All great things, I walked in and the first thing i see are these adorable American flag benches followed by lots of signage. I start reading and the woman behind the desk (Monica) asked if I needed some help and better explanations to which I desperately needed, she took the time to truthfully explain different tint levels and warranties and how they work. I had my son with me and she was so patient with him so I felt welcome

Super easy to set our appointment, scheduling was out a bit due to their workload, but not a problem. Dropped the car off and awaited a return call to pick the vehicle up.Overall quality of the tint job looks great, they even took time to make sure the tint was done correctly on the 3rd brake light in the rear window. Windows themselves look great, clean cuts and even all the way across. The front strip is my only complaint, with the dot matrix effect on one side, but I know thats not easy to control happening and hope it works its way out. Price definitely cant be beat either for the quality work. Thanks again, and Ill keep in touch about the progression of the tint, and send some business your way.

Asked for 20% all around including the sun strip. This was done in 3M Color Stable. Only concern was the quality of this work. I discussed my issues with Dot Matrix prior to having it done. One of the females that worked there explained it to me so I sat and ponder and expressed to her I just dont want it to looked messed up. She responds and says we wont because you are representing us. Convinced, I proceeded to turn my vehicle in. A couple hours later I pick up my vehicle and the first issue I noticed how there were no warning tapes on each of the windows (I had to ask for these). My emergency brake was stuck to the point where I could not release it in order to leave and drive off. I had to go back into the store and ask someone to release it. Thankfully, someone was able to do so and told me whoever was driving it must had been strong and pulled it back a little too far. I was confused on why it was there in the first place as the area my car was parked was not that much of an incline. Second thing I spot was how much residue was left from tinting. The car was still wet and had swirl marks left on the window and purple liquid near the headlight. This was not from me as I had washed the car the day before it was worked on. In addition to that, my rear trunk taillight was still fogged (shouldve took photos, but wanted to see if it would air out). The following day I finally open my trunk and noticed the trunk cover panel was not placed back on. This tint place overall might be a better fit for cars that are not upscale. Also, I was not warned that my 3M tint will have a logo inside of the vehicle that will show. I believe they probably could have done a better job but not for anything like a BMW, Mercedes, Audi, any cars that do not have regular door frames, or have dot matrix. Im posting this so anyone who is interested will go at their own risk. No I will not be returning for them to fix it. I will get it redone elsewhere at a later time. A real tint professional would know how to correct the dox matrix if their craft is perfected. $255 is not worth it here.

Excellent customer service and BY FAR the best prices in town. Some places wanted 2 and 3 times what they charge. I called and asked when they could get me in. Less than an hr later my vehicle had the tint on it I wanted and I was back on my. Will definitely be back.

I got there and was 7th in place for the day told them I was gonna hangout and wait, never was it mentioned it would be hours on hand for a wait. At 11:30 I was told it would only be 1 hour. At 2pm I left after waiting 7 hours. Professional in timelines in service needs to be re-evaluated. My whole day was waisted and I did not get the service i woke up at 6am for. Highly disappointed no one bothered to say they were falling behind scheduled. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t come back.

They did an excellent, bang up job on tinting the windows of my husbands truck!!!!They called, said they could get us in early, were very pleasant and accommodating! They did great work for a VERY reasonable price and got us in, to do it in 10 days. We were extremely pleased and we’ll definitely be back and recommend them to anyone who needs tinting done! Long story short. It took 3 different installs to still not receive what I asked and paid for the 1st time.If you want to know the whole story... Read onAsked for Sirius and hook up to android with a 3.5 jack.1st install was Apple only2nd didnt have Sirius.3rd time had android and Sirius. But I couldnt use the Sirius device I had because it didnt have the right 3.5 jack. Now I have to buy another Sirius device that mounts behind the stereo. It also has the ability to use 2 USB ports. They installed 1.They argued and said I didnt ask for android and that I wanted Apple. Ive never owned an Apple device, why would I ask for it. Yelled, cussed at me for for them not writing what I wanted in the first place.Will never be back. And I suggest you dont either. They care more about hooking up breathalyzer devices than stereos.After an expected reply from the owner I am adding to this.Yes I had a previous installment with them.I supplied the stereo and mounting kit. And it was on an 80s toyota. Not real hard especially when the only issue I had the 2nd I supplied the 1st time.They promised something and didnt deliver.Then blamed me for changing my mind which didnt happen. I didnt change anything. Its not my fault that they dont know what the products they have actually do. They tried 3 flippin times. 3 different installs! And it still doesnt do what they said it did. But I was leaving for a week in this vehicle and didnt want to go a week without any music. So here I am.

Got our 2 windows tinted on our Nissan Pathfinder to match the rear and a sun strip. They were fair, friendly, fast, and put out a quality product. Sam even told me a few good tips on how to prolong and protect the tint. This is the place to go for window tint and excellent service. Going to bring my Ford Ranger to them very soon. They are going to remove existing tint, and re-tint for a great overall price. Ive shopped around many places, and some of these places want astronomical amounts.

Did not stick with the original price.I ended up with a 225.00 stereo and 400.00 for the wiring harness.to hook it up. I havent yet had my stereo remove I must see that wiring harness $400 worth of it yes I feel I was ripped off and I will report it to the post Commander at Fort Campbell

Monica was absolutely professional and helpful. This place it awesome. I went on a Saturday so long wait time was exact. I gave 5 stars even though they did skip me while I was there waiting. They were very apologetic. Plus I didn’t mind sticking around a little longer. Will highly recommend this place. On Saturday’s please get there before 9:30, there was already a few people there before 8am when I arrived.

Ive been dealing with Freedom Tint for 5 years. Hes done everything from house calls when he started and now at the shop. Get your vehicle needs here, you wont be disappointed.

I will definitely give them 10 stars for being fair, friendly, and great customer service. They did an outstanding job when I got my windows tinted, but after few weeks I found out my found my wife pregnant and got really sensitive to sunlight. I asked them if they could make it darker because of the situation with my wife. Other tint shop will automatically going to say “YES” because of the money. Surprisingly, they did the right thing first by explaining what’s legal in state and what’s not. Yes, they do care especially to our military because they don’t want you to get in trouble for having an illegal tint. You’ll definitely going to get the same advice from them before getting your windows tinted. However, if you really want to get a darker tint, it’s really up to you. So if you gt pulled over, be prepared to pay $$$. #besttintshopintown.

They were able to get me in next day during the week which was nice since my regular tint guy was booked up. Appointment was for 2pm, they started on my vehicle at about 2:25. Took about 30 min to complete both front windows tinted to match the rest of the vehicle. Cant comment on the quality yet as it is still drying.Unfortunately, they sprayed down the outside of all the windows (and windshield/hood) with hard water after the job was complete to clean the outside of the windows. Car was recently washed and then had water spots all over it after leaving. Could be easily solved by using a spray bottle and towel when cleaning the windows after a job.

Had my car tinted here in June, I wanted to leave a genuine review of how the tints settled and looked after, so far everything looks great after cleaning and sitting in the sun, after my car was tinted I had no bubbling or anything that would make the tint peel off. When I walked into the shop I was greeted in a friendly manner, The woman who greeted me explained the laws and restrictions on the different levels of tint, she also allowed me to sample a tint to see if i was fine with it, and also explained how to care for the tints after and the warranty they issue which is lifetime, Everyone i turned to ask a question answered it in a way i can understand and feel comfortable with. I am impressed and happy with my experience.

They explained every option to me and let me decide which worked best. They also gave me instructions on aftercare and made sure I understood everything. My tint looked great. Thank you again!

Hands down some of the best customer service I have encountered. First understand I did not spend a dime at Freedom so my review is just. The owner ( I suspect) was very helpful, and took better than 15 minutes to test a speaker and educate us on what he thought might be the best solution. if you are not at least checking first with Freedom on your car stereo, or tint needs, then you are missing out on what I believe should be Clarksvilles best. I will not only be a repeat (paying next time, because he refused to take my $ for clips) customer, but highly recommend this group, and business to those I encounter. Wes, the owner, has very reasonable prices. I got my windows tinted and he didnt gouge me like a lot of the other places wanted to. The work was also excellent. I didnt see one bubble even though that is pretty normal. You should see this guy if you need your windows tinted. He does car audio as well.

If you looking for a place with good customer service this is not the place too go. Had too get my music did over because they wired it up wrong and was mad at me about it. I had tint put on my other car and it is too light so one DAY later I go back and they want to charge me full price again. Could go on and on about that place but they not worth the time. My mom came from out of town and decided to get her windows tinted while she was here visiting. We found this place. They told her yes they could get her car done. Dropped off her car and it was done in less than 30mins. We were like wow ok. But when she got it she noticed the tint was the wrong shade first of all. She only got the front driver and passenger side done and they said they would match them to the rear. Well how the heck do you get a brown color instead of a grey black???? That was the first problem. Second problem, less than a month later and the tint is already peeling!!! She never let down the windows or anything and its peeling. This place is horrible.

Willing to shame myself just to review and compliment this place. Every bit of my DUI has been a nightmare dealing with lawyers, courts, DMV,.... Got an interlock device installed here. Wes was absolutely amazing, helpful, polite, informative, and got me fixed in less than an hour!!!! I was so beyond grateful to have someone finally just treat me with respect, help me out immediately, not try and rob my money, and not give me any run around or annoyance. I had no idea till recently how rare basic human decency and great service was anymore in this world, but Wes and his friendly staff definitely reminded me! Wish I needed my windows tinted, cause from what I could see when walked in, he also does awesome work with that.

If you want a tint job at a reasonable price this is the place for you. If you want someone who will honor their work if a mistake is made than I suggest you find someone else. My mom took her Scion for window tinting wanting the legal amount of tint put on. Few months after the tint job she was pulled over by th cops stating her tint was too dark. Immediately she called Freedom Tint and spoke to a lady on the phone then decided to drive there where she was told they dont put anything but legal tint on their cars. In other words pretty much saying the tint job wasnt theres but telling her they will give her discount for taking it off. My mom knowing she had to have it removed decided to have them remove the tint and put more tint on. So twice she spent almost $200 at same place for tint jobs.
