Wasted three weeks dealing with these people over an idler pulling in a gravely mower I bought from them. Told me the part was ordered. Order got kicked back and they couldnt be bothered to call me. When I called again they said they would find out what happened and let me know. Again I didnt get a call back. Professionalism is lacking and Im still out a part they can get for a product that they are a dealership for. Amazing to waste the time of people who have spent thousands in their store.

Kyle and Team certainly know how to take care of customers Their price and service is A+ their financing is also very good often zero interest options for customers. Just be careful leaving especially if towing a trailer cars fly up the hill from Riverside Drive on the bypass...be ready!!

**UPDATE** I am paranoid. The establishment contacted me and assured me that I was mistaken. I apologize for any misunderstanding, I look forward to a lifetime of service from my Gravely equipment.This dealer placed an AD on Facebook for equipment that didn’t exist, and had no intention of selling. It was a ploy to obtain the information of anyone who would contact about the listing.I spoke to Kyle a sales rep, who said I could not come look at the equipment because it was in the shop getting certified by the techs.I kept in contact with Kyle numerous times by phone and text message, when he eventually just stopped responding.
