Not sure what the problem was with them but I could never get someone to return my calls for my trucking needs. You’d be better off calling Bagshaw like I did.

Im curious why [with the mind of safety and public concern], how drivers/dispatch/owners, arent concern about the the runoff from the back of theirs trucks when hauling their commodities...Why must Mr./Mrs. Q Public overlook and tolerate the disregard of getting their vehicles dirty [and possibly damaged] by such runoff? I just watched their truck travel through Louisville with such runoff...I wasnt even directly behind the vehicle and was seriously affected...As a driver/owner-op, it could easily be considered a DOT violation.

Over 2 weeks ago a rock came off one of kentuckians dump trucks and cracked my windshield. I have called the office several times only to be told the owner would call me back. So far no one has called or text me nor have they shown the least bit of concern. Next step...small claims court. Ridiculous that they refuse to take responsibility for something this simple. I would hate to think about actually hiring them for a job if they wont even fix a windshield.
