Highly recommend this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have a Gear S2 Smart Watch. After having it 5 years it finally died on me. Instead of having to replace the whole unit. A few days later they called and told me my tv was ready for pick up five days earlier than expected. Even brought my TV out to my car for me great service highly recommend!

I had an issue with my Apple Watch battery. The gentleman was able to replace the battery and reset the screen with no issues. I had my watch back the very next day. Very kind and did an amazing job. I can’t recommend them enough!

Doug was great! My lap top died while I was in the middle of a project and I needed immediate help. I thought I knew for certain what was wrong and just need a replacement part and installation. He listened to me, but went the extra mile of checking other things. He found out it was not what I suspected. He saved me buying an unnecessary part. He found the simple fix and I was out of there in about 30 min.Cant always find this kind of service these days.

Initially I wanted to bring my phone to this shop for water damage. My current situation didnt allow me to and I ended up going to UbreakIfixit. Well that was a mistake haha Although UbreakIfixit brought my phone back to life, it didnt take me long to realize I required Hashtag iFix iT services! I asked UbreakIfixit to install a new screen to completely fix the water damage after they ran my phone through a dehydrator and they said just get a new phone. My technician from Hashtag iFix iT was excellent and offered me a very generous price based on the situation I was in. I had given up hope and was preparing to buy a new phone 🤷🏿‍♂️ The technician said, dont do that I got you and then installed a new screen within 24 hours! Now Im posting my review from my 1+6. Do what you want with that information haha 🤷🏿‍♂️

I took my phone in to get the screen replaced, they sold me on a resin coating the screen. They ordered the part and I waited for it to come in, I signed a release stating that I was the only person to pick the phone up. I wanted to make sure I was getting everything I paid for. They allowed the person of contact to pick the phone up without my permission, when I looked at the phone a few things were off, the screen was ghosting (adding letters and locking itself for no reason), the screen itself didnt project to the edge like my old phone (lost nearly 10% of my screen function), and they never applied the resin like I paid for. It was worse off than if I just left the screen cracked. I immediately took the phone back to have them find the right screen that projects to the edge, they ordered the part and week now passes which I am fine with. In that meantime I wanted a refund for the resin coating but they said they cannot refund me even though I had paid for it and they never installed it because I was feeling a bit unsure about there ability to pour coat correctly. After talking to the store manager about the issue, I agreed with him to put the new screen on and do the resin pour because he assured me that the phone will be right when the new part gets in. A week passes and the new screen has finally com in and me and the store manager take a gander at said screen and what do we see, the exact same screen that is on my phone at that time (the wrong one). I go ahead and agree to put the new one on in hopes that my ghosting issue will go away and to do the resin pour because... well i couldnt get a refund due to some strange store policy that does not make sense. We get the new screen put on and there is an obvious pock mark on the screen where it looks like that pixels on the screen have been slightly burned, it doesnt stop me from being able to use the phone at the moment but its like a scratch you just can not itch. I would give them one star but i feel that would be unfair to the manager, he was actually helpful and kept his cool and seemed to be working his hardest keeping up with the demand. The man could use some help and the owner should start using vendors that have better parts, theyre using cheap knockoff screens to cut corners on cost that are not good replacements for the phone. I understand that the phone will not come back as perfect as the day you picked it up but that was rough go of it, my advice at the moment would to be to stay away from this place and look for other options on replacing parts for your phone. Good luck to the manager who helped me kinda fix my phone, I mean him no ill will and I think you need a vacation because you look like the only one working in there.

Fortunately over the years I havent had to have many electronics repaired, but this place is hands down the best around. Doug is very knowledgeable and experienced on top of being courteous and fast. They had a new battery in my watch in less than an hour from the time I dropped it off. Prices are right on target with everywhere else. Will definitely take things to them from now on.

Literally everything is over priced. Went to cellphone repairs today got a quote to repair my screen for 280$ called I fix it dude wants to charge 180$ for labor and 220$ for parts. Biggest scam ever. Also took my girlfriends computer here guy wanted to charge 60$ just to look at it. And another 200 something to fix it. Also went there to try to get some keys replaced on my laptop told me he needs to order a whole new keyboard 130$ for it which I know is bs because I got the individual keys ordered from Amazon for 30$. Long story short this place is an over priced scam go anywhere else.

Very professional, speedy, and affordable service for my laptop. I will be visiting them again with any other tech issues!Came into Hastag iFix iT a couple weeks ago after going to Best Buy with a battery issue on my laptop. At Best Buy, I was told it would be a $100-200 part with $80 in shipping and I would be without the laptop for 6-8 weeks. Hashtag iFix iT was a flat rate of $150, and I was able to keep my laptop until the part came in. Dropped my computer off about a week later at 1630, and they called at 1930 to tell me it would be ready for pickup the next day. Extremely pleased!!!

My niece brought her computer in to this business to have them look at it as I am 11+ hours away from her. She told me that they wanted to reinstall Windows. I was a little confused because when I tried to work on the computer remotely, I could not get Windows to install correctly.Needless to say, when the tech showed her her computer, the same issue popped back up and she was told that it was the motherboard. This diagnoses is correct but they charged her $100 bucks to reinstall Windows and it isnt re-installed and even if it was, she couldnt use the brand new installation of Windows.I am in IT as a profession and the fact the my niece got charged for the Windows installation is absurd. All they had to do was tell her it was the motherboard, have her RMA it, and replace it for her.

My Samsung screen had been cracked for years, but it finally gave out on me last week. I couldnt get the screen to work, just complete blackness! I had already bought a new phone but needed to get data off the old one. Doug was willing to give me an option to avoid buying a $300 screen that I didnt need and help get the data over to my new phone. He was quick with the work and I had my phone by the next morning after dropping it off. He also showed me how to correctly back up my phone to my google account and to my cloud because I hadnt done it correctly before! He was polite and his prices were very reasonable. Doug is amazing and very professional. He helped me with all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase of my new laptop screen. It turned out to be way cheaper then buying a new computer and I was able to obtain all my old files and family pictures. He was very fast and got the part in perfect timing. Alot of retail stores are successful because of people like Doug and we need more of that in all communities.

They charged $100 to fix a screen which is normal, but noticed there was water damage and said it would be another $80 to fix the water damage, the phone booted up and the screen came on before they did this, afterwards they said it would be a other $30 to reset the phone because “it’s just not turning on now” the phone does not work and we took it to another repair place afterwards where they do FREE ( not $30) Inspections initially to see if the phone is fixable and the other place called later that day to say it had water damage and was unfixable! So why would these people say they could fix the water damage?! Terrible customer service, sarcastic and rude! I will tell everyone I know not to go there!! They deserve zero stars if google let me!

I dont use iphone. So when my phone wouldnt start up, I took it to every repair place I could find with no luck. Then I found #ifixit on Lowes Dr. Dropped my phone off and went to the gym to kill time. I wasnt even a mile into my run before they called me to pick it up. They were so fast, so friendly, and so helpful when everyone else was just stuck up and would only service iphones. They also informed me that they will work on any type of electronic you have. Even pacman machines and car stereos. They are awesome and will forever get my business for any electronic need I may have.

DONT COME HERE. Husband took our tv here and it was here for MONTHS probably over half a year, we had to pay to drop it off and have it looked at. They never kept touch, we constantly had to call to get any information on what was going on. After being there for a while and constantly being told that the repairs they kept trying werent working....We didnt get our money back but decided to pick up our tv and take it somewhere else. We took it to UBREAKIFIX over off madison street they took a REFUNDABLE deposit for our tv and it was only incase we didnt pick up the tv. They looked at it and told us it had never been worked on before but the part of the TV that needed fixing was not a part they were able to get. This took them less than a week.So dont take items here, they might not even get looked at properly

I’ve had several phones repaired and I have to say this place was the WORST and VERY over priced! My phone was brought there and told the screen needed to be replaced. I go pick it up today and They said they had been calling no miss calls but was told they emailed me which later I seen there was a email. My boyfriend dropped the phone off I picked it up today they told me I had to pay another $175 on on top of the $80 that was paid yesterday! I questioned Them they said the $80 was for the liquid diagnosis they did. I was told they had 4 screens in stock. I told them I would pay the $175 so I could have my phone back. They told me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to put on I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. The papers the man had me sign had written in pen 159.99 and 123.99 I asked what those prices were he said the prices of the diffferent screens but he charged 159.99 because they “sold the 123.99” before i had came to pick my phone up. My boyfriend had used my bank card to pay the $80 today when I went to pay the $175 they asked for my id I told them I didn’t have it the lady at the computer had made it a big deal for me to use my OWN bank card when all she had to do is pull out the paperwork that was done the day before showing the last 4 digits of my card number. Never again will they get another penny from me! #YALLSUCK

First off, getting your phone fixed is going to be pricey. Its common sense and practically every place that does a good job and has a warranty is going to charge about the same.This place is awesome! They dont rip you off, they are extremely helpful. I had a last minute problem and needed my phone fixed and they were kind enough to stay open a little later to fix my phone. They get your phone fixed quickly and they are a very professional company. They are very military friendly! Id recommend this place to everyone. Ive gotten my phone fixed here twice, my husband also has 2-3 times. Weve both got tempered glass put on here (which is an amazing investment) and every time has been well worth it! They do an amazing job and are very friendly!And for reference, I have an iPhone 5s and my husband has the iPhone 6.

I went in for screen protectors for my new phone. They convinced me to buy liquid glass at 79.00. I said ok. So 3 days later i dropped my phone and cracked it in 2 places. I go in to get it fixed and he starts telling me, he has to order the screen bc its not in stock and I have to buy a new screen and then mail in the receipt and the liquid glass company will refund me. The thing is, I can get a new screen at ascurion for 29.00 at AT& T. So it was a waste of money for me!!

I used the store on Fort Campbell Blvd by wingstop and Doug was awesome. He was super friendly and personable. I needed the headphone jack replaced on my Galaxy S9+ and the price was much lower than I thought. He ordered the part for me and after it came in he had me squared away in 30 minutes. Dougs professionalism and people skills are awesome. This only got 5 stars because 10 stars wasnt an option.

Long story short, I spent more than $170 to repair an Xbox One S and it still doesnt work. They should have an old one in house for what they charge to swap out parts and get a better diagnosis. I ended up buying a new Xbox One S on eBay for $150. They wanted to charge $100 more to keep trying to fix it and if it still didnt work, then another $150. Wow! Really?Note: I typically dont leave negative reviews but the repairman (not the owner) specifically requested a review from me even though he knew I was dissatisfied. To his credit, he tried to be up front and honest with me. I knew I was taking a chance with the repair versus just buying a new one online or attempting the repair myself but I had an attitude of supporting the local economy. Amazon doesnt sponsor Little League or something to that effect.

I took my computer in because it was running slow and spinning, they charged me $109.84 up front and called that night it was fixed I picked it up and nothing has changed, and I mean nothing all they did was wipe everything out and I could have done that by taking it back to factory as new, Ive spent the last 4 hrs. just trying to get my few apps back in. I called them just now and they want me to bring it back for an additional $60.00 bucks so they can wipe it clean again, they did the same thing to my phone that should have taught me a lesson wiped it clean with new insides and same case, reloaded even my contacts everthing gone, I am thinking this is my lawyer problem, Im on a strict budget and dont mind paying for honest service but these jips are wrong. I have the very same problem I had when I took it in, I think something should be done, its not right to cheat people like that.

Hashtag iFixit LLC is an incredible business! Their customer service, especially from Charlie, Jessica, and Justin, is absolutely stellar! I have a vintage Coca-Cola clock, a heavy-duty, electrical neon, and original plug-in type that was likely made circa late 1950s or early 1960s, which needed repairing. The clock, which I found at a garage sale and paid only $15.00 several years ago, had begun to make a loud buzzing sound. According to others like this clock on eBay, it is worth $2,000 to $3,000 as a collectors item. Given that fact, I took it to a local clock repair shop, which I will leave anonymous, and they kept it for months. Then, surprisingly and sadly said they could NOT fix it. However, the wonderful people at Hashtag iFixit enthusiastically diagnosed the problem, which was the need of a new motor, and repaired at a nominal fee - just a few dollars above the price of parts. The glass manufacturer sent a defective screen. They handled it so well they replaced my glass until the new one came in and handled everything so professionally. I took my IWatch in because the screen popped off on my trip to Hawaii. Apparently the battery swelled and caused the screen to pop off.
