At this store. Ramon is amazing. I had an issue that 6 different Verizon phone reps couldnt fix, but Ramon did! In less than 5 min I had a refund and was on my way. Ramon was very nice and patient. The store was packed, but he didnt rush me.Ramon is the reason I didnt cancel my Verizon account.

I also pay for insurance on my phone and still no help iv been and the people at the store the first guy we talked to said I have no idea how to help you let me get my manager to help then just stood in front of me finally. after a few minutes another guy walked up and asked us what we needed and he said he couldnt help us either Im seriously about to switch to a different phone company all together Im over it

I am very happy with genral manager Alex Skelton. She resolved issues with my new phones also made us feel like we are very important customers. I was very unhappy with previous visit with same issues but miss Alex took care of it within matter of minutes. I do recommend to chat with miss Alex if anyone has issues with phones. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I have had so many problems with not this particular office, but corporate office. We bought a phone online and it took over 2 months to activate. Several trips to this location and several hours on the phone with them trying to get it activated. Once it was finally activated we got a letter from a creditor stating we owed Verizon money and it was in collections. I had to go back to Verizon and I finally got that situated but it could have ruined my husband’s security clearance if I had not caught it. I also had to ask for a credit that we was already supposed to be credited when we ordered the phone. Verizon (corporate) never even said sorry. I called today to ask for an apology and see if they could at least credit 2 of our new activation fees for the new lines. The corporate representative told me the most they could do is wave 1 activation fee. That is not acceptable to me. I do want to give credit to one of the sales reps in Verizon that spent several hours trying to help me. She is amazing and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!! Her name is Taylor Cheeseman!! Thank you so much Taylor for truly trying to help me! You deserve a pay raise and promotion for all your hard work and EXCELLENT customer service!! After all the struggle, we will be changing our cell phone service provider.

Earlier today my phone had a problem. I dropped into a Verizon I happened to be near to get it handled. The problem unfortunately popped right back up after I was already on the way closer to home.To try to fix my problem again, I stopped at this Verizon location. I presented my issue to management, who referred me to David, a Solutions Specialist at the store.I can say with confidence that David has earned the title of Solutions Specialist. He heard my concerns, presented me with good usable information, and resolved my issues quickly and effectively. I didnt feel like I was being shuffled through a process to earn a commission. I felt like a person who had an issue, and Davids professionalism resolved that issue.In the event I have any concerns about my phone or plan, I know where to go and who to talk to. If you need help, ask for David Muniz. He will make it his personal responsibility to ensure youre a happy customer on the way out.

Jamie who i worked with messed a lot of things up. I have a pending order on my account (sim card) being sent to me. Tried to upgrade my phone and the pending order is holding me back so she called and cancelled it so that i can upgrade within 24-48 hours. That was not true, the sim card is returning to sender so i basically have to wait a whole week which is inconvenient. Then when i was upgrading my other phone on one of my lines, she told me somr weord numbers that didnt make sense and how some credit will be applied to my account and it came down to $120 for the upgrade after all her numbers. I ended up uaving to pay $160 as well as $90 on top of it, with no credit for my trade in. Basically she fed me some b.s. and didnt know what she was talking about. I asked her to clarify a few times and she had no clue how to do her job. Honestly, im considering cancelling verizon at this point. The fees was not direct at all, worker here has no clue what to do and how things work. Shr basically made everything on my account Fd up and instead of waiting 2 days for the stupid s card to ship, i now have to wait a week. Thanks Jamie, youre the best. Someone needs to retrain her. She needs help, bad.

I had an appointment from 6-6:30 and wasnt even seen until after that. I knew what i wanted already, they had it all in stock but i had to go and put it in as a in-store pickup. The app wouldnt let me proceed (even had the store associate try) so we go to their fancy new kiosk to complete the order. Scanned the order in and paid for it at the kiosk. Easy? NO! Had to wait an hour and a half to find out what went wrong. Turns out it shipped my order to my house!! Why is that even an option in-store?! If i wanted to do that I could have stayed home and ordered it! Very disappointed in the amount of time wasted over a process thats suppose to make it fast and easy.The only saving grace was the manager who spent that time I was wasting to figure out the issue and tried to resolve it. He offered to cancel the order and try again but I had wasted enough time and had to get back home to my wife and infant.

I live in middle TN, and for the past year and a half Ive been experiencing issues with Verizon service and signal strength. Even with new top of the line devices, I still experience slow loading and speed calls, even when I have 4G and full bars. Its been like this for awhile and it doesnt seem like the corporation is doing anything to improve.

Went here on Friday instead of just calling Verizon or working with them online. Best decision we could of made for us and Verizon. David hands down is the only reason we are still with Verizon today. If anyone needs help with saving more money with your bill and understanding it he’s definitely your person. So knowledgeable on pretty much every question we threw at him. Not to mention he’s got a nice check list for his customers that keep you well informed of what can get you the best with your verizon account. It’s so hard to find honest straight forward people these days and David is definitely this. He made the whole experience less stressful and made it just like we were hanging out talking to just another friend. If you need assistant with anything for your verizon account go straight to David you won’t be disappointed

There should be an option for no stars. Wife made an appointment with Darien, which was made to accomadate our daughter being in town. He checked our phones and said two were locked. We were on with our provider trying to unlock them because they were paid for and should have been unlocked. He kept trying to push new phones on us which we kept refusing because our phones are paid for. He went to help others and we told him we would call once our provider unlocked our phones. My wife called the next day with no answer. She left a message later for him to call us. Nothing. I usually do not give bad reviews, but two nights ago I was at the stop light in front of the store and he was in there clowning with another employee. All this time I figured he was just busy, given the season, but no. I also understand commission having worked retail, but no. He is only interested in sales, not helping folks who are seeking out a better network and trying to stay within their means with what they have. I highly recommend working with someone else at this store and not Darien.

I usually love coming to this store. Its usually a helpful experience. I drove 30 mins to see if they could help me get a phone on warranty because my current phone is having issues shutting off. I tried calling before I came and couldnt get through. The guy that met me at the door said it was a custom service issue and that they in no way could help me. He also was not wearing a mask and I thought the whole reason the stores are on strict guidelines and doing curb side service were to keep the employees and the customers safe. But no mask and standing just feet away from me? I called customer service and they stated they needed me to call on a different phone to troubleshoot my issues... How am I supposed to do that when I only have the one phone and the people working at the store wouldnt even help take care of the problem? After a second call to customer service and several hours later my problem was resolved rather easily. I normally never leave a bad review but I felt like this need one. Horrible customer service at this store today.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Im from Illinois and I stopped at that location to get a car charger. I dont know if the guy that serviced me had a bad day or not, but he charged my card 3 times for a car charger I DID NOT GET.. 😡 then when he was about to charge the car charger to my Verizon account the charger was registered to the store or something so I walked out. Did not get a charger but was billed 3 times for it...SMH!!

Terrible wait time. I dont know why I continue to be a customer. The rep I had in person today was nice. Just in general I would rather put my hand in a blender, while chewing on glass, and pouring acid in my eyes.What made it worse, she went back to see the manager 2 times and he didnt come out. then when he did he went and talked to another rep for about 15 minutes. (sounded like chatting, not work related and made me wait. This manager needs to be demoted, or trained to learn time management. Or corporate, needs to hire a second manager to assist with the work load.Called corporate later and they made things right. But this location has nice reps, just the manager is terrible.

A friend of mine visited this corporate store recently and the saleman violated her privacy multiple times by going through her apps,adding himself to her Snapchat and taking off into the back with her phone multiple times. He then changed her apple password to his last name. I guess so he can access her content. We will be filing a complaint and more details on this gentleman will be posted publicly. Not cool.

Salesman tried to sell me an upgrade on an S10+ from the 128gb to the 1Tb. When I caught on that it was an extra $700, he tried to tell me it was the color of the case that made it cost that much extra. It showed me real quickly that he knew nothing about the phone and was just there for the paycheck

Verizon is a horrible phone company with way to many issues! Every since I switch to Verizon from my old service I have been refunded for charging people false late fees! I got the brand new iPhone 8 and immediately less then 3 months with the phone I’m having to call for multiple tech issues! There solution was that they send me another phone after I paid $700 to $800 out my pocket for a brand new phone! After receiving another phone that wasn’t even brand new I have been experiencing the same tech issues. iPhone company nor Verizon team were helpful with the issues I have been experiencing! Today I spoke with tech support name Daniel who has been the only one to give me a solution and try to fix the problem so I do want to thank him for that. As far as continuing with the company I will be paying off my remainder balance and cutting all ties! I will be going back to my phone service I was on before and would not suggest a transition to Verizon if your thinking about joining a new company! It’s a sad experience for anyone to go through but good to know I tried it and it just wasn’t working out! Hope the company gets better in the future for clients and I hope new clients read reviews before thinking about joining Verizon company because for the amount of money they charge a month it is not worth your time!

I was there yesterday and purchased a new phone and wanted a cover for it. The man that helped me put the wrong cover on it and I didnt realize it wasnt the correct one because I do not work there he does. I had to drive 70 miles round trip just to get this fixed. The correct one in the color I asked for was 10.00 more. I did not think I should have to pay the upgrade price because it was their fault I had to go back but they couldnt give me a discount on it for my trouble THEY caused. I was not a happy camper!!!

On 11-17 the girl that helped me was great and corrected what was told to me the following time that I was in there. First the man that helped me before didnt show me what I asked, he just did it and then he told me on my tablet that we would receive by a Tuesday and after just stick in box and send old one back. My salesperson was great. However, when I got the monthly bill the prices were twice what I was shown and signed for. Theres a reason we carefully considered options with our helpful salesperson. Been on hold for 20 minutes minimum, twice now. No resolution. If you have to stick with Verizon (even though AT&T has a much better Clarksville network), this is the store to go to I guess.Edit: my salesperson has been following up with me on his own to get this resolved, so Im changing my review from 1 to 5 stars.

Very busy store. Went just to get a sim card and waited for a Half an hour. I know there are busier hours than others but was a bit frustrating that it was something very simple I needed and actually opened and installed myself. Need a self help desk of some sort for customers who arent purchasing a new phone. Maybe just order from Verizon online or call and make an appointment if looking for help.

Seems theyre driven to process you and not good with problems youre having with poor service. They and the reps you call into for customer service never call back and follow up like they said they would. Taken me three months to get any action on the poor service in our home area. Im not a troublesome person, but when you spend nearly $2,500.00 a year for cell phones and internet, and loyal to them for many years, I would expect better caring service than that.
