With the help of our contractor, Jake Welch, they followed our conceptual designs to a T, and the results speak for themselves! Wow! Our ordering process and pricing experience were both great. My problem is that I just called to see when my countertops were coming (scheduled for today but no time given). I have been home waiting for hours. When I called, they told me they broke my tops this morning and couldn’t get me back on the schedule for 5 more days. A- nobody bothered to call to tell me(I would have just been sitting here for the entire day without the courtesy of a call), B- why do I have to get back in line when it was no fault of mine?! Now I have to reschedule the plumbers and go another 1-2 weeks without a functioning kitchen. They barely apologized, and I was very calm on the phone. Poor customer service.

Have bought both granite and quartz from Kae, the owner, and hes always been helpful and taken care of me in a timely and professional manner.He keeps a great selection on hand and will get you what you want if he doesnt have it.His service and reputation speaks for itself as his success has him moving into a larger facility in the next few weeks. We bought a HUD Home and had to replace master bath, guest bath, downstairs bath, and a piece in the kitchen. The owner came out and measured. He was great! He was very fast too. We then found an upgrade of builder grade that Lusso had at Lowe’s for 2700.00 w/round sinks, which we didn’t want, we wanted square sinks, but, I fell in love with Snowfall. So, we cancelled with Lusso for the bathrooms, but they still cut for our kitchen piece which was $100.00 and they delivered it. Then, we stopped by a few days later and asked the owner, Lusso if they carry Snowfall and he said yes, we asked him how much, since he already had our measurements, he said 2,200/w square sinks!! He said they don’t cut for round sinks, only square, so that was a huge plus! Not only we saved $500 but we got square sinks. We cancelled Lowe’s and Lusso was out in 2 days to install. They did a beautiful job and we are enjoying our Snowfall countertops! Thank you, Lusso, we will recommend you to everyone who needs knew countertops

If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would have. This was the absolute worst experience ever! The people are very unfriendly and we ended up having to take multiple days off work because they never showed up when they said they would! Then, when they did finally show up for installation the granite was wrong. Wrong color and size. Keep in mind they take measurements themselves so this was completely on them. After they did absolutely NOTHING to make things right, they sent us a bill for MORE than what they quoted us!! Buyer Beware!!

Lusso Granite is the best place . Let me explain they measured on a Wednesday and installed the following Wednesday on Valentines Day . Work was spotless they called twenty minutes before the scheduled install to let me they were on there way and then they wouldnt except payment until my Wife approved of there work . I will always recommend Lusso Granite they did a AWESOME job !!!R Poole

Fast service and impeccable work...as long as you go to the shop, and do not need them to install for you. I had a corner cut off my existing counter at their location and they matched the beveling perfectly in just two hours! However, they are slow to assist when they have to come to your home, provide an estimate, or install at your home.

Honestly, this was a complete and utter disappointment and frustration. I went one day to pick out a granite slab that I liked, and even took a sketch and measurements with me, like they had asked when I called prior.I stood there awkwardly while they ignored me as I stood waiting to tell them which granite I had chosen. Finally, the manager I believe, a man with glasses, asked which I wanted and gave me the estimate.I wrote down on their forms which slab I wanted and told them I would call in a few weeks whenever I was ready to get them installed. They said that would be ok and to let them know when I was ready.I came back about a week later, with my husband, and told them the dates I would be ready and they said they would call me to set up a time to measure. I heard nothing back so I stopped back in, about 1-2 weeks later. They told me I would have to REMOVE my counters to come measure (Nationals stone world, who I am going with now, doesn’t require that at all and quite frankly, why would you need to remove them that early?! I’d be without counters for weeks at this rate).I have called Lusso Granite probably FOUR times and visited FIVE, over a month period, and they have NEVER called me back and never allowed me to schedule a date. Quite frankly, they seemed annoyed at my presence in their facility anyway. Only one young woman was friendly and kind, but I wish I could remember her name. I am absolutely confused. I would never ever step foot in this place again.If you are looking for countertops, National Stone world has been a dream to work with, FAST,my installation. So glad I didn’t go with Lusso Granite because if they DID come to measure, who knows if I would ever hear back to even get my counters installed. Absolutely unacceptable and awful customer service.

A year ago we had Lusso Granite redo our island, which is very large and L shaped, and they were actually able to do it all in one piece. They also did our matching counter top. This weekend (Saturday) we stopped by for an additional counter top quote as we added an additional cabinet. They showed up on Monday to do the measurements and bring samples to make sure it matched. Said they would be there by Friday to install, as we had to have an evening appointment. Then called us on Tuesday to say they would be able to come out Wednesday evening instead (2 days early!!). Great customer service and very professional. Would use them again and again!!

Went to get a quote on my master bath granite. Wasnt given prices though I asked several times, and was told theyd call me to schedule an appt. to come measure. I knew the minute I left there...that they werent interested in my measly $800 job. I NEVER write reviews so this is how unprofessional my experience was.

If you’re a home owner steer clear of this place. They will not give you an estimate. They will not call you back. They were 2k higher than everyone else I spoke to (had to do all the figures myself). To get a price for anything you have to be in that cluttered up, dusty, thing they call a showroom and pose hypothetical questions. When in the showroom don’t expect anybody to actually stand up to greet you, or show you where anything is. When we attempted to get an estimate they told us “give us your measurements and the owner will call you back”. Sure glad I didn’t wait and took my business elsewhere. If their work is anything like their customer service and you hire this company you probably will want to set aside some attorneys fees to because they are probably gonna mess your house up.

Went to lusso granite several times, they didnt seem like they really cared if they had our business or not. Finally decided on the granite we wanted for our kitchen remodel which might I add was about a $4500 dollar job. Made an appointment for them to come measure then.... nothing ! Never heard from them ! Went elsewhere !
