My carpet that was installed was not straight , the pad underneath did not cover the entire carpet . I called and left a message on 5/4/2021 and no response soni called yeaterday 5/6/2021 and spoke to a girl and she said that the installer would be calling me to schedule a time to fix it and still have not gotten a phone call from him . I called again today and the store didnt answer the phone . DO NOT do business with these people cause they suck at taking care of issues butbhabe no problem with taking your money real fast .Chris

We needed to get our home ready for the Fall market. Contacted Julvin to help get our carpet chosen and installed. They went above and beyond our expectations. The quality of a great contractor is they were never there when completed. Awesome job thx

Very poor customer service! We had new hardwoods put down to replace carpet on our stairs and a hallway. We also had existing hardwoods refinished to match the new. So, not a huge major job. We scheduled it 4 months in advance to be completed during the week we were going to be on vacation so it would be completed when we returned. We were told the job would start on Tuesday and be complete by Friday as we were returning on Saturday. The owner knew we were coming back Saturday and that we needed to be able to come in our house and walk on the floor. When we got home Saturday, the floors were still wet. It was very obvious they were still wet because they were shining. The smell was so strong when we opened the door it almost knocked you out. The job was not finished because there was still trim and railings in my garage that were not installed. The trim inside was not complete so obviously they had to come back. I called the owner and asked him about it and he claimed he thought we were coming home Sunday. Regardless, the job was supposed to be done on Friday. He told me they put the stain on the floors Thursday when I asked him. I was able to confirm they were at my house on Saturday morning! We had to stay somewhere else that night after vacation. The sub contractor came back Monday and did the trim. While they were there, a hole got in the floor and they tried to fill it in. We had them come back the following day and replace the board. The top coat was put down Thursday so we had another day of it drying and out of the house. So what was supposed to be a one week job, ended up being 2 weeks. Every time I spoke with the owner, all he did was apologize and blame the sub contractor but offer no resolution. The work done by the sub contractor is beautiful and he should get paid directly and not Julvin. I told him that as well when he was at my house. We were told tons of lies by Julvin and I will not use them ever again!!

Julvin flooring did a bathroom vinyl floor improperly laid. Vinny the owner stated he would fix it more than 6 times, after 3 months he has still never showed up. Do not use this Guy.
