Great customer service courtesy of Robert. He assisted in filing the claim on my cracked windshield on top of having my new windshield installed quickly and professionally.

I was recommended by some online group about this shop and I was very satisfied by the service but when a guy with a piece of glass showed up here I found out it was not the same as I expected. He apologized and said his boss would call me back but the boss never did. I had to find someone else to get the job done. And my car was without a door glass for several days. Very disappointed and I just dont think this is the way to run business.

My truck got broken into called couple glass companies in Raleigh they couldnt get to me till 3-4 days later east coast auto glass came to ME the next day wich is super convenient . They are very professional , clean ,knowledgeable and friendly got my glass installed and they even cleaned all the broken pieces in my door and in all sourdining areas they really do a 5 star service would highly recommend them for any glass replacements very fast, great prices and true professionals.
