Bought a floor model from the store, paid for it, obtained a receipt saying I own it, then the store calls to say that it actually wasn’t available and they double sold it, so we can either get a refund or wait until who knows when, because they don’t know when the next stock is coming in. I do wonder what would have happened if we had taken the sofa on the spot instead of leaving it there to be picked up later.I don’t understand how you can sell more inventory than you have without knowing. If these were small items I could understand how stuff could go missing, but this is furniture.

I have been patiently waiting for bedroom furniture set I ordered and paid for in February, 2021. Its mid October now so 8 months later. I got a call last weekend from LOW that the manufacturer discontinued what I ordered and that I could select different items. I was very disappointed and disheartened, but went into the store (Jeffersontown location) 10/18/21 to see what can be done. I told Robert, the rep at the customer service desk, about what happened. Robert looked up my account and it turned out that the furniture was not discontinued but there would be no ETA bc of the manufacturer so someone made a mistake in interpreting the manufacturers info. He also explained how various things worked with ordering and manufacturers which I asked about to better understand the processes. Then Robert suggested that LOW has two other collections IN STOCK that are extremely similar to what I ordered. I liked these items very much and decided to switch instead of waiting for my original order that may never arrive. I went into the store discouraged and resigned and I left super happy - Robert made my day! The bedroom set will be delivered tomorrow, so just 4 days since my store visit. I am beyond thrilled :) I have dealt with LOW several times as I have ordered other furniture for my new house that was already delivered prior and I have to say that the people who work for LOW are fabulous. Just awesome, friendly, super helpful and courteous staff. Thats what I call an awesome customer service!The long waiting times are our of retailers control - blame covid and China! Bring back manufacturing of parts to USA and problem solved.

From start to finish, my experience with Louisville Overstock was tremendous! My sales associate (Zach) was helpful, yet not pushy. There was total freedom to take my time looking / making a decision which I greatly appreciated. All my questions were answered and when I decided to purchase, I was able to do so without returning to the store. This allowed me time to measure my space and think more on my decision. I have been looking for a new recliner for my living room and couldnt find what I wanted anywhere. Stooped here and saw exactly what I wanted. Went to the service desk and the salesman knew exactly what I was talking about. He gave me the great price. A few minutes later he had set up the delivery, taken my payment and I was done. Really good experience.

I like so many furniture pieces here! They have a wonderful selection and their prices are great! Couches run anywhere from $300 and up. They have a good selection of couches in the $500 range. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had my young children with me (yall with a 2 and 4 year old know how that goes) however the staff made sure I knew the children were welcome there and they were completely fine to try out the couches. I will absolutely go back here in the future.

I went to Louisville Overstock Warehouse in Clarksville last week to buy a reclining sofa, a light blue paisley chair (love the 60s) and a new dining set. They are not affiliated with Overstock.com. I had been looking at different furniture stores and found the best prices at Louisville Overstock, for the same furniture. American Freight was higher priced and didnt have the selection that I found at Louisville Overstock. There are several locations in Louisville as well. The staff there are all very nice and helpful. Im glad that I shopped around before I bought what I wanted. I just love anything paisley, but I was a teenager in the 60s. I couldnt resist. 😏

Ordered a couch. It took about 5 months to receive it. I figured it wasn’t a problem for the discounted price I was paying. I received the couch. Delivery was professional and they were sure not to damage anything bringing it in.Turns out I received the wrong couch. An incorrect order was placed. The team at the Clarksville location was quick to correct the issue. Cant complain about good customer service!

A nightmare to deal with. My husband & I ordered furniture in December 2020 & paid for it in FULL. Not only was our delivery date constantly pushed back, but the communication was completely one sided. My husband had to constantly reach out to them for status updates via email. Once some of our furniture was in we had it delivered & had agreed to just pick up the last piece, which took months to finally arrive to the store. They never told us which location to pick the furniture up from and had my husband ripping and running from JTown to Clarksville because people cannot do their jobs. Overall, I will NEVER buy furniture from here again, the customer service is garbage.

After 3 months of no communication from them I was finally told that 2 of the 8 pieces I had ordered were in. The rest they didnt have any idea when they would be in. All of which they had on the floor but apparently couldnt sell. Had to basically cancel all the missing part of the order and find replacements that they actually had in stock in the store. Which ended up meaning we had to go to all 3 locations cause they had them in stock but didnt have everything in one store. Which wouldnt have been an issue except they ended up loading extra stuff that we didnt even order and was told at the last location that they had every item we needed in stock. Not only that but the bedframe we ordered was missing some of its pieces so instead of being able to call to make sure they even have the missing pieces in store I now have to drive 45 minutes to find out if they have the missing parts I need or not. Will never go to this place again for furniture.

Cassie Kit is just amazing. She came to us both times we have been in looking for a bed she helped my wife the first time last week looking at 1 and so she brought me in this week. Quick, simple purchase for us. We were not approached by anyone while browsing. When we were ready to talk, we approached the counter where we had very nice customer service. They had our item in stock but it was not at the location we purchased. They scheduled us for pick up the same day. We were in and out of pick up quickly. The couch looks just as good in our home as it did on the showroom floor. So far so good as far as comfort and functionality.

This place has super low prices, high quality furniture. Troy is awesome and super professional, ask for him. If your Troys boss give him a raise with no added responsibilities because its what he deserves!

There was a nice selection of furniture but there wasnt much of a discount from the non discount stores we visited before to this one. I still found a chair that I liked enough to cancel the purchase I made earlier at another store. Unfortunately there wasnt much customer service, people were lined up for help like in a grocery store. In the store we visited prior we were greeted almost immediately, directed to what we were looking for, and had someone available to answer questions without searching for them.

Have been buying furniture here for years! They never disappoint us. Very high quality furniture for great prices. People do need to understand that COVID has backed up a lot of businesses. BE PATIENT! It’s well worth the wait! If most furniture stores have items in stock then be weary! You don’t need instant gratification. Your gratification will come when you don’t have to replace a piece of furniture because you didn’t want to wait for a quality made piece!

We are going on 9+ months now waiting for our couch! We had to pay in full to order it. The funny thing is it is currently on sale for other customers to buy....I wonder how much money this company is setting on, making interest off of, being used to float other POs that were not being compensated for?

When opening the boxes it was discovered that two of the chairs were damaged. You cant call them if you have a problem and apparently they have no warranty. As they referred them to the manufacturer for warranty service. My 81 year old parents have no clue how to use the internet. This is terrible business. I would not recommend them. Dont depend on them to return calls or emails. Went to the Store today 06/20/2021. All sales are final. No refunds or returns !! They are blaming the Manufacturer.

Plenty of staff on duty, I was there to purchase a new sectional but wasnt given the opportunity. The salesman was to obsessed with the young lady in the right pants.

When I called the store and got an automated message telling me to text the staff about what I needed, I thought it was the start of a major problem. This is a good place for furniture (if you can wait) but in my experience they seldom have what you want in stock. My last four transactions have equated to thousands of dollars of business over the past two years. However today I decided to spend more money elsewhere because like in my past experiences they dont seem to stock anything I want. The example is I wanted two cabinets today and I expected to wait for them. The problem was they couldnt tell me in any way shape or form if or when I might get them. If you cant give basic information or dont know if you can obtain the items, then dont display them for sale! I chose to just pay more elsewhere and Ill have what I ordered in a couple of weeks.

Our order is very delayed & instead of communicating with us & providing ANY level of customer service, they have an automated message when you call that says they cannot take phone calls during this “unprecedented” time. Wow! Of all times to completely disengage from your customer base..We won’t be shopping here again due to the extremely poor experience during COVID.

Sold me mattress that failed miserably in less than a year. Would not honor warranty because of small tea stain on the fabric which is ridiculous. Entire mattress failed. Instead offered me 5% off. Pretty pathetic. My future furniture purchases go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! We have been customers for several years and have bought several pieces of furniture at LO in Clarksville IN. We are now on our second mattress that has not been of good quality in a little over 6 month times. These mattresses develop large bumps, (I compare it to a speed bump) in the bed. We have even tried a different manufacturer and the second mattress has developed the same issue as the first. I have spoke to Steve Whitaker, district manager and basically since the second mattress doesnt have enough body impression, over an inch and a half, it doesnt meet returning requirements. When we had to return the first one we had to get store credit, they refused to refund our money back and here we are again with the same issues and they wont help at all. My husband has cancer and is in treatment and needs to be comfortable in his own bed. This is sad and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DONT BUY A MATTRESS FROM LOUISVILLE OVERSTOCK!!!

Showroom is well stocked, but the online selection of products is far greater. Have purchased a number of items from their Clarksville location all from their website for self pickup. There is usually a wait for the items to come in from the whse or the manufacturer. The competitive prices and name brands make the wait worthwhile. I have never been disappointed with the quality of my purchases.

Ordered furniture in june got a text in August telling us it was discontinued and they offered me 5% off to pick something else out . Got 1 piece in nov and dec 8th the other piece came in. Main point of a 1 star is I GOT RID OF MY FURNITURE on JULY 9th pending the text from louisville overstock that our furniture was still coming on time july 11th. Absolutely insulting to offer me 5% off for the inconvenience!! BRAVO ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏

Weve checked out several places and we keep coming back. We like the selection, brand names and prices. It would have been 5 stars but they lost the contract with their delivery company because of the pandemic so it is much faster to pick it up yourself.

Everyone was super nice but the quality of the furniture is very cheap we waited 12 weeks for my daughters bedroom suit and although it is okay I could have bought the same quality at Walmart or Target for half the price. I would not buy anymore furniture here. We did buy mattresses here and they were fine but the quality of the furniture is very cheap it is pressed wood. Worst customer service ever!! Ordered a sectional in September and paid for it up front got a txt message the first week of September said two pieces of it was in. Whent in on 11/26 and said one piece would be in in two weeks the outher piece in February so I cancelled it and then they charged me 58$ for a service fee just the worst customer service ever...

Lack of customer service, contacting customers. Its been 23 days I ordered entertainment center and finally after emailing customers service asking where it is. They said arriving on 6-05. No communication from them we decided to drive there to find out whats going on. We arrive and they tell us truck delayed till the next day. But they say ymthey are to busy to take customers phone calls to tell us that. Here it is the next day and them telling us they will text us when it arrives and still nothing g. Poor poor customer service.. wont go there again. We live 45 min away and wasted gas for extra trips because no communication.

Although the showroom is nice, they need to hire more people and train their staff to acknowledge who is waiting to purchase something from them. Also, they never have anything in stock and there is always some excuse as to why they have to order the item you want. Just go to Schmidt furniture in New Albany where the item is always in stock and theyll deliver it for free

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. The lack of customer service is astounding. My fiancé and I ordered a sectional from the Clarksville location at the VERY beginning of May. We were told everything was in stock and we would receive it in 2 weeks and to wait on a text to set up a date and time for the delivery (We paid for the shipping). Fast forward 2 and a half weeks, we hadn’t deceived any texts. Waited another week. Still no text. We then called their customer service line. We were told to email them instead. So we did. We were THEN informed that it seems 1 half of the sectional is out of stock and wouldn’t be in stock until the beginning of July. We then had to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks to get the part of the sectional that was in stock.... we received this part with no problem!!! Fast forward basically 2 months. We had received no email, no call, and no text for us to set up a delivery time for the second half. FINALLY after a week of trying to get ahold of someone, we were then informed that the second half won’t be in stock until NOVEMBER!!! At the earliest! They did offer for us to either choose another set or wait until it comes in stock...Keep in mind that they offer no refunds and you pay for the shipping of your product. We had to contact them for everything, including wondering where our missing couch was at the very beginning. We did not once talk to anyone personally. It’s all been through texts and just a few emails.The lack of communication from this company is blatantly ridiculous. They for sure have lost me as a customer for any future orders.

Great prices and quality products. Weve made some of our favorite purchases here over the past several years and its its all holding up very well. Everything weve purchased weve price checked with multiple places and have yet to find things cheaper elsewhere, sometimes by hundreds of dollars. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Eric, the salesperson that help us was very helpful and pleasant. We found what we wanted and paid for the items. He explained that we should have it it approximately 10 days. Which we are fine with. It was a little disturbing that after you make the purchase and sign the paper they tell you that all sales are final and there are no refunds/returns. He did state that is a problem they will make it right. However, the customer should be informed of this BEFORE paying and signing papers. For that reason I am giving them 3 stars.

It is currently 2:25 on a promised 12:30-2:30 delivery time for a couch and loveseat that was purchased last week. Have not heard a word from delivery and have not received a call back as no one answers the given number, they just take messages and call back. Absolutely ridiculous as we could have been productive but have been sitting at home twiddling our thumbs waiting for this delivery.Update: received a phone call at 2:28 from delivery that they were running behind. Said they should be here soon. 3:29 now and haven’t heard another word.

Spent over $7000 on furniture and multiple delivery fees. All of my furniture I ordered in October is still not in. They said they can bring it later for an extra fee or bring the rest of furniture when the latest piece arrives Dec 16th. Assistant Manager Josh has called me multiple times to tell me how he can’t do anything and how I’m wrong about saying I wanted everything delivered. They also say they can’t bring all the furniture until the last piece comes or charge me another delivery fee. Customer service is Awful and furniture is still not in. They are not apologetic or helpful at the least. Not being paid on commission is not a plus because no one wants to help!!!
