If you are in need of a wedding dress, tux or formal dress, I HIGHLY recommend Wedding Belles! They have a variety of styles and colors to pick from and at a great price! Everyone there was so polite and professional. Rachel helped me find my dress for my wedding. She was a absolute sweetheart! I showed her the kind of dresses I liked, and she showed me multiple dresses in those styles. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Originally I came in just to look and had no idea I’d walk out with the dress of my dreams!

WOW! What an experience. I haven’t shopped for an evening gown since I was in high school. I didn’t know what to expect. I am competing for the title of Miss Ohio USA 2021 this July, and I didn’t know what kind of dress to get, colors, fits, etc. Luckily, Wendy took control and found BOTH of my beautiful dresses in less than 45 minutes. She knew exactly what kinds of dresses would match my skin tone/hair, beautify my curves, and the type of dress that a judge would say, “Wow. This dress is gorgeous, but the girl is what stands out to me.” And that’s exactly what I wanted. This shop deserves a 5-star review for the staff, location, cleanliness, expertise, pricing, and of course, making me feel beautiful in my own skin. This shop has an in-house alteration expert, Hanna, that fit both of dresses before I left the shop. The conversation flowed while I was standing in the mirror getting pins in the dress. She is very fun, kind, beautiful, talented, and she saw my vision. I was nervous because both of my dresses were several sizes too big, but she wasn’t. She was able to morph both dresses to fit my body, instead of me trying to fit into a dress. Her expertise from how dark my tan should be with the color of my dresses to the style of shoes to the color of eyeshadow I should wear really made me feel like this experience was personalized and that she cared. This place is truly magical and I know that if you walk into Wedding Belles, you will be matched with the same experience. I can’t share my photos now, but I can’t wait to show everyone when the time comes.

I got my wedding dress today and had the best experience! Everyone is so kind and sweet! I was afraid I wasn’t going to find a dress that I loved, but they have so many options and styles it’s impossible not to find one you love. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

I had a great shopping experience on my visit to Wedding Belles. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was trying on dresses within 5 minutes of being there. I was looking for a dress to wear to my friends wedding and although I did not make a purchase, my experience definitely deserves my positive review. I do not recall the name of the associate that helped me, but she was inviting, and helpful. She did not rush nor was she pushy. I will definitely come back for all my future formal dress needs.

Absolutely recommend this place. Previously got a prom dress from their old location. The new location on Franklin St. is convenient to grab lunch and hang out, but parking is rough unless you pay. Looking for a cheap wedding dress? They’ve got you. Designer dress? They’ve got you. Each bride gets a mirror to look at, as well as a private room to get changed in. They make you feel absolutely beautiful. If the dress is too big or small- they don’t care. They care about your vision and will do what it takes to achieve it. My friend is getting married October 23rd. We went in May to get our dresses, myself, the bride, the brides daughter and 2 other bridesmaids/ maid of honor. We picked out, got measured and paid for our dresses. It is now October 1st and my dress just got shipped out tonight at 7:09 PM. Ive been calling for the last few weeks to find out when my dress would be shipped to me as I am in Indiana and the shop is in Tennessee. Theyvehad my dress for a minimum of a week but Im not sure how long theyve had it. The bride still doesnt have hers. This is beyond ridiculous for the amount we paid for our dresses. I really hope my dress fits otherwise I dont know that Ill have time to get any alterations thanks to their slow moving pace to ship my dress..This makes me sad because my first experience was so fantastic. Ive recently learned the owners daughter is getting married soon. So I can only assume thats why our business doesnt matter to her. I would steer clear.

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I don’t really like to be the center of attention, so it wasn’t my top priority in wedding planning. I am so glad I went! It was such a fun experience for me as well as the family and friend I brought to help. Liz is absolutely amazing! If you go there, ask for her! She was easy to talk to and she made me feel comfortable and calm (especially when finding the perfect wedding dress can be stressful) and she was patient. I think I tried on the dress I bought 3 times so I could compare it to others because I was second guessing myself (even though my sister already knew it was the one). So thank you Liz and Wedding Belles for helping me with an essential part of my wedding and best wishes to Liz with her wedding!

Allison helped me and made it such a relaxing, fun, and positive experience. We giggled and chatted our way through the afternoon as she helped me get in and out of gowns and made me feel like a queen all along the way. Loved this place!!!!I took my daughter and her best friend shopping for homecoming dresses, and could not find any in town. I looked up on google and found Wedding Belles, and I seen in the reviews that they had dresses for homecoming. So we rushed there and were treated fantastic! Went in to find a wedding dress by myself due to not having any family down here. Im one of the few women that hate shopping but it was a very pleasant experience. Wendy was my girl for the morning and was very helpful and understood what kind of dress I was looking for after I described what I wanted. She was saving one until the last hoping it would be the one. Tried on many and loved a few of them, very hard to pick one. Tried on the one for last..... and it was beautiful!! I walked in this morning not sure what to expect. As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted by everyone and Wendy got all of the details of what I liked/disliked, then she immediately got to work. She showed me the layout of the store, and we started pulling dresses to try on. She read my personality so well and was sure to try to stick around my budget. Even other employees started helping to pull dresses.There were so many gorgeous dresses to try, it made it so hard to choose. We got to the last one and she had me close my eyes as she set me up with a veil, and when I opened my eyes I was stunned!My mom and I both started crying and I knew it was the one. My 4 year old daughter even knew by telling me Thats it mommy, thats the one.They were so accommodating, friendly, personable, and just outstanding that I cannot recommend this shop enough. They even offered a discount for Love at First Sight and a military discount. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Hannah was amazing. She worked with me and made me feel very comfortable as shopping is something that makes me uncomfortable. They also respected my budget and didnt push for us to spend more money than we could afford. I was glad I was able to buy my Prom dress from them. I went into Wedding Belles this evening to find a dress for a military ball in a well. Customer service was amazing and tried on a few dresses before one of the ladies assisting me found a velvet dress. I was not fond of it on the hanger but tried it on anyways and I loved it! It fit like a glove. To top it off, they give a 10% discount for military. I will be recommending to others in the Clarksville area!

I had a ton of recommendations to shop for a wedding dress here. I drove 2 hours and was NOT disappointed!! They very much care about their customers and help you find the dress you love. Wendy was an amazing help and took the time to try new things until I found the dress I loved! An amazing experience!

Ugh, this may take a while. Let me start this off positively by saying the people that work there seem nice. But Im getting married Saturday and I still dont have our groomsmens suits. They were all supposed to be in yesterday. 3 suits for the groomsmen were supposed to be in gray, and the company sent them in the same color, navy, as my suit. Not WBs fault but it still falls on them. Them the junior groomsmans suit as well as our ring bearer and sign holders suits werent even sent. My suit was the ONLY one correct and there. My groomsmen had already driven to Clarksville, about 35 minutes from their houses on average. I had to call each one to let them know to turn around and go back home because the suits werent ready to try on. To WBs credit, the manager there told me she was going to personally hand deliver the suits to wherever the wearers would be. This is why I added the 2nd star. There were other issues with my fiances dress as well but thats for her to address if she reviews WB. My groomsmen are livid. Im livid. And my fiancé is livid. It caused me so much stress to be there with 3 boys while trying on my suit, learning about the missing and wrong suits, having to inform all the groomsmen and informing my fiancé. I am not sure Ill ever come back here. I do appreciate the manager offering to drive the suits to each person. That is good customer service.

I had the best experience at wedding belles! I had a large party, they were very accommodating. They even offered treats for my party! They were welcoming as soon as I came in. Hannah was attentive and not pushy. She went above and beyond to help me to find my dream dress. I wound up picking the first one I tried on & saying yes the same day! To all future customers of Wedding BellesI write to you, not only as a fellow bride, but as a former Bridal Consultant of 8+ years AND former employee of Wedding Belles. I understand how stressful/overwhelming wedding gown shopping can be and, as a plus size bride, I was very worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a gown that fit me, let alone my dream gown. I had made an appt to come in and browse around to get a feel of what I liked. As soon as I walked through the door, I was overwhelmed (in a really good way!) with the store and the quality of dresses IN ALL SIZES. Liz was my consultant and she was an absolute peach! I explained to her my situation (former consultant, confused, scatterbrained) and, with that, she allowed me to look through the dresses at my own speed. I GREATLY appreciated that as I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to see everything the store had to offer. As soon as I found some, we got to work. Even though I pretty much knew all the answers to my questions, Liz was always there with an answer if I didn’t know it. Liz and the other consultant who was working with another bride very clearly know what they were talking about and it showed in their professionalism. Low and behold, within about 45 min, I had found my gown and did not ever want to take it off. I had fully planned on going to other places to look (because, like all brides say, you can’t just look at one store) but once I saw my dress ON ME it was a no-brainer!When purchasing a gown from Wedding Belles, your money is not going to some big company or store that forgets about you when you walk out the door. Trust me, I have worked for those places and it becomes a mundane blur. Your money is going to a small business whose owner, Lisa, had a dream of owning a wedding dress store while growing up. The consultants are genuinely interested in what your likes and dislikes are and they try their hardest to make sure that you have the best possible wedding gown experience. Also, I can assure you that whatever price Wedding Belles sells a gown for, that is the lowest price around Nashville. I live 1.5 hrs away, but I will certainly get everything I’m needing from them (down to the double sided tape!)Thank you everyone from Wedding Belles! She did such a great job of listening to what I was looking for and showing me exactly what I had in mind in the price range I wanted. While I tried on several, I actually ended up with one of the first dresses she showed me. I could have saved myself a lot of time and trouble if I had just gone here first. Dont go to Nashville; do yourself a favor and just come to Wedding Belles!

Beautiful place, very nice people.. but my experience was not the greatest. I ordered my dress December 26th & just received it last week or so due to one of the employees messing up the order amongst the dress having to be maid. I later noticed that the dress I chose is not even correct, very upset since I waited 5 months for my bridesmaid dress. I still have others in the bridal party that havent even received their dress for the wedding that I am in. Hopefully your experience is better than mine, ladies!

She pulled some gorgeous dresses, too.The seating area for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law was cozy and the addition of refreshments was great!Lisa and Hanna even ended up helping out with a couple of dresses.Once I had narrowed down to my top two dresses, Wendy and Lisa had me close my eyes so they could jack me up with a veil and belt. I ended up saying yes to my number one favorite at Wedding Belles!Not only did they offer $100 off for Love at First Sight but they also offered 10% off because Im a teacher! No where else we visited that day offered that!Making my MIL, SIL, and even Lisa and Wendy tear up, I knew I made the right decision. Well I see that they have a lot of good reviews, let me tell you what experience I had and my wife. My wife went there and got a dress it was white brand new size twelve. Well I was paying it in installments after I Finnish paying for it my wife picked it up well we thought it was the same dress only that this dress did not fit my wife, not only that it is bone white or beige if you want to call it that. Well we went to a Taylor to check the dress, the Taylor told us it is a use dress with a small size. My wife and I am disappointed in wedding bells of clarksville TN, we have a video showing the original dress that we purchased and the dress that they gave my wife was not only beige but used I don’t know if I should sue or leave it as is but I want everyone to know what has happened to us and how disappointed we are of this company I will not recommend this place to no one... and even less pay on installments because they will probably do the same to you.

This is the first store I went to and started trying dresses at, and I found the one the very first dress i put on! They have a decent price range and all the workers were nice! I have no complaints! Highly recommend especially if you dont have a huge expensive price range!

I went to Wedding Belles in search of an evening gown for a black tie event. Lisa and the ladies immediately started grabbing dresses in my size and style I was looking for. I tried them on and with each dress they gave me their honest opinions as well as finding accessories to match or glam it up a little. I found exactly what I was looking for and had SO MUCH FUN doing it! The atmosphere is magical, The ladies are beyond helpful, and the dress selection is amazing!

Let me just say, I do not typically post reviews on anything but I feel it is really important to post reviews regarding an awful experience with Wedding Belles in Clarksville, TN. I apologize for the lengthiness of this review but I feel it is imperative to give as much detail as necessary. I was a bridesmaid in my brother’s wedding this past weekend (10-10-2020) and we got our dresses and men’s attire through Wedding Belles. Our bridesmaid’s dresses were ordered back in April 2020 and if I remember correctly, came in in August of 2020. The owner, Lisa was who worked with us the day we chose the brides wedding dresses and our bridesmaids dresses. For our bridesmaid’s dresses, we all went with the same designer and same dress color but chose different style long dresses. The process of choosing dresses was easy enough but it was after they came in that everything went HORRIBLY wrong. I picked up my dress and sure enough, they had ordered the WRONG dress. I am a plus size woman and because of this, I like for dresses to hide my flaws (fat if you will) and for them to be flattering to my size. The dress that was ordered for me had almost my entire back exposed (big problem area) and had a belt right along the middle of my stomach making my look way larger that I already am. When I discussed this with Wedding Belles, they said that when they went to order my dress, they realized the dress I originally picked was the wrong designer and so they found a dress that was supposed to look identical to the dress I originally chose and they “tried to call me” (which is a lie- no one attempted to call me). They claim that after they could not reach me that they called the bride and she gave them the all clear to order the dress that was supposed to be identical (which was not identical at all). The owner came up with the solution for them to do alterations to the top of the dress to try to make it match the dress I originally chose and that would be on them but I would have to pay with the other alterations that would be completed anyway (length and to take it in). I had 2 alteration appointments and at the first one, the dress had barely improved; the back was still exposed too much and the belt around the front had not been lifted as it was supposed to. I go to my second alteration appointment and while the dress had improved, it was clear that it would never be a dress that flattered me. I sucked it up and paid for the alterations to the length and to have it taken in. I mostly did this and kept my mouth shut because I did not want there to be any issues with the brides dress or the groomsmen attire. So this was my own experience. I get that screw ups happen BUT I was not the only one in the wedding party that had issues. Another bridesmaid, who is also plus size (or close to anyway) was ordered the wrong dress as well. She lives in Alaska and had to have her dress shipped to her. Rather than ordering her correct dress, one of the other bridesmaid’s dresses got ordered twice and she got a dress that she had not chosen and was TOO SMALL! The solution for this was to order a dress in her size that was at a warehouse and to have it altered to fit her. So here is the thing, I am ANGRY that this was not an option offered to me as well as I would have definitely chosen to have a different dress. She also did not have to pay for any alterations while I still did. In addition to 2 out of the 5 of use bridesmaids getting the wrong dress, the bridal shop did not call 3 of the bridesmaids to let them know their dresses were in and claimed to have had the wrong numbers and even blamed their change in computer system for that issue. They also blamed the brides any time there was an issue saying the bride Okayed it or was supposed to let people know. Because there were a great deal of issues for one wedding party, it is very clear that it is just poorly run business.

Honestly first time looking at wedding dresses. Many selections, I had my eye on a certain dress, but I was able to customize a dress to how it would fit me and the style I was looking for. Super-friendly staff and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for any prom/wedding dress.

When my dress came in- they were closed and Lisa still went across town in a snow storm to pick it up so my mom could see it before she left town! They truly go above and beyond!!!!

I recently got married in October 2019 and found my dress at Wedding Belles. The initial process of trying on dresses and picking one out was very pleasant. They were very helpful and kind as I tried on many. However, I was told my dress would be in on a certain date. When I called to ask, they first could not find the tracking number then the owner had to call us back. (seemed to me that it was never actually ordered) It then took about two more months to come in. Once it did, I hated everything about it. They did let me exchange it for a different dress due to the issues. However, once again my dress was about a month late from promised. It came in with a month to spare. I was then recommended the seamstress, Hanna Fahmy, whom I also had issues with. They stated she does not work for them, however, all the alterations and meetings were in their store so I definitely would say they are related. On another note, we also ordered the groomsmen suits there as well. They were again very helpful in picking out everything for the wedding. However, even though we ordered them MONTHS in advance they did not arrive until the Thursday before the wedding.They also said they would call all the groomsmen and let them know when they arrived. They did NOT. One was about 6 inches too long. We had to duct tape the bottom. All in all, Wedding Belles is a kind place, but not a business I would NOT recommend. It was more stressful than my Wedding day and planning.

Scheduled an appointment to look for bridesmaid dresses. My friend was trying on dresses when a man walked right up to her curtain, opened it, looked in and then turned to us (myself and salesperson) and said, “Well she doesn’t have any pants on.” (No kidding—it’s a fitting room.) The sales person then replied, “He’s a friend of the owner, so I can’t say anything.” Are. You. Kidding. Me?! She was a sweet girl and didn’t mean harm, but that’s obviously not okay.Also, from a business standpoint, the dress we really liked did not have a price and the girls working said it was new so they didn’t know how much it was. I wanted so badly to keep our business local, but this experience really created a terrible impression.

Lisa and her staff are absolutely amazing people. They will take time to help you find that perfect dress for your special occasion! The store has so many beautiful and unique dresses to choose from. Clarksville had nothing like it! Definitely stop in and check then.out before heading anywhere else!

Wedding Belles offers a large selection of wedding gowns. We went to several shops before coming to our hometown shop. We should have started here!!! Brittany said yes to her dress after an amazing Bride to be experience at Wedding Belles.

The dresses are just beautiful. Just wish when my daughter was looking for her dress to be here in town, that it was here!!! Dont like they wont size you unless, you purchase from from them. I guess.

Wedding Belles has a beautiful and unique selection of dresses that caught my eye as soon as I walked in. I love the home town boutique vibe and the staff members were so sweet and made sure I had my bridal moment. My dress came in before the estimated arrival time and their in house designer/alteration specialist, Hannah, is 2nd to none! I loved the owner, Mrs. Lisa, so much that she also helped coordinate my wedding. I live in Utah and planned my wedding from across the country. With that added long-distance stress, Mrs. Lisa made those last few months before the big day so smooth. She and her assistant made sure my wedding day flowed effortlessly and helped so much with day-of decorating and coordination. Thank you again Wedding Belles!!

So, being that I actually live IN Clarksville, I was so very surprised to find such a lovely hidden gem of a boutique, in our little town. Usually, to locate an establishment with such open mindedness and outfitted with the latest designer fashions, it would require me to travel to the greater city of Nashville. (Roughly an hour away, and a world of traffic, once you are in it.) I had a very in depth conversation with the store owner, and I found out, that her sole mission, whenever they established Wedding Belles, was to give EVERY customer the opportunity to feel beautiful, NO MATTER THE SIZE; on whatever occasion or special day, that you may have.I had been shopping for over a month now, to try and find the perfect dress, for a military ball. I had been to about 7 different formal wear stores, outside the city of Clarksville. While each store had its own unique charm, ALL of the previous boutiques, seemed to focus on having gorgeous gowns for sz 0-4. As one goes up in size, the less variety, and less detailed, the dresses seemed to become. (It was almost as if, women of a bigger build or frame, should all fit into one dress style category.) I found this very discomforting, bc although I do not consider myself a large woman, I was blessed, with a proportionate amount of curves.Upon entering Wedding Belles, I realized, this was the ONLY boutique that I had actually felt comfortable with my average size; and what was even better, was that the owner had GORGEOUS designer name dresses, in ALL makes and sizes! This wasnt just for evening gowns either....bc I couldnt help but puruse the rooms of sparkles and lace. Wedding gowns, that would usually be for a sz 8, went up to sizes like 22, 24, ....and higher! There was even a room for designer short dresses, if you had a smaller scale event or perhaps homecoming, to attend.The owner herself, came and assisted me with proper fitting, and she was casual and pleasant to talk to, the entire time. Ive never been so surprised by such a unique formal boutique before. It looks nothing like what you would expect on the outside of the building, however, on the inside, it offers MORE THAN just beautiful bridal gowns and formal attire, it offers HOPE, to all those women who think that they have to settle for a dress, on their special day, because they arent the sz 0-4.I felt gorgeous, for the first time in a very very long time. It wasnt just because of the dress though, it was because of the unique and loving atmosphere, that was/is comprised within this beautiful boutique.Try this store, before you go running to Nashville, to pay for dresses that are priced up 200-300 MORE THAN what they should be....I really think everyone can find their beauty in this store!Thanks again to the owner who made sure to make an establishment where ANY woman, regardless of size, could find a dress to feel that beautiful feeling.

Recently purchased my wedding dress from this store and it was such an amazing experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they were willing to help in every way possible from choosing styles for me and to getting any accessory I wanted to try on. They weren’t pushy and respected what I wanted and didn’t want with pricing. Definitely one of the best experiences I had trying on bridal dresses or just in general when shopping. 10/10 recommend :)

My sister got married about a month ago and Wedding Belles handled the day before and day of coordination. Was so pleased with the professionalism of Lisa and Tracy during the entire event. The wedding was lovely and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you ladies for an outstanding job.

My fiancé is not enjoying the process anymore. The dress is over a month and a half late with no response or accountability from the salon. Would recommend a more professional salon for your wedding.

My daughter has been looking for a wedding gown and we ended up at Wedding belles, Clarksville Tn. Wow, what a blessing it was. The owner and all the staff there Saturday went out of there way to create a one in lifetime experience. They were kind, gracious, and willing to let my daughter try on as many gowns as she wished and acted like it was her first one she tried on. Who would have thought we had such a wonderful local formal shop. It’s a definite stop if your looking for formal wear. Again thank you all.

Customer service was truly terrible. The girl working the front was more interested in closing the store in 45 minutes than helping customers!! Very disappointing. Will not be back and would not recommend.

We were here shopping for my best friends wedding gown. When I say the staff was super friendly and attentive... My friend tried on so many dresses that her son was just like Mommy this is getting boring 😂. They didnt mind and they were nice to the 2 small children we had with us as well. The dress selection was great and Im pretty sure she ended up getting the dress everyone including her liked. If I ever decide to abort my elopement plans, Id shop here for sure!

Hannah was such a great help !!! I needed my zipper on my bridesmaid dress to be fixed and couldn’t find no one to do it in less than a week but Hannah was able to do it in less than two days ! She was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend to go here !

I bought my wedding dress here for my wedding in May. The staff was extremely helpful, nice and detailed. No problems with my dress or my service. It was a great experience working with these nice ladies!

Felt like I was bothering the employees that were working here. They didnt offer any suggestions during my appointment except to point out the rack I could look at. They were bouncing me back and forth between employees the whole time. This is not what I would expect from a boutique shop. Very disappointing, I wont be coming back here

I had a small budget and the staff here was so friendly and kept pulling dresses after dresses that fit my budget. They wanted to make sure I had choices and I had found the perfect dress. Good quality dresses and wide price ranges!

I called to get information on alterations. When i told her my beautiful dress came from wish, she said, oh well i dont think she will work on that, they are usually such a mess!! How rude! Not everyone can spend hundreds and thousands on a dress! Will not be getting my business!!!!

Right when I walked into Wedding Belles I was welcomed with warm smiles. I had no clue the kind of wedding dress I was looking for and Lisa, Katie, and Tracey went above and beyond for me. They know exactly what is going to look great on you and I picked out my dress by the third one. The one I tried on was a champagne color and I wanted bright white and it was way too big on me, so of course I had to order it. I ordered it that day and it came in EXACTLY when they told me it would be in. I even got the grooms party pants with Wedding Belles. All the guys were different sizes-tall, short, skinny, muscular. The pants fit them PERFECTLY! I would definitely recommend getting any sort of special occasion formal wear here! Great service and I will use them again!
