Stay away! Just built a house using them. Never got return phone calls from sales team in a timely manner. Took 6 plus calls from me nearly each engagement to get a call back or any response. Took way too much effort to get products delivered AND even ordered. Ended up paying way more than any other suppliers in the county, plus got 24 windows that wont lock. Yes they are installed correctly 20 of the 24 wont lock. Thats a manufacturer issue but SERIOUSLY bad customer service for months except for the billing department. They have too much going on to help customers. Hold times on phone waiting for help, transferred from one to another staff member & zero solutions OR communication out to the customer. Credit & billing department plus delivery crew was very good. Overall thee worse company Ive ever spent $ at. Stay away!

I was uncertain if they would help me as from the road you can tell they deal in bulk orders. I was happy to find them helpful and courteous, and with a great price for my (very) small project.

Multiple calls to get quotes for new doors and warranty information on my front door just to have zero estimates and call backs. You think when your trying to spend money, a company would return your call.

They have everything I need in my DIY renovation projects, from moldings to windows. The staff, especially Pedro in the warehouse, and Jerry at the front desk, are very helpful with advice and efficient in their work. Incidentally, the windows and custom sliding doors cost me less than the two local big box stores. Give them a try!

My husband and I own a construction company. We were in bind, we needed speciality doors yesterday! The doors we needed are not a stocked anywhere! Everywhere else told us it was going to be at least 4-6 weeks before they could get them! Not Guy C Lee, every location I called were very professional and knowledgeable in there field. Kelly from the Clayton branch was so friendly, Knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation! I would highly recommend Guy C Lee and intend on using them for all of our company needs. On top of everything but Hardwood Boards, Great approach when i walked in the door, but was told they do not stock Hardwoods for Furniture/Woodworking. Its purely a Construction oriented business and seems to be great at that. Just not for hobbyist woodworkers.
