Not a very good experience with the pharmacy. I’d go back to Rite Aid, but I get discounted meds at CVS due to my insurance having a contract with them.

Horrible lying pharmacy staff.I had my dog with me, paid online and thought it would be a quick pick up in the drive thru. Unfortunately the drive thru was closed. I called and they told me they couldnt meet me at the door with my already paid for and signed for prescription because I needed to sign for it and told me to leave my dog in the hot car. Thankfully I had an auto start and left the air on and the kind people in line let me jump in front of them. When I got my prescription they didnt require a signature. Im switching to Walgreens ✌️

Most of the employees are efficient and kind, while the old white lady with the snaggletooth and the tall, slim, bald black man (the two managers) harassed me today and then lied about it to my father. They made me feel so uncomfortable in the store, and I dont know if Ill ever walk in that store again.

Every time I come in to the prescription they close in my face and I can’t get it the hours online don’t even match the hours at the pharmacy. Rude pharmacy tech just started at me and continued talking to each other

Visited on a Sunday evening and they were in the middle of price changes. Availability to get associates to unlock a pegged item was a bit tough but friendly.

Employees in the front are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is a different story. The pharmacist and assistants were rude and not willing to help. If you need medications go somewhere else.

This kid at the counter wouldnt put his phone down to stop texting while at the register. The last time, I came five minutes before closing and he was telling people they couldnt come in because the store was closing. Better training and better management needed here!He also used the keypad for me and didn’t allow me to answer the questions for myself. Hen printed a receipt when I should get emailed receipts to save paper!

Michael the pharmacist is awesome very knowledgeable and takes its time to explain my dads medications

The management at this store is not very coupon shopping friendly. No matter what the CVS ad says, beware that the manager can change the rules if she wants to and she stated that, This is a low volume store so some offers wont be honored. I tried to complain to corporate but my call was somehow disconnected?? I may give couponing and shopping at CVS altogether. Why advertise deals if you will not honor them and change the rules at whim. How about I change the rules of where I shop!

New store。Clean and well stocked. Very helpful staff. Ample parking spaces.

Went in to buy diet soda, it was on sale and the store manager wouldnt allow me to buy as many as I wanted.... As a customer I thought I could buy whatever I wwanted in product ?Im contacting corporate and complcomplaining!

Dismissive. Said they wouldnt fill my prescription because it cost too much to order. Went to Walgreens on Naamans Rd and they filled it within 2 days.
