Tabitha always takes care of me and my family! I didn’t have an appointment as I just noticed this weekend my wife was due for a tire rotate. I drove up and asked if they could get it done if I left it with them. Within a few hours I got the call it was done and ready for me to pick up. Always a great feeling when the people ensure you are taken care of.

Fast friendly service! They keep you well informed of status of vehicle whether you’re waiting at the dealership or dropping off. LIFT service is provided if prefer not to wait at the dealership at their cost. The ease of getting an appointment is great. Casey Adams is the BEST😊as well!!

Very friendly staff. We did not have an appointments just drove up and they were able to get us in, from out of town had airbag light on and tire pressure light. Needed an oil change and they were able to get us right in and addressed all the issues. Was a great experience

Everything went great. Only thing I would say is time awareness. I had a appointment at 1:00 but service on my vehicle didn’t start until like 2 or 2:30. I have no problem for how long it took just could have left, went home and came back once I was told service was done but other that everything was great

From start to finish I received excellent service. Both Casey and Josh kept me informed about my service and made me feel welcome, were professional and courteous, and made sure I was happy with the service. In addition to finding and fixing a minor problem that was still under warranty, I was made aware of a money saving program for multiple service appointments. Went here not knowing what to expect, never bought a new car before but Anita took care of me and did me right. Got a great deal and walked away with a car I’ve wanted for a very long time. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience. Very smooth, very laid back and easy. Would 10/10 recommend everyone to come check out their selection of cars and definitely ask for Anita. My experience with this company started out with Jonathan Vick. He contacted me to buy my car for the dealership. Once at the dealership I was handed off to Erica, (not sure of exact spelling) who helped me sell both my vehicles at an amazing price and buy a new vehicle. We had some hiccups here and there with features and what not and some on communication. Throughout the process, Jonathan was actively asking how things were going and if I was being treated correctly. Even with the hiccups, the company treated me fairly, I came out with an new vehicle that fit my family to the T. Erica did very well finding what my family needed in this crazy time and I cant thank her enough. At no point was any professionalism lost. I would recommend Jonathan and Erica to anyone who needed help with this company.

I bought my 2016 VW Jetta less than 60 days ago and unbeknownst to me, they sold me a vehicle with multiple DRY ROTTED tires, then just proceeded to tell me that they were not liable and the tires became dry rotten in the last month and a half. So I had to pay $479 for new tires because the original tires from 2015 were on the vehicle and the service department that inspected the vehicle before selling it to me marked the tires as good. This is absolutely a miss on their part that I had to pay for.

I had a key programmed and they changed price twice. The first time had appointment and they acted like it was going to take forever and they didnt want to. It was going to be 125.00 dollars. They had ordered my key so I got it and said I would come back another day. This time I called to get appointment and someone was suppose to call me back. They never did so I called them and told them i would bring it and leave it. They kept telling me the key might not program and they would still have to charge. So they charged me 240.00. Big difference in price from the first time and they lost our old key.

I brought my 2013 VW Beetle in for a recall on replacing the air bag. It took a couple of times, but they got me taken care of on this last trip. The service department is always so nice and courteous. I bring them donuts! I understand its not always easy working in the service industry, and I try to make the experience happy for all involved ... the same as these guys. Thanks!

Overall, a very good experience. Ms. Casey Adams did an amazing job at keeping me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. Very professional and informative. When I had a little issue, I just pulled my car in and she ensured I was taken care of. In fact, all the service reps were amazing and spoke to me on what was going on. I definitely recommend as they put the customer first and really roll out the red carpet.

My service advisor Casey was awesome! During my appointment consultation to drop off my Jeep, Casey listened to my all my concerns. She explained the pricing, time the mechanic would need to find the problem, how long it would take for him to fix my check engine light, the cool feature to pay online, and kept me updated by text while I was at work! Great communication and I will definitely be back!

Greeted with a smile, Stacey, new what needed to be done.she said if I needed anything she would be right there to help. When it was finished she came and got my credit card for the charges and everything was ready when I got to the counter. She helped to carry my iPad and coffee to the car as I walk with a cane. Scheduled an appointment for oil change and to check my air bag light that is on. Appointment was for 1030am, I called to check the status at 1:50pm to find out nothing had been done yet. It was waiting for diagnostic so they couldnt do the oil change bc they dont shuffle cars around like that. So they finally did the oil change after I went back there and waited. Now have to schedule another day for diagnostic. When I finally left there it was around 430. Waste of a day, and not happy that I have to go back there.

Now I dont know what happened today may have booked to much work or was short handed but it took nearly 4 hours for a service with an appointment .When I lived in Clarksville it didnt matter but now Im 65 miles away and really wasnt thinking it would take that long. But Ive always been happy with Wyatt-Johnsons thats why I keep going back. Thank you Keith Martin

Nightmare to schedule. Vehicle has recalls and needed an oil change. Dealer unable to accomplish this in a single day and does not provide loaners. Service advisor is rude an unprofessional. After a third attempt to get the work scheduled they finally scheduled me for the recall (software patch) and oil change. Took five hours and they didn’t wash or vacuum the car and left their paper garbage floor covers in the car for me to dispose of. Not a good place to get service done.

Had a 9am service appointment. I was quoted a 6hr wait. I discussed the conversation I had with Josh the Service Manager about my two hour drive and the issues I was having with the vehicle. I wanted to make sure to have an appointment and waited on my off week to come. Two hours one way. Just to be turned away. They told me by the time they get to it, itd be too late to look at it. If I just had an oil change, they could have me in and out.Josh sent me troubleshoot paperwork by email that he copied with a Xerox. But he doesnt remember ever speaking to me and we spent 20+ minutes on the phone.I bought the car there last September. 40k spent. Just to be treated like trash by a service advisor in checkered pants.Zero stars if I could give them.

Weve had our VW in a couple times for recall and maintenance services. The staff is always quick and courteous when answering questions or when explaining what is going on with your vehicle. They are super-accessible with lobby open until 8pm and service department until 7pm. I think they realize that most people have jobs in the daytime and thats not something you find everywhere. Highly recommended.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially you have any questions about your vehicle or maintenance and they tell you services that you don’t need to do since you will be paying it for nothing. Also, if they use one of your special tool of your vehicle kit and they broke it, they will replace it.

My GTI needed a new battery (and oil change), and with the BEM compatibility needed, local places like OReillys wouldnt touch it.I called Wyatt Johnson VW and they got me in next day. I was greeted by Casey in their service dept who offered me their complimentary ride service, wifi, and water. About 45 minutes later my car was done with fluids topped off. Casey was exceptionally personable and friendly (genuinely) and walked me out to my car to make sure everything was perfect. She saw immediately that the sensor light for the airbag (tripped by the new battery) was on, got someone out right away, and five minutes later I was good to go!I was very pleased with the end result and in particular impressed with Caseys professionalism and rapport. She made me feel valued and ensured quality control and that I was completely comfortable and happy with the services. I will be returning for my GTI needs.

Had my Audi serviced at Wyatt VW. Made appt on their website and arrived an hour later. The lead service consultant, Casey, was super professional, and provided a detailed inspection document with feedback from their shop foreman. None of the up-selling practices typical of quick lube businesses, and their prices are competitive.Unfortunately, the day after this oil change service, the air deflector/splash guard fell off of the car while traveling on the interstate.

My appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade replacement was for 11:00. I was informed that they were running a little behind. 1 1/2 hours later my car was just being taken back for service. The dealership paid for a Lyft ride to go to lunch. While we were at lunch, we received a call from the dealership that the technician was done with his checks and they would have our car ready for us when we got back. The dealership again paid for our Lyft ride. Upon returning to the dealership at approx. 12:30, 2 1/2 hours after we initially got there, we were told our car was still not ready. The car was ready to go about 30 minutes later. We got in the car and as we were driving away, I noticed the engine light was on. We turned around and returned to the dealership. Once there, my husband popped the hood and found a screw driver laying on top of the engine and the dip stick handle was broken. They took the car to the back and found a connection of some type hadn’t been completely plugged back in. The dealership ordered us a replacement dipstick and is having it sent to our house. I arrived shortly before 11:00 for my basic maintenance appointment and finally left after 3:30. I was very disappointed in the length of time this appointment took.

Carey I believe her name was, in the VW service was awesome! Attentive to needs, wants, etc. everyone was friendly and kind. My only gripe is once service was complete (the active recall on fuel rail) it smelt a bit like fuel in the car and my belt was squeaking for a solid 5-10 minutes after I got it back. No big deal probably just spilt a little coolant or so on the belt but just a little more attentiveness would have been nice there.

When I got to the shop after making an appointment a week ago, I was clear with the staff that I have to be out the shop before 09:00 a.m with my car because I don’t want to be late for work. He gave me his word that everything will be done on time. I have asked the staff if I can have one of their car to ride to work and bring it back during my lunch break since I’m soldier at Fort Campbell. They refuse and offer me instead a Lyft, but the problem with a Lyft is it can not go on base and my work place is about 10 minutes drive from the gate.Brief from 9:00 a.m that I supposed to leave, I left at 09:30 a.mI believe the have to learn to respect people time and stick to their words.It’s better and worth to keep a loyal customer instead of a new customer.You can have a clean and nice space with coffee, water and snacks, but if you don’t value the customer time and having the integrity to stick to you words, you will go out of business.It’s my second time this is happening.

Halburt was great. He had my car checked out and made sure it was fixed in a timely manner. After dropping my car off they provided a Lyft to my house and then back. The service team was super knowledgeable and very willing to help. They have a great hunter alignment tool for any 2009 and up car also .
