There was only 1 employee, probably due to staffing issues, but the service didnt suffer at all! He was great! Even though he was very busy, he took time and effort to make my dog a pup cup! Awesome! I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who helped me... 😒

We went to the Location in Clawson for the first time today and we liked it. There is a little kids corner with books for the kids to color and few games. We played Jenga. I ordered the Marvel Caramel Frappe ( it was a little bit too strong for my taste) My daughter got one of those Magic drinks you get for Free when you buy a 24 oz Beverage. The kids drink was disgusting, it tasted like chocolate water (but not the good kind of chocolate) maybe next time well try the strawberry one. The staff is friendly and the location was clean. We need to go back to try other drinks.

Biggby is my favorite coffee shop out of all of the main ones. No matter where I go I can always get the same drink and it be made the same way. This location is always great. The staff is really nice and friendly and super fast. I always recommend Biggby if you like a smoother coffee and espresso with no burnt flavor that you get from other coffee shops.

I dont understand why theyre closed half the mornings that my lady and I come by. Upon this review, we waited 5 minutes at the speaker for no response and had to order at the window and waited another 10 minutes for our order while they were debating on how to make their own product.Id approach this particular Biggby with extreme caution from now on.

I recently came to this location like I always do every morning before work for the past two years. Every since the new owner took over, the customer service has been shaky. This past week I went to this location and there new barrister wasn’t paying attention not only did he use the wrong milk in my coffee he allowed the plastic container around the carton to fall in my drink. When I called to speak to someone about it, what a coincidence he answered the phone. He put me on hold and then hung up. When I called back no one would answer. I have since tried to reach out to the owner who also hasn’t responded to my email. The only person who cared enough to try and address this situation is the manager Paige. The owner has gone through I don’t know how many new employees since he’s taken over. The customer service most of the time is bad. He didn’t care to follow up with me even though the germs from the plastic could have made me sick, anything bad could have happen and he doesn’t care to address a concern like this.

Now this is how a business should be run!! Ive never seen a workplace so full of life!! The staff are ALWAYS happy to be at work and are so warm and welcoming! The drinks are ALWAYS perfect! The girls are so knowledgeable about all their products and helpful through the process. Seriously, I felt like family the very first time I came in!I havent stopped coming since.Absolutely, 100%, full-on 5 stars.But thats only because there isnt 6!

But I went today and the staff was friendly, the drinks were AMAZING, and the atmosphere was just a whole world better!! It feels like the employees are actually happy to be there now!! Im totally impressed! Will definitely be back!!!

I usually come here for coffee on my lunch break and Ive never had a problem or a bad coffee. I tried yesterday, but I forgot my face mask in my car. When I walked in the door, I was nearly yelled at and it was kind of shocking. Both baristas were really rude so I just left.Theres a sign near the door about wearing a mask, but it should be closer to eye level. When youre in a hurry, its easily missed as it is to the left of the door at waist level. 🙃 I wont be back here for a while, unfortunately. I wear a mask for 12 hours a day at my job and simply forgot since I was on my break.

This by far is the worst location I have been to. They hardly ever get the drinks right. Not to mention on at least three occasions I have pulled in at 10am or after and they say theyre closed.

Friendly, fast service. The espresso was good. The bathroom was clean. The store was bright, clean, and inviting space. Theres ample parking in the front, and in the back.

New Management has made the difference! Clean bathrooms and seating areas, a small but efficient drive-thru, and fun daily trivia now adorn this cute little Biggby. A much better look than when it was under previous management.

Ive purchased at this location in the past and have experienced long wait times at the drive-through, but wanted to try again as this location is supposedly under new management. Being that it is Wednesday when I went, I decided to take advantage of their $3 Latte Wednesdays promotion. I checked their website prior to arrival to make sure that this location was part of the promotion and Clawson was indeed listed. However after waiting in line I was told that this location does not participate in the promotion. I left with no coffee and would highly suggest that the website at minimum be updated. Having this location not be part of such a large marketing strategy by Biggby Coffee is a misstep by the new management. There are better coffee shops in the area to spend the money that they ask for their coffee, which tends to be premium in price, but not quality.

Service, building and coffee was awesome , don’t believe any review less than four stars. The ladies there were awesome, the facility and bathrooms clean and the service great. For whatever reason some people take off their bad days and service personnel, these two ladies don’t deserve it the place is great check it out for yourself

Good service, clean establishment. House coffee may not be as strong as some prefer. It is easy and quick to come in here and pour your own coffee from the urn rather than wait in a long line a la Sbux style. BONUS: awesome play list.

I absolutely LOVE Bigby!Their new Golden Chai Latte made with oat milk is absolutely amazing, especially on ice. I love that it contains Tumeric which has a number of health benefits.My other Bigby favorite is the Turkey Havarti Bragel on an everything bagel. 😋 Havarti cheese is amazing! The thing that would make it even better would be adding a slice of tomato.Bigby never disappoints.

My favorite coffee stop. Usually go to one of two locations. Usually, good service. Ridiculous to be out of almond milk for weeks though.

The young lady who started my order was extremely nice. She also made my drinks as well. However, a young man came to assist with one of three drinks ordered. I wouldnt say he was nice or rude. His personality was very mellow, which is fine. The only thing that I had an issue with... Most Biggby locations allow you to place your own lid on the cup regardless of which drink you order. This location apparently takes care of the complete order if you order a specialty drink. This would be a nice gesture, however, there was way too much cross contamination going on. The young man had a slight rash of some sort on his arm. He proceeded to scratch his arm. He used the same hand/s to make the drink and place my lid on the cup. He was a young man, SO I didnt say anything. I didnt want to make him feel bad. However, cross contamination can make others ill, so should be addressed in training. Not only was he scratching, he also was also handling cash and the register with the same hands. The young lady was handling money as well prior to making drinks. I left out of this store feeling like all of my lids were filthy (between scratching and handling money), thus waited until I arrived home to transfer my coffee into another cup to enjoy.

Bad service. We ordered inside and they literally forgot about us and our order. After 20 minutes of waiting I went back up to the counter and they admitted they forgot but offered no apology.

As a coffee enthusiast, the drink recipe is tough for my Frozen Sugar Bear. But they get it almost perfect every time.

Not the greatest, not the worst (That would be one in Livonia). Every time Im there they are not steady with the syrup. They always have new people and have a high turnover rate with employees. One day my coffee is too sweet, the next it is bland. I recently called and the manager told me to be patient cause of their new employees and she thinks that everyone is going off of cheat sheets on what goes into specific drinks. There are always 3 or 4 people working at a time and you can see them go off to the side and eat and drink while you are waiting in drive thru for your order - and then they will go back to making your order without washing their hands.

I wanted to like this bigby because I live in Clawson. The quality of the service and coffee varies wildly depending on who is working. I just got a caramel marvel that is missing several ingredients. I wish they were more consistent because I like bigby coffee but Im not going to spend $5 on a coffee and hope its good this time.Edit: they stopped offering the $3 latte promotion that every other location offers.

The Clawson Biggby is clean, the staff is friendly, and they prepare drinks quickly and well. The store is a tight with limited table space, about half of them have access to power. It seems to always be pretty quiet, which makes it a nice place to study.

Drive through service is atrocious. Many times it takes forever to get the line through. Last time Ill be going to this location. After 10 minutes of not moving in a line with three cars in front and 3 cars behind me, I gave up and went in. When asking the cashier, which took 5 minutes to acknowledge me, if a coffee would take 10 minutes to make, as this was the drive through wait time, I got a very snotty no from her. So the aweful customer service along with the terrible drive through ability of this location has made me turn away. Go to Biggby, the coffee is good, just steer clear of this one.

I love biggby coffee. I go out of my way for a delicious coffee, passing by several large chained places, Id rather not have their overpriced burnt coffee.The young lady in the drive thru is always happy & funny.Thank you!

First time going to a location with a drive thru, didnt like it very much. Biggby locations tend to have a homey personal feel when going inside to order. I felt rushed in the drive thru. I didnt know that we couldnt use more than one coupon at a time, not liking that very much since I was only able to redeem one reward at a time. This isnt a location Id likely be back too seeing that I was only in that area for a specific reason.

Not only is the coffee great but the staff at this Biggby are the BEST around! They take the time to remember everyone who stops in and are all polite and friendly. I love working from this coffee shop too b/c there are always tables open and the wifi is free and reliable.

This can be a problem if you need to have more than a book or a laptop out on the table.With the new crosswalks on 14 Mile Rd you have watch which parking lot exit you use when trying to go westbound.

Gotta try their HOT or COLD CARAMEL SPICED CIDER.Bigby is a great LOCAL MICHIGAN owned company and I would drive past 10 Starbucks to go to Bigby. There whole bean coffee is delicious unlike Starbucks which I find to be bitter and put off ish. They also have a drive through too which is fast too.

I love biggby coffee, but their wait time is not so likable. Sometimes we wait 20 to 30 minutes for a pound of coffee beans, with no other customers in line. The coffee, staff and appearance of the store is always good, but the wait time is awful! I was in VA recently and searched for biggby out there, and learned that biggy only exist in Michigan. Hoping to see them in other states one day. Overall, biggby is the best and I wont go anywhere else, but really hoping the wait time could be better in the future!!

I reserved a large to-go box of coffee for 6:15 this morning, showed up on time and the store was not open. Found an associate in the back messing with a lock on the back door who told me his manager slept in. Thankfully Starbucks was open down the street and I got one there but I was very late to work. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning.
