Great selection of whiskeys. Prices are slightly higher then other locations in clarksville but the collection and convenience outweigh the small price difference. Like other locations in clarksville they randomly release small allocations of hard to find bourbon throughout the week. This is designed to keep you coming back into the store. But means easy to find bourbon across the state line like, Buffalo trace are nowhere to be found. Overall of you are looking for good bourbon this store has it but it if you are looking for popular or rare bourbon Coming here will be luck of the draw.

Staff greets you as soon as you walk in. They are all very knowledgeable about whats in the store and where. They also give amazing recommendations even if its a lower priced item.

Was a very nice liquor store. My husband and I went to get wine. I carried the wine to the counter and my husband went to pay but we were told they needed to see my ID which I had left in the car. Im 56 yrs old and my husband showed his id. They insisted. Was just crazy.

This used to be my favorite store because of the helpful, knowledgeable staff and I used to recommend it frequently. Since there has been some turnover in staff, Ive been treated very rudely and given the impression that the less time Im in the store the better. Fortunately, there are plenty of other stores that appreciate patronage.

Im always so pleased with the service at Elite (Madison St). Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate that the owners and employees are taking COVID seriously by requiring masks be worn by all customers. I just watched as an employee asked a customer if he had a mask and provided him one when he said he didnt have one. Great job!

I recently purchased a bottle of wine from this store, a particular wine my wife and I have purchased a number of times from other stores around town. When I went to uncork the bottle I noticed the cork slowly uncorking itself until it popped and hit the ceiling. The wine smelled a bit strange, was a little bubbly and had a bad taste. When I contacted the store I was told that they don’t have a return policy and could not help me in any way. This was my first time and will be my last time visiting this store.------------------------------------------12-19-2018 Update: No you didnt. Had you offered to do that I would have written an entirely different review. It could have been someone else with the same issue. I actually never went back to the store. I called, a young lady answered the phone and gave me the response I described above.

It’s easier to get on post than to buy alcohol at this place. They pull you from line (only one line open) to check your ID AND check your credit card- before you even get to the counter!! It’s like getting checked by a bouncer at a nightclub. I get it- check IDs but this was RIDICULOUS. I would NEEEEVER come here again. Suggestion: check IDs and credit cards at the door if you insist on having security this tight for your top shelf liquor (*insert sarcasm).

This was my 1st time going and will be my last. Their staff does not know anything. I have a wheat allergy and I asked for a certain product and was sold the incorrect one. When I called and asked for a refund they flat out said “NO” and only said “Sorry”. Instead of making it right either giving my money back or exchanging it for something else they refused to do so. When it was their CSR’s that did not know what I was talking about. Maybe get a section that is on their own wall that does not contain gluten. My business is done with them and this is why I don’t support SMALL BUSINESSES, because it’s people like YOU!

Best liquor store in Clarksville by a million. Staff is always very polite and helpful the few times me and my wife have ever needed help. Best beer selection in town both by variation and organization. A little out of our way but anytime we find ourselves on Madison we always swing by and pick up a case of beer or bottle of wine.

Best beer selection in town. Everything is reasonably priced in comparison to anywhere local. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is sometimes the specialty beers are not rotated or just beyond their best by date. I guess thats what happens when you have hundreds of high end beers to choose from.

In my opinion, this is hands down the best liquor store in Montgomery County! Their customer service is spot on and they actually know booze. Best prices Ive seen from FTCMBL BLVD to Madison St. Also you get a good laugh at the video footage they show in the store of people trying to steal lol. Same people own Mulligans of Wilma Rudolph so either locations are a great option.

Disappointed they didnt have the product I was looking for in a glass container; otherwise I would have given it five stars.

Exactly like Mulligans, except the staff seem more approachable and knowledgeable. The place seems to have a decent selection, and if you dont see something you can ask an employee and they more than likely will have something in the back or behind the counter.

I drive all the way across town to go here because they are amazing. There is a guy there who is either a manager or owner and he always helps me pick out new bourbon and scotch for my husband and he has never picked one that my husband didn’t love.

I usually love going to elite but today I looked up their closing time and I pulled up 6 minutes before close. I parked and once I started walking up they shut the open light off and locked the doors. I’ve worked in customer service for a while and I’ve stayed past close to ensure the best customer service. I could understand if you maybe asked me to make it quick or sorry I can’t take you but that was pretty upsetting.

Everything alcoholic in the one place. Wonderful wine selection and a lot of different scotches and bourbons. Friendly helpful staff is the cherry on the cake.

Its my favourite Liquor store. The staff is always friendly and more than helpful. Even if you only have a rough idea of what youre looking for they will try hard to help you figure it out.

This was my first time being here and I was very impressed. Im a craft beer enthusiast so I was very pleased with the beer selection. The wine and liquor selection is incredible. As fas as the staff goes, I couldnt have asked for anything more. They were very helpful, friendly, and knee their stuff pretty well. I recommend this place for sure.

Decent selection and very pleased that they have some good beer on tap. Despite the place looking brand new, however, most of the beer I looked at had expired over a year previously. One Victory IPA had expired 01/2016. My visit was in 08/2017! Also seems to be the only place in town pricier than Mulligans.

We went in looking for something to give as a gift for a party. There was a huge selection. We found what we were looking for. I dont know if their selection was overpriced or not as we usually do not buy alcohol, but it seemed very high to me. The staff was friendly and as a good reminder, they play their video hits on the wall in the back.

Have a spouse that is a csr went into this establishment and was treated very poorly. The co-owners name is Joe. Rather than be professional and listen to her for a few moments he turned away from her and went back to another employee. Treating her as nothing more than an inconvenience. We have shopped from them before but will no longer purchase goods from them. You can deny a service if you like but you should still treat that person with respect and dignity as they could be a future customer.Your store does have good workers that strive for customer relations and work for future purchases. The owner is the exception.

Every time Ive been in here, the staff has been rude. Not sure if it is just me or what. I have avoided this place for a long time because last time I was there, I was told they only reserve certain bourbons for higher paying customers. Needless to say, I was put off and decided not to go there again. However, I had a day off and decided just to swing in and give them another chance. I asked the gentleman standing next to the check out if they had any barrel proof Elijah Craig and was surprised to here that they had one bottle left. I told him I would take it but changed my mind after being told it would cost $160.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS for a bourbon that retails in the $55-65 range! I understand bourbon is hot right now but it is bad enough with the secondary market bourbon scalpers. Just seems a shame that the retailers are getting in on it too. Love the selection here but there will not be a strike three.
