Great hours. I like early morning shopping, not crowed, and browse the lanes, checking for deals. Clean bathroom, well stocked with items.

5 stars solely for the pepperoni rolls that ice never found at any other walmart

Usually pick up groceries. Prices great, and any substitution is on par quality-wise.

There is overflow of produce and it appears the display rarely looks neat. I tend toward using other stores for my produce. Otherwise other things are ok to purchase, household items, paints and other such purchases.

This location used to be pretty good. However, since the pandemic, the store has slowly went downhill. The main aisles have been filled with pallets of items that need to be put on shelves. They are typically out of some key products that they used to have. Self checkout is effectively the only checkout.The one thing that hasnt changed is picking up items in store that were ordered online. That has been a terrible experience for years.Aside from all of this, its a Walmart, so you can almost always pick up most of what youre looking for.

This used to be my everything go to store. It was local, but mostly it was clean, and friendly… but in the past year it has become FAR FAR from any of that. If I even have to go now out of desperation, I dread it & I always leave disgusted. I definitely don’t recommend this one, unless U like unfriendly, bad attitude, confrontational employees- most of whom work self checkout. I’ve taken my weekly shopping business elsewhere.

Please educate the employees who are working the grocery pickup on the different types of products since they are in control of choosing for the customers, in particular watermelon vs seedless watermelon. My mouth was watering for some melon, only to get home and realize it has seeds. What a bummer.

I was super happy when I went to this Supercenter Walmart and I found their dress up and protecting your foil pans. This is the first time Ive been able to find them because I went to Jacksonville North Carolinas Walmart. These are on two stores that had them.

The greeter today let 5 caucasian families/customers leave and stopped me the black customer to check my receipt. Racial profiling in full effect at this Walmart and Im pretty sure I look like a school teacher.

I did a grocery pickup order and I am so disappointed that I will NEVER do a pick up at this location ever again. I understand that they may have been short handed, I assume since I only saw 2 employees bringing out orders, but thats when managers should step in and help out. I got notice that my order was ready at 6:19pm, my window was 6-7pm. I was already there waiting, so I checked in immediately and waited - and waited. I had to wait an HOUR for my order! Thats ridiculous. Also, I did not get a notice that there would a substitution so that I could approve it or not, they just made the substitution. NEVER AGAIN!!!

For such a big store the selection has become limited in regards to brand selection. A lot of freezer cases were empty....maintenance issue?Day before school starting, but lines were very bad even for self check out....that being said the staff was with a few exceptions very pleasant, understandably the shear volume that was being done would have been exhausting for most people.

Shelves are very bare. Cannot get needed items many times and have to go to another store. Then, you have to wait in long lines just to check YOURSELF out. Even if the prices are cheaper, still not worth it....rather shop elsewhere.

Has pretty much anything you can need.

Today went to Wal-Mart in Clayton, NC and it had terrible service. There was only 1 checkout and it was only for 20 Items or less. I do not understand how only one checkout is available for the about of people there were in the store. There should be about 3-5 checkouts available but there was only one. The line was really long. I rate it two stars.

Surprisingly busy for the time of day we went (7pm on the weekend). Nicely stocked with a good variety in the grocery department.

Unfortunately, every time I utilize wal-mart pick up, my fresh foods are either rotten or old. But, I also have good experiences when I enter the store and the fresh produce are mostly fresh so I really dont understand. I would suggest having the employees be more cognizant of the produce they pick for the customers. Thank you.

Its always seems to run out certain products I like to purchase monthly. However, it is closer to my home than Walmart in Knightdale, on New Bern Avenue, near Triangle Mall. I prefer the cleanliness, organization, and the shopping atmosphere better than the other locations.

Cant shop safely or peacefully. They have homeless panhandlers roaming there store begging.I have said something about it to managers and they have told me that they are knowledgeable of the situation.i will shop other places

I placed an order online this is the 3rd time my orders have not been processed at all. I’m not the one to complain but this location do not process online orders they delay the orders or just cancel the whole order. I placed my order on Aug 6 at 10:30am and on Aug 7 11:00am still no order process so I cancel the order and went to Smithfield’s Walmart.. I order online at the Smithfield Walmart they process my order the same day and it’s ready for pickup!! So Smithfield is where I will be going for online ordering. They should just close online ordering down at this Walmart in Clayton until they have enough staff instead of making customers wait and wait and still no order processing.

This was my first time at this Walmart, I am visiting my brother in Clayton and I am from the beach in Delaware. Thoroughly impressed with this Walmart! It is the cleanest and most well kept store I have stepped foot in. Huge store and selection, everything was clean and in order, every employee I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. Overall, the best Walmart I have shopped in.

I normally don’t like Walmart’s but this one has made several Improvements. They have plenty of parking and the location is convenient. They have online pickup drive thru where you don’t have to get out of your vehicle.Inside there is a large selection. Unlike other Walmart stores, this is a very clean, organized and there is plenty of stock.There are also plenty of registers including self checkouts. I will be back to visit here again.

This store is absolutely filthy! There is trash everywhere and it looks like the floors and area under the fixtures has not been cleaned in years. Inventory is piled up in random places and not put away. It has a horrible sour/rotten food smell. I cant believe the store management team has allowed it to get as bad as it is. There is no way I would buy fresh food (meat, dairy, fruit/vegetables) from this store. Clean up your act!

Has been coming to this Walmart for over a decade. Main purpose of this trip was to pick up spray paint to finish a project that I am working on. In stock compared to online stock of the store is off. The paint ilse looks like a group of kids have organised it and stock is down to about 30%. It has been this way for over a year. I like having the ability to pick something up at a local store but experiences like this push me more to shop on Amazon.

I dont know what managements problem is but this place is never stocked and if you ask for help the employees for the most part dont care and are rude. If you ask management they dont know what the hell is going on eitger.....very very poor customer service and management! Corporate needs to look into this place if they even care at all!!!

Not enough cash registers open. Have to use SELF checkout. Scan items, bag items, attempt to pay for items and machine breaks without giving change. Have to wait and wait to get change back.. This review is to reflect my online ordering experience. I placed a order on June 9th and June 19th. June 9th I placed an order that came back canceled then I called in to find out why my order was canceled I placed an order over the phone of a different color and that order got canceled the same day. This is a present order and the frustration. The walmart over the phone gave me a discount I could not use because I cant get the item. I went in person to a local walmart with no success in getting my item. I had to spend more of my time and money from another site in hopes that the item arrives in time.

Unbelievable. No waiting in the check out line. Cashier seemed truly friendly and happy to be working there. Plenty of kitty food in stock. LED light bulbs were no bargain.

Major stockouts more frequent and at all times of week/day. 3 out of 20+ checkout lanes had a cashier on a Saturday at 9am. With a cartfull it is difficult to handle self checkout. One of the bag dispensers wad empty so this went slower!

You cant get to shelves because of all the pick up/ delivery carts in the way. Got twice the employees needed, yet seem to have not enough when you need one.

I needed to find buttons for scrubs pants. This Walmart has a three pack of the correct sized button. For things like this, it is more difficult to shop online for them.

Horrible grocery pickup service! I waited for over two hours past the time that my order was set for pickup due to a “delay”. When I approached one of the pickup attendants to inquire about my order, he asked for my name but then proceeded to walk away to service another customer after laughing and telling me that he “kept entering my name incorrectly in the system” (he never returned to help me). After speaking with the manager on duty, I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me.

Last time I ever set foot in this Walmart. One cashier there were 6 people Inline and 3 or 4 yellow jacket people just walking around watching what was going on. Absolutely ridiculous. They want you to self checkout then LOWER the damn prices if I have to work when I go shopping then I should get a kick back…

This is my favorite Walmart in the area..the store is picked up, clean and has a great variety of items to choose from whether it is the grocery side, clothing, or household. The cashiers work very hard and are top notch. Its worth a short drive to get the quality you receive.
