One star is too many. This used to be a super drug store. Now I cant even get a experienced person on the phone. In fact no person on the phone most of the time. Medicines such as my insulin, and other life saving meds in stock. I get many medications filled. I know it will be hard to transfer to another store. 😭

Sat in drive thru for 30 min at 1015am. Staff just kept walking by the window ignoring me. Pressed call button twice. No sign on window to advise anything other than open. I needed my daughters medication! Unprofessional. Changing pharmacies.

One star is more than this place deserves. This pharmacy is a joke! Since Travis left, they have done nothing but prove their incompetence and lack of costumer service skills. They sent me on a run around to fill my son’s prescription, saying it had to be written for the generic, even though it has ONLY EVER been filled as brand name, as insurance requires. I had to get it called in to another CVS and they were able to fill it properly, brand name. They told me Clarksville wasn’t clicking the correct button. Yesterday, they told me my daughter’s script would be ready first thing in the morning. At 3:30 in the afternoon today, they still had not filled it and told me I was supposed to call them to have them fill it. The girl at the window said she β€œexpedited it” and then told me to leave the window. I waited 5 minutes and then drove back around. She gave me a smart mouthed response saying I did not wait for an estimated time so it was going to be another 30-45 minutes. After driving around several more times, the joke of a pharmacist said β€œwould you talk to your doctor’s office that way? That’s basically what I am since I filled your prescription.” Uh, I think not. I wouldn’t let someone so incompetent touch my medical management and after this, she will not touch my medications. Best believe I stayed in the window and counted the pills.This pharmacy is rude, incompetent, lackadaisical, dishonest, and worried about covering their own butts instead of caring for people and their medications. I am so glad I get my insulin through mail order. Please, do yourself not only a favor, but protect your health and go to one of the two other pharmacies a block away.

Staff never answers the phone and when they do they have a attitude for no reason. I picked this pharmacy 3 years ago it use to be so great and easy to get your medication. Past year or so definitely a fall off and wont be suprised if it gets shut down. Working on a transfer really soon I hate to do it but this place is chaos

Today I may be switching pharmacy. This use to be the best place to come to. I understand were in a pandemic but its very unnecessary for them to hire rude people. Ive come here 2 days in a roll and a women who is not a pharmacist is just plain rude. I got a text stating that the prescription they sent out was not covered under insurance. So i called then I figured I drive up and they had me on hold for 15 minutes and when I pulled up there was no one in the drive thru window. I stopped at the window. I looked in and the women ignored me. They had a sign on the window and yet she still seen me. So I was leaving and as I was she came to the window. Then she answered the phone and I asked her about why it took 15 min to answer the phone and that I was at the window watching as the phone was ringing. She never once apologized. All she said was your prescription isnt ready she had a rude attitude. I get they are busy but still this type of customer service will not keep this company afloat.

This is the worst pharmacy and I don’t understand how they stay in business. The pharmacist will come and go as they please. My dad waited in line for an hour only to get up to the window and they close the security window and go home. He’s been waiting on hold for an hour trying to check on different prescriptions without an answer. His wife drove up there to check in person and the pharmacy closed at 5 today because the pharmacist had to leave. How is that ethical or legal when in charge of peoples medications and health? How is only one person working the pharmacy? Why is there no communication? The customer service is absolutely awful.

I would give this CVS zero stars if I could. Seeing I am not the only one having issues out of them running out of meds, I wanted to let people know you can file a complaint with the pharmacy board. The pharmacy tech was to lazy to get my meds transferred, stated I was out of refills. When I informed her I was on the phone with my doctor when he called them in and I would be filing a complaint with the pharmacy board, she stated I needed to go to New Albany store and pick them up... I informed her I was filing a complaint and she got mad...

Pharmacy is terrible they never have my prescriptions on time, every time I have to wait at least 30 minutes for the pharmacist to be rude every time. They need new pharmacists. There’s been multiple complaints.

My CVS was out of my meds for high blood pressure for several days. They told me to call the next closest CVS and ask them to fill it. I called this one at 4 p.m. Spoke to the pharmacist who took my info and put me on hold for a few. When she returned she asked which med. I told her. She said she had to call the Jeff store and would call me right back. I asked her, because I had a little trouble hearing her, you are going to call me right back? She said yes. She never called me back, the pharmacy closed, and I have no meds to take for high bp.Great.

If i could rate it zero stars I would. I have been going to this CVS for almost 4 years. In the last year and a half or so the pharmacy has gone to hell. The service is terrible and they mess up my husbands and my prescription every month even though nothing has changed. They texted you your refills are ready but when you get there they only have one out of 3! Your Dr sends a prescription over and it takes them 2 days to fill it. I can go on and on.If you can go somewhere else do it.

The employees are friendly but the wait time in the drive thru is ridiculously slow. You shouldnt be waiting over 25 minutes in a drive thru. I will be switching pharmacy.

Rude, slow and not at all knowledgeable, for the most part.If not for the fact that they are the only pharmacy around that keeps one of my medications in stock, I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

Just called and tried to refill my prescription over the phone and give them my new insurance card information (so that I didn’t have to wait an hour like always at CVS) and was told by two different people they couldn’t take the card information over the phone. I worked in a pharmacy for over 7 years and know that is a lie. I can read the information to them just as easy as they can see it. I do not appreciate being lied to and this is one of many issues I have had at several CVS locations. I will be transferring my prescription back to Walgreens now that my new insurance doesn’t require me to use CVS like my old did. Thank goodness!Also, I just called Walgreens to transfer my prescription and guess what? They took all of my insurance card information over the phone with no issues!!!

This location around 8pm starts to racially profile customers...I had a prescription for 30mLs of hydrocodone and they only gave me 20mLs...I asked why and he said that the bottle he put it in measurements are not accurate....so I asked how was I supposed to take the proper dosage if the measurements arent correct...he paused for a long period...I told him I was filing a complaint

I walked in the store before 9AM. At the time of this review I have some extreme neck pain and cant turn my head at all. I get the pharmacy wasnt open for another five minutes but seriously, from one human to another human, help a person who is in pain and in need of assistance. Its common courtesy. Two stars goes to the sales clerk at the front of the store for going out of her way to help me. Zero stars to the pharmacist and the assistant for brushing me off because the pharmacy doesnt open until 9.
