They were very helpful & price reliant. We would use them again if the need ever rises

I feel that everyone in the state of TN need to know about Heritage Tile Company, L.L.C.... they are the best of all the flooring places that i have dealt with so far.... Mr. Matt Nichols is very friendly and patient... Mr. Matt and Ms. Tallulah took the time to make sure that i was happy with what i chose even though i change my mind many times... with that being said, Mr. Matt made sure that he went above and beyond to make sure that am happy in every way with my floor... Mr Matt is outstanding person.... please, please go and check the company out and Mr. Matt.... thank you very much Mr. Matt....

Very pleasant atmosphere..A huge variety of tiles and flooring..definitely would recommend

I was told that I would receive my tile in 7 to 10 days. The tile took about one month to arrive and they had sent the wrong tile in and had not communicated to me. I always had to initiate the call and called them at least five times throughout the month and they never updated me on delivery status or when the order arrived in correct. Communication and timeliness at this company is weak.

***update: I went to the showroom for a new project. The sales lady was not interested in helping me...she did not pull one single tile board, did not have any recommendations, and would not allow me to bring samples home (“I can order them”). We have several home renovations and unfortunately I will not be ordering product here.Original Review: I called and requested a quote. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. We did not use this company because my husband ended up doing the work, however, if I were to hire a tile installer I would definitely go with Heritage Tile!

Heritage supplied the tile for my bathroom remodels. Staff was friendly and gave great feedback on the tile samples I went through. Bathroom floors and shower looked better than I could have imagined. Ill be getting all my tile and flooring needs taken care of at Heritage.

I love when a company has it all! What do I mean by that? The products they carry are quality, competitive prices, superb customer service, very clean and friendly environment.If your looking for flooring then look no further!! Thank you Heritage Tile for putting your customers first!!!

We stopped by on a Friday before the Fourth of July. We picked out several samples and we were told would be sent to us. I left my name, number, email address and.....nothing. I called to follow-up. The person who answered the phone seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I left my name and number and was promised someone would call me. Again......nothing. We bought elsewhere and will never consider buying at Heritage Tile.Two stars is generous.

I would go to anyone else. These guys and gal are awesome...

5 stars. Showed up on time, quality work, guys were uniformed, neat and clean.
