Ordered 2 screws for my burgman 400 rear brakes. Said it would be in within 2 days so i went ahead and ordered them. Over priced. Didnt come in for a week. Should have ordered from amazon would have been 24 dollars cheaper. I know better now.

Visited today to find a new motorcycle helmet. Quite a dealership! Not very busy at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday, but a good time to stop. Nice lady showed me their collection of modular helmets and I took home a new HJC. They carry Honda, Triumph, Yamaha, and Kawasaki. They are worth you taking a look.

Good sales people, they were easy to work with. I dont know if the receptionist was having a bad day or what but she has a bad attitude. Other than that would go back and do business.

I went here for my first service which was fine. But my buddy and I have the same bike, Kawasaki ninja 650. They charged him around $220 he said but for me it was $260+. Just seems a little sketchy to me. Also the guy briefed it would just be oil changed, oil filter, inspection, and tighten and lube chain. Not a 20 minute test ride with a bike wash that I’m sure added a bunch to that cost. Next time I’ll definitely be going to a shop in Nashville.

There were two identical bikes that I was looking at buying about 2 years ago. One in Nashville and one here. The one in nashville was cheaper and in better condition. So I asked the person helping the sale along if we could bring the price down about $300 and it would be a done deal. He said no, and bet me I wouldnt drive all the way to Nashville just to buy a bike. Well a bets a bet and Ive bought two other bikes in that time from Nashville. But other than that one experience everyone else has been helpful, courteous and nice. Just a typical big 4 sales lot.

Service department and parts department are extremely rude and unhelpful. Was told all service needs are a first come first serve basis. That is a great way to be helpful when you have clients that have busy work schedules. For what they charge they should be more accommodating. I’ll continue to take my bike to Cool Springs for all my needs as well as my next bike purchase. Was really disappointed that my local dealer is this way.

Having purchased a bike from here, this dealership is the place to go. The selection of motorcycles, side by sides, ATVs and even jet skis is large. I purchased a 2013 BMW GS650 and the process itself was smooth and went by quick. The staff here were helpful and considerate to my expectations. These guys won’t hassle you into buying something like majority of dealers in Clarksville. They’re “service member friendly”, considering a lot of the staff are vets. If you plan on checking this place out, talk to Sales Rep: Glen- he’ll find what you’re looking for.

Fantastic business. Great sales Team especially Dustin. I bought a seadoo jetski over the phone from Massachusetts and had it shipped. Dustin took care of everything, even so far as taking pictures before and after the seadoo was loaded on the trailer for transport to Mass. I would buy here again without thinking twice.

Well, I spent 25 minutes standing next to the bike I wanted, and I could not even get a “hello“? Then I walked out slowly looking back and nothing .

I wanted my first bike to be a Yamaha R3 and Mid South had the new 2019 matte black in stock so I was excited to pick it up. Jesse helped me out and was knowledgeable. The process is a lot smoother than buying a car for sure. I would warn others about additional costs not included in the list price such as the freight fee but I was expecting this. It’d be cool if it was all included and shown to avoid someone leaving a deal or something. They partner with a company and teach riding courses from beginners to advanced. I took this class and it was over two days. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a motorcycle, maintenance or gear.

Over priced bikes . Nice gear if that’s what you need. Most convenient hours though. Sales reps were non-existent for my visit so they were not helpful in that regard. But on the upside weren’t pushy! :D Bikes were nice though. Nice selection of ATVS AND Quads.

They lied to keep my business....and I have finally had enough. I regret purchasing my motorcycle from them. They told me they would call me when my bike arrived after confirming my work schedule...nope. On a separate event, they told me they once again would call when some accessories arrived....nope. I tried to use their online tools to schedule my first service appointment (04/14/2020). When I arrived the team member told me he didnt even know they had such a tool and I would have to wait. A coupon for service was given to me for my next service by team members that expired 2/2020. When asked if this was going to be an issue I was told no. Well it was. There are a few other incidences that I have had with this location but hopefully this will be enough to have you look elsewhere.

Had sport bike tire changed here. Said they would get right in, 3 hours later stop by and still outside. Had to come back and pick up as they closed. Guess if I have other service there I have to ask for a clearer estimate on timing.

Excellent service

700 bucks for prep, 200 for doc fee plus 49 bucks for title on a new off road machine. Complete rip off.They pay some kid prob @40 bucks to uncrate a machine put a battery in it and a gallon of gas.Doc fee for what? Me writing them a check or paying cash? Everything is electronic, there is minimal docs to generate. Title fee and tax ? understood, when everyone gets burned out and theres mo more covid play money lets see how ling this place lasts. And theyre not friendly at all. especially when someone is buying a 10 to 18k $$ machine.. wasted my time at this place. Bought out of state and saved &$$ and was treated fairly.

I dont know where to start. I have had the worst time with this place. Ive had my polaris 570 there three times in the last year and still cant use the dang thing. Every time I go it cost me a pretty penny and still no positive results. Since Ive picked it up the last 2 times it has pretty much drains the battery to start, if it starts at all. Didnt have this problem until I took it there. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If there was a negative star Id use it, one star is giving them to much..

Sales team doesnt know producls they sale

A bit over priced. I understand the high quality they bring but prices can be come down a tad bit. I signed up for a newsletter online and have yet to receive any type coupons. I only get this week sales on motorcycles. They should operate on a points system.

No inventory no one seemed really interested in helping

Quoted me $2,900 flat for a bike. I signed the paper and next week came with $2,900 cash. All of a sudden the price they wanted was $3,500 and refused to cut me a deal or provide the paper I signed the prior week. Unprofessional and money hungry. If you think someone is going to pay $3,500 for a USED Honda Grom then good luck, because that thing is going to sit there for a while.

Excellent Service Team! My Can-Am Spyder broke down while I was traveling through Clarksville. I spoke with Steve in service who stated they could look at my bike right away so I had my bike towed to them. My bike was evaluated immediately and the necessary repair made within a couple hours even though the service department was extremely busy! Steve and the entire team were professional, provided excellent service and delivered on their promise to have me back on the road the same afternoon!

To much money to but things

I just purchased a Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT Ranch Edition from Mid-South. Jesse was my salesman. Im happy with my purchase and Jesse was really good to work with on this ... no high-pressure sales tactics and if he didnt know the answer to a question, he found it for us. I highly recommend both Mid-South and Jesse.

These guys have bent over backwards on more than one occasion to get things done in a timely yet thorough manner. And very professional and helpful even when its crazy busy which is a quite often. Nothing but praise to the service techs, especially to Chad (service mgr) for taking such good care of their customers!

Bought my first bike through here. Stickers were all over the place, for military, reserves, and veteran discounts. But me and my wife, both 12 years service, myself disabled vet, and she is still in the guard after 12 years active duty, were not eligible for it. Military discount stickers disappeared when we came to pick up a week later.Sticker price does not include fees like a car dealership would. $4500 bike ended up costing over $6100. Crate fees, assembly fees, tax, title, honestly surprised they didnt charge for electricity used in the lights above the display inside.Everything else was nice, friendly staff, informative, helpful. Well stocked. Just seems really dishonest and sets a bad tone to me when it comes across as being lied to about prices. Include them in the sticker price, have a breakdown of how the pricing works, you know like an auto dealer.

My son took his bike in here multiple times for the same issue. I was not happy. Called and spoke with the manager. They came and picked up my sons bike, took it to the shop, and fixed the problem the next day. To make amends, they did not charge me for the pick up nor the labor to finally correct the problem. Communication could be better, but now I would recommend them.

Service was good. Not sure why it took so long to fix bike, but I wasntin a hurry either.. But, the work was done well. I would reccomend anyone to this place. I drive truck, and wasnt able to pick up bike for a while once it was done. They were accommodating in keeping my bike there till I was able to get home to pick it up. They did come get it from my home, which was very nice service.. bike run as it should, thank you.

Bought a 2017 CBR1000rr. Had a great experience with Mid-South Motoplex on this purchase. Everyone was very helpful. I was greeted numerous time asking if I was ok and needed any help. I never once felt pressured to buy anything. They took the bike back to give it a once over. They were super honest with me about the bike. They came to me and told me that it had a miss and it needed the spark plugs changed. You have to remember that this bike is 3 yrs old with 200 miles on it. Doesn’t sound like it would need plugs with that amount of miles on it. But ,it has been sitting for awhile. I was very pleased that they took the time to change the plugs out for me and work after hours to do it. Thanks you to everyone at Mid-South Motoplex for making my buying experience a great one!!!!!!!!!

I went there 10/13/18 to trade for a bike. They may talk fast, but numbers dont lie. They offered $1500 less than low trade-in value. Low is $7500 , average is $9500, according to NADA retail is $14000. The bike i wanted was advertised at $13000 retail, and trade in is $6000 low, and $11000 average. They wanted $7000 difference. Retail to retail $18000 to $14000 is only $4000 also had marked $5000 off for rebates off $18000. I recommend another dealer especially since another one offered me same bike for a difference of $4000 save your money

Bought a 2020 grom from there and loved the bike. Went back for another 2020 grom but found it cheaper in Nashville. Talked with my salesman about it and said they would price match the 2020 without abs. After the sale and what not got my title in the mail and they sold me a 2019.

01/18/2019. I took my 4 wheeler (CAN-AM OUTLANDER 570) to get serviced and have a light bar and winch installed. They did great work. However, when I picked it up the electrical display was not working. The Service Manager said that he would order a new part and replace it free of charge. (the part was $180+). Thank you for the great work and southern hospitality!

So Ive been in there about two times just to look at a few things, on the third time in there, I decided to buy another motorcycle, and they set me up with DANIEL CROSS, and I tell ya go see him. This guy knew what he was talking about, went above and beyond, to get me what I wanted. Dont get me wrong ever one there is awesome. BOTTOM LINE WILL SHOP THERE AGAIN? Hell yes. And if you do ask for DANIEL CROSS. I am a proud owner of a Honda Fury 1300, 👍👍👍

I highly recommend if you dont have to come this place dont. All they care about is selling units. The parts department expects you to know what comes and doesnt come with what youre buying. They definitely wont help anymore than they have to. The service department is about the same way and are very rude. Not at all based around costumer service. Everytime I deal with this place its the same way. Dont come here unless you have to!

Very friendly and helpful staff with fair pricing

Got my bike here a few weeks ago talked to tom through out while i was in the decision process hes a very knowledgeable man and friendly. Unfortunately when i went to actually buy the bike tom was off so i got to work with jordan also a very knowledgeable person and friendly as well had me in and out fast maybe and hour and a half then the rest of the crew was great and even helped me load it in the truck and strap it down!

Just bought a bike from them, everything is pretty smooth and professional. The woman that answers the phone literally hung up in my face 2-3 times blaming they were busy either way you dont treat customers like that. My overall experience was very good with them. Worked with David he answered all my questions etc. I Was also a little short on down payment they still remained flexible and worked with me. Give them 8/10 (rude woman picking up phone)

Best Bike shop ever! I have bought several bikes from this dealer and have always been treated right and with the utmost respect. I highly Recommend you see Jordon if you are looking to purchase. The service department is great, I have all my service done here at great prices and fast turn around. Stop in and see Chad or Ryan and make an appointment to get your bike serviced.

You can walk in with cash and expect to be there for 3 or 4 hours. Dont get roped into additional warranty coverage because they will not honor it.

I took my rzr 1000 in for a service, I honestly dont know if they really did anything. I called them out on a few things as i checked my rzr over after the service. I will pocket the 200 in labor that they charge and do it myself from now on, maybe I wont end up with so many plugs stripped out.

Mid-South is the nicest motorcycle shop in Clarksville. The sales people arent the most helpful but the service department is good. I wish they would carry KTM and Husky.

When I replaced my scooter battery the staff were friendly and very helpful.

They seem to have great prices but sales guy was not on his game. Why are you asking me to make an offer on a machine that I havent heard running? It didnt even have a battery in it to begin with. So, when I go to a DEALER, I am looking for a machine or car that is ready to ride. I am not looking for a project, thats what Craigslist is for. Having said that, the 3 stars is for the place being clean, organized, prices clearly marked on merchandise, etc. I have no experience with their service department so this is ONLY for the sales side.

I was at the Clarksville store today. I was going to buy a new side by side. Was there for over an hour, but ignored. My son had came to this location a year to buy a new motor cycle, and he got nothing but the run around. So he went to Nashville and bought one. He warned me not to go and now I know why. They lost a sale a year ago. I went in and ask for help to purchase a side by side. A guy walks by and the receptionist told him that I needed help. He said ok, a not a single person tried to help me. I advise that people go to another location. I wanted to keep my business local because I work down the street from them. My business will go to Nashville. No one likes to be treated like they dont matter. Customers dont get treated like that from a good company. Customers come first. If you are busy say, One moment please, Ill be right back with you shortly. always acknowledge the customers, because without them there is no income. Im very unhappy because many of your employees looked at me and ignored me. My friend followed me there and he just couldn’t believe the way we were ignored.Disgusted

Ill be their tomorrow if i can leave the bbq pit early enough i need 2 atv a 50cc and a 90-110cc ive got girls wish they liked dirtbikes 😕 or i thought about polaris rzr 170cc thought 2 kids would fight over 1 rzr170 2 atvs probably better choice i know someone who works their if you can catch him hes always 100 on the go and as nice as he can be even when i know something wrong i dont have to buy anything yet to give a 5 star hands down

I walked in here two weeks ago with the goal of riding away on a can-am and Ty Barnhart helped me every step of the way. The staff here is knowledgeable and kind. They sponsored a riding course that I signed up for and recieved my M endorsement. The lady that helped me purchase all of my riding gear (sorry I forgot your name 😁), to the mechanics that explained every inch of the bike before I drove off I thank you all very much.

Loved the place and bought a slingshot until I called and the very rude woman answering the phone hung up on me several times and kept getting an attitude with me. What happened to taking care of your customers especially the ones thats spent a lot of money at your business. Shame on you for forgetting the customer comes first.

I have purchased 2 motorcycles from Mid-South, One New and one used. Both bike have been great with no problems. I really like the special service packages they have during the off season to get my bikes ready for the next season. The staff are great and a special shout out to the parts people for helping with all the accessories.

Dropped off 2 Sportsman 850s at the Midsouth Motoplex for their 400 mi services, and quoted at $500.00 + oil, filters, etc. Pick them up today (26NOV18) and I’m told $800.00. I though that was high and decided to contest the cost. Come to find out they had charged me for brake work that 1. Wasn’t authorized or requested and 2. Was NOT actually completed! Then after correcting the price, I pay and swing my trailer around to load my ATVs (without even an offer to assist me) and the lights were left on, 1 of 2 wouldn’t start. I ask for a jump, and as we are about to hook up we find the battery terminals were NOT tightened down (battery service was part of the maintenance). After correcting that deficiency, I go to pull away and the cover on the other ATV is not secured properly (I noticed it was catty wompus in my rear view mirror). I look at it closer and the rubber stoppers plus knobs were not only disconnected, they were dismantled! If they can manage to screw up those small details, how can I trust the services were actually completed or completed to standard? They said someone would call me and “make it right”. I guess we’ll see what that means.

I inquired about a couple of bikes over three days ago, one being for my kids (paying cash mind you) just for them to waste my time today and later on tell me one of them sold yesterday. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and I will never go to buy anything from them!!

Helpful friendly staff

This place has no selection and no one willing to help if you’re a female. I had three agents walk by me without asking to help and went on to the two males that walked in after me. It’s a joke if you’re looking for any type of gear! They have about three sets of gear for adults and only 2 sizes available. Would have maybe ordered something if anyone offered to help.. but instead I just walked out. Waste of time.

I was looking to purchase a 2018 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT. I had already gotten prices from some other dealers and decided to call Mid-South to get a price from them. I spoke with Jessie and he assured me that hed get back with me that day with an out the door price. I called him back the next day because I never heard back from him and made him an offer on an in stock machine. He said that he would talk to his manager and assured me that he would call me back. That was over a week ago and I still havent heard back. I ended up buying one on Friday from Rexs Cycles in Columbia KY. They were very eager to earn my business, unlike Mid-South. Im not one to leave negative reviews very often but I think its ridiculous when you cant even get someone to follow up on a sales call.

Our goldwing blew a tire along the highway abut 50 mIles from this repair shop. Not only did they have the tire in Stock but they were able to get us in right away and take care of us. They were very professional, polite and did a great job getting us out of there quickly so we could get back on the road for our 30th anniversary trip.

My wife and I went here to buy a Sea Doo and had a horrible customer service experience. While they have a bunch of jet skis “in stock”, none of them are out on display. They had 3 or 4 new jet skis on display. 2 were Sea Doos. Tons of motorcycles and ATVs on display though. Anyways, we were told that if we wanted to see the model we were looking for, they would have to get it out of the crate and put it together. We were told “it’s too much work for a Sat. Maybe we could have it done in a few days”.Ok, so we asked to be told about one of the models they had on display. The salesman told us “I don’t really know much about these as I should”. Long story short, we walked in ready to purchase a Sea Doo and walked out without anything. We ended up going to a dealer in Nashville that had tons of stuff on display and were super friendly. Well Midsouth, you blew a $20k sale.

Terrible first impression. We never even made it inside. First of all it was hard to even find this place as there is very little signage and it is not visible from the main road. Once we finally located it we were greeted by several employees smoking outside. I get its bike dealership but it was unprofessional and gave that used car lot vibe. We decided not to waste our time and took our business to a more professionally run HD dealership up the road. Too bad, we are looking for his & hers bikes for both of us, but Ill pass on the second-hand smoke, thanks.

Fair experience, in my opinion. Prices are what you would expect for the type of business. They are not going to try to break your bank but if youre looking for a sweet deal, then this really isnt the place for you. Not cheap but fair and Im ok with that (it is a business, after all). Customer service is probably their best asset. There are some nice, professional employees there and they follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. All-in-all, its a nice place to shop.
