These guys were incredible and without a doubt the best experience that I’ve had at any Jiffy Lube location! Highly recommend them!! Very attentive and professional; helped diagnose my power steering major issue. And though they couldn’t fix it they told me what I could do until I return to my shop out of state. Over and beyond customer service! Huge shoutout to Dawson for all this help. Hoping to move to this town and they just won me over as a future regular customer. Thanks again!

Today was a great experience! They were busy, but I was helped right away. I told them I needed to pick up a few items at the store while my oil was changed. I was back 20 minutes later, and my vehicle was already being lowered. I was allowed to put my grocery items in the back before I went in to pay. One of the guys even gladly returned my shopping cart to the Food Lion parking lot. I had a $10 coupon, but I was given a $15 discount! I was already impressed, and then when I got in my vehicle to leave, the carpets were vacuum, the windows cleaned, and the dash and console wiped down. These guys were awesome today, and I plan to be back for my next service!

I might be a little biased because I have a company vehicle, but they got me right in, got me up on a lift, got my oil changed, and got me out of there as quick as anything. The techs who took my initial information and did my oil change were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a friendly place!

I find all oil changes and auto service over priced these days. Jiffy Lube is in line with other places and usually offers discounts. They also check tire pressures and top off most fluids to ease the sting a bit. I use Jiffy Lube frequently.This particular store was pretty average with respect to cleanliness, etc. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and it was super busy.

We have been using their services for nearly two years. They have had consistently decent service with friendly staff, affordable prices, and quick service. Almost every time I go there they can take my car in right away or within 15 minutes, much better than most places where you could be waiting for hours. Overall we really like this location and will continue going back.

Will not go back. I went in two days for an oil change and had money in my cupholder. When I got back home I realized my money was taken. I filed a complaint and as of now have not heard back from them.

Nick and Michael saved the day! After a long and hectic day at work I pulled in to the Food Lion and had a complelty flat tire. My son brought our jump box and put some air in it put it wasnt going,g to last. I spoke to Nick and he said they were closed but bring it over and he would take a look. He found,d the problem, patched it and hot me back on the road! Great guys and great customer service!

I was told a price for an oil change (full synthetic oil and filter) and then charged about $30 more than quoted with no explanation plus they took forever to perform the oil change.

I dropped my Cadillac Escalade esv off and I keep money in . I turned all my quarters faces up. Upon getting my truck someone took a whole bunch of my change. I went up there and the manager not only would not have bothered to put a mask on but tried to insult my intelligence. The one employee Michael tried offering me $10 and another tried offering me $7 dollars when I knew it was more then the $17 dollars that was stolen from my truck. I would not recommend this place for business and I’m going to follow up with regional manager or district manager

It was okay. Got oil on my driver seat, good thing I have leather cleaner. Also didnt redo my tire pressure. Ram runs a higher pressure in the front than the back and it takes a few miles for monitors to reset. Did what I paid them to do so thats the upside.

Well I was a first time customer and well, I installed underglow lights under my car when I got it two weeks ago and after they did my oil change, I hear something dragging on the road and no wonder… was my important piece for it to connect to my Bluetooth, never fell off before so why was it ripped off? I don’t know but I wouldn’t recommend going here for anyone

Started to hear grinding noise when I would break and needed an oil change, also. First thing this morning, i called this location and a kind person picked up the phone and explained everything for me. I showed up and a gentleman, I believe his name is Dave?, was out the shop and ready to greet me with what I needed. When it was about my turn, the gentleman that were there to assist were nice, kind, and respectful towards me and I had seen the same treat meant to others that came in after me. The gentleman the was more so the face to the shop this morning and dealing with customers was just as friendly as can be. The service was done in a timely manner while they assisted other vehicles with their needs. Probably one of the better experiences I have had at a Jiffy Lube. This was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube location. If you havent been before, this was my experience: you stay in your car and wait in the car line for your turn. I had a 20 minute wait to be serviced (a little after their open time on a Saturday morning). 25 minute service (inspection and oil change). Product options were presented but not pushed. Overall great experience. I plan to bring my partners vehicle to this location when it needs service.

They do a good job. Not sure about the work flow because we waited quite a while & watched as a vehicle would be worked on, then let sit for 5 or more minutes, then someone would do something to it & go away for another 5 or more minutes. Happened several times.

In and out in 15 min for a state inspection. No upsell or anything.

Take your vehicle somewhere else for tire rotation. I watched them switch front to back on same side . Criss cross rotation is the only way to rotate.

Great service great technicians. Want to get our oil changed and found out that Walmart had stripped our drain plug possibly causing us to have to have a drilled out and replace the oil pan. However these guys were able to get the plug out and get the job done. Highly recommend this place.

Disturbing lack of safety precautions taken despite rising COVID-19 case numbers in the area. None of the workers I saw were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. Definitely will not be returning.

Went to do my NC state inspection and there were about 7 cars in front of me. I was out of there within 45 minutes. Great, fast and quality service.

The guys that work here spotted an issue with one of my wheels that would have been a problem after a while. They let me know about the issue, and how it would affect my car even though they dont work on that particular problem. I appreciate that they take time to look out for my car, rather than just doing the minimum.

There was no vacuum done there was no windows done the fluid level and the radiator was low they could have at least put some water in it so I can make it home we asked him specifically to check all the fluid levels and they did not Im just very dissatisfied with this service especially for that price!!

Serious problem with following directions. I brought my vehicle in for inspection. I take very good care of all my cars, but this one in particular is very expensive, and has a tan interior.I spent at least 2 or 3 minutes explaining to the guy to be careful about getting oil on the interior. Did they listen, nope.I wish I could post pictures, the interior door handle had so much oil on it, as if to say screw you and your request. The door threshold looked like they danced on it, the lower door panel had black marks, as did the main panel, steering wheel, outside handle and drip rail. Havent cleaned it yet, so Im sure there is more.Again, tan interior, inspection(not oil change), spent 3 mins discussing my concerns with the gentleman, and to please be conscientious.I guess they really dont care what the customer wants.They did complete the inspection, but also causing me to spend who knows how long cleaning oil(which can be very difficult to remove) off my tan interior.Very disappointed, and I am sure if thats how they perform when being asked to be careful, I am sure there are a whole lot of dark interior cars rolling out with oil all over the inside.This story will be told to everyone I know to stay away, unless they like oily interiors, and spending hours cleaning

They did a great job changing my oil, but they never get the pressure in my tires correct... each tire is always so different.

If you have another option, I would recommend avoiding this place. Staff seems slow. Too many of them on the clock, mostly standing around telling jokes, rather than working.

Decent place for what it is. No prices listed but I think they have just remodeled. Little less talking in the work area by the employees and work to get cars out quicker.

I popped in this morning because I’m way overdue for an oil change. Dawson was a lifesaver! The place was jammed because everyone is getting their oil changed but he came right over, l told him the situation and that I needed to be on the road fast he checked the oil saw it it was a little low topped it off and even told me about a slight leak in my power steering fluid. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond! From here on out they will have my loyalty! Thank you, Dawson!

I’ve only been here for an inspection so I can’t vouch for anything else but I went in on a pretty busy day and it only took about and hour but that’s normal for places like these, great service though and nice staff. Definitely coming back next time I need an inspection 👍

After a great start and being met in the parking lot by an employee it all went down hill. We moved our vehicle to the line and informed a different employee that we would be dropping it off and heading to breakfast. We were instructed to head into the office and someone would discuss pricing. After ten minutes and multiple employees seeing us waiting I asked if we could go. A third employee said they still needed information but did not offer to take it. Another five passed and finally an employee came in to ask three short questions. Not a professional staff. Would recommend you take your business elsewhere.Note: They did offer me $10 off for my experience, however this was the same discount available with the printed coupon and available online that I already had.

No adult supervision here a bunch of high school kids doing a bad job at oil changes. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and they left the bottom engine cover half attached so it was dragging when I drove off. Get at least one competent adult to supervise these untrained kids you have working.

They changed the oil and adjusted the tire pressure. As soon as I left tire pressure alert goes off. I go back and they tell me tire pressure is correct that it was wrong before. So I asked “so when tire pressure is wrong no alarm and when it is correct alarm blinks”. They tell me yes that it will go off in 20-50 miles. So I drive that far and of course have to carry it somewhere else to have it corrected. Even had the manager put that tire pressure light would go off in writing on the invoice. I’m okay with someone making a mistake, I do on a daily basis. Refusal to fix the issue is a problem though. Learn to be accountable. Maybe just stick to changing oil and leave tire pressure alone.

Just went to get my inspection and the two gentleman that helped me were so professional, fast, polite, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for quick service. Thank you Kenny and Matt for doing an awesome job!

All of the staff was exceptionally nice and made sure that I was comfortable while I waited for my oil change. I especially want to thank Stephanie because she was very kind and patient with me and all my questions. I will definitely be back and recommend them for their fast and courteous service!

I read an incredible amount of poor reviews for this place. Even though I have taken my car there before, I had never done it by myself as my husband was always with me, so I was a little skeptical. I think the company must have had some sort of overhaul because they are super friendly now. It is now company policy to open doors and to tell the customer about the magazines, drinks, and hot coffee and to make yourself at home. They close car doors for you and tell you to have a great day. Very friendly and very professional.

I have been here twice, both for inspections. The staff is super friendly and I didnt mind the wait. I took a car that I was selling here so that the buyer could make sure everything looked ok. The staff put the car on the lift and gave it a good look. They even let the buyer look at it and they gave their recommendations. Best thing they didnt even charge for the 15 min of their time I took. These guys are awesome.

Ive been going to Jiffy Lube in Clayton for about 5 years now. Ive always been really happy with the service. Theres been times theyve alerted me of any issue they find with my car that I might need repaired, and one time I had an oil leak I couldnt get fixed for a while and they topped up my oil a few times for free for me until I could get it fixed.Ill be moving away from the area soon, but I wanted to thank them for their service by telling others I highly recommend them for oil changes.Very polite staff (even though its usually different people that serve me every time) & good service.

Left oil on steering wheel. Didnt tighten lugs on tires after tire rotation, lug nuts fell off while driving. Stripped two other lug nuts. Slowest and worst oil change ever experienced. Would only take girl friends car there IF about to dump her.

Tried to over charge me to a catalytic converter put on quoted me 1000 ended paying 350 at another shop

Well i got to change my own oil today found a leak under my honda pilot the filter was loose it was coming off i lost 2 quart s of oil out of engine and jiffy lube did oil change well dnt worry about your sloppy manager s you better worry about your money cuz if my engine is bad im gona sue your pants right off you .

I waited almost 2 hours to get into the bay, and after 2 hours STILL wasn’t in the bay. Was told it’d be 40 mins. No apology, no nothing. Just attitudes and blank stares. Stay far, FAR away.

Really wanted a to give zero stars.. They almost ruined my car, they used an oil that if they didnt catch it would have ruined my car. I will never return to this business. There are always new people working so you cant depend on consistent service. I expect all mechanics or people who work with cars to know what they are doing so they can correctly service a car.

Wouldnt honor my coupon from jiffy lube he said, oh that coupon never works and didnt even try to use it. Also lied about putting air in my tires (was on the receipt) and then when I asked about what the pressure was initially they then offered to do it. Employees then talked negatively to me about another customer. I have an older vehicle and Im just concerned that they didnt check my other fluids such as the transmission. Ive been going to jiffy lube for years in other states and will have to find a new place to go.They werent busy at all so there was no reason to rush. irritating.

This is the slowest jiffy lube ever. The guys would get cars in and out a lot faster if they werent messing around all the time. The guy cashing people out was climbing on the ramps while a customers car was lifted. They charge so much for a oil change and never too of any of your fluids like they are suppose to. I will never get my oil changed here again. It shouldnt take over an hour to get an inspection when there are only 3 other cars back there and 6 guys working. Very unprofessional

Been here three time no problem till my second oil change and I mentioned the rt tire a pit low from the idiot lights. They over filled them all by 4 lb- sad

Employees are extremely nice and have no problem answering all the questions you may have (unlike other places who get annoyed if you dont know something), very quick with whatever you need, been there a few times for oil changes, but last time was for the inspection & tire rotation, place was full and took them no more than 20-25 minutes. Pricing is fair as well, will keep coming back for sure.
