Went for hearing aids staff was super nice. But said if they didnt work bring em back for a refund. I wasnt a good candidate for hearing aids so returned them almost 3 weeks ago. Refund was supposed to come in a week or two. Left messages no call back. Called thier corporate number and no note of a return or refund even listed 3 weeks later. Very upset and still waiting for a call back. Had to give thier corporate office a few days then they will call me back. Will update if refund is finally issued.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly. I needed new hearing aides but my insurnace would not cover them due to not meeting the deductible. So the staff tried to recycle my hearing aides the best they could and they still would not work. Then I lost my insurnace and they had a program to help buy affordable hearing aides at a resonable cost. I bought them and they are wonderful! Also the staff went out of their way to come to my office and drop off supplies I needed for my hearing aide that I had purchased! Which I was so shocked! I love this place and would recommend this place to anyone, they truly love helping people!
