I had a great experience with the service advisor David, who made me feel welcome and a part of the Kia family! I was able to get seen 10 min before my appointment and was taken to seating area which was an amazing experience. Water on hand, and very friendly associates who work there as well! Service was done effective and efficiently. David didnt try to hound me about other stuff I might but did explain to me what the other services are if I ever do decide to come back for more which was extremely helpful! Thanks David and Kia team for taking care of me and my 2020 Kia Forte!

When I called because this was my first time using this service the team members were very professional. When I arrived at my appointment, the team member (Patrick) showed me where to go as well as the sitting areas to wait until my car was completed. He told me the Approximate time they would spend on my car and they got me in and out. Very helpful at the end because they told me at the end about my service and other services to get done on my car. I definitely would recommend their service.

I have always done the work on my own vehicles as I am a mechanic, after leasing a brand new Kia Forte lxs I decided I would take my car for services at the nearest dealership to my area so I could have a solid record for when my lease is up. I had called Wyatt Johnson Kia earlier in the year when I was looking for ideas for a new car. I can say I was impressed with them then and again they have impressed me. I can honestly say their prices are great for the work they performed. Patric in service was very nice and polite asked me of any issues I have had since I bought the car and they let me know at the next time I come to make sure it is earlier in the day to be able to test drive to try to figure out the issue. ( I will also say it is not a detrimental issue and won’t be any issue before then) everyone I spoke with in service and parts were very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the the service man who used to be the mechanic ( I think it is Devon) he was absolutely terrific to work with and even did a quick repair as I was leaving he didn’t mind at all. My time spent at the dealership was a fantastic experience and I actually am looking forward to my next oil change. Also on a side note while you wait you can watch the mechanic work on your vehicle which is nice as I watched the work performed on my vehicle and it was done in the same manner as I would do my customers and my own vehicle. As I stated before I was impressed by everyone there and their work ethic as well

David Joiner is the best. Came several days back to air adjusted in my tires due to cold weather. One tire registered lower than the others. He said give it a day or so and see if it adjust itself if not come back and we will fix it. Sure enough 3 days later it happened again. Took it back and they where able to see I had a nail in the tire. They where busy and he said give me a few minutes and let the boys catch up. They fixed and sent me on my way.

My Husband and I were out of town when the motor started knocking and had to have our car towed to the nearest Kia for the warranty. Im so glad Wyatt Johnson happened to be the closest one! David was my representative. He was always so friendly and found answers to my questions. (I have a lot of questions!) He took care of everything else we needed as well. We didnt encounter a hassle over the warranty, so I was pleasantly surprised! I know the technicians have a lot of their plate, but they still got me up and running quickly after my new engine came in. Not only that, they did everything to spec. (Something the Kia near me seems to neglect.) Everything runs great and I actually feel safe in this car again. If they they were just a little closer (maybe 2 hours away instead of 3), Id take my car back for oil changes. Thanks, Wyatt Johnson!

The technician assisting me was knowledgable , helpful and friendly. He gave me as good of a deal as my coupons would allow. I waited a while in the customer area and was bothered after about an hour with rough, loud talk in the background from some of the surrounding areas.. Otherwise, the treatment was courteous and professional.

We had 3 different recalls that needed to be addressed. All together, these should have taken 2-3 hours at best. We leave our Soul there at 7am. At 4:30, our service advisor called and said the car is ready. We get halfway across town to pick it up when the SA calls and says the car isnt ready! He then promises and guarantees it will he ready by 10am the next morning. 10am the next day....car NOT ready. I show up at noon to find the car ready but the service dept couldnt find the paperwork. They asked me 4 different times if I was sure of the name on the work order ...I know my name! They finally get their %%*#& together. Extremely poor customer service!

Overall its always a good experience when I have my car serviced at Wyatt Johnson Kia. Service consultants David and DeAndre are really nice guys who dont/didnt try to convince me of getting services not needed or getting a service that its wasnt time for. Honestly all the service consultant guys are friendly and super cool. Im always kept informed of the progress and process of how the service is going. The only thing I would recommend is getting the time down in how long peoples cars are kept for minor sevices/repairs...some people are not as patient as others.

Not happy at all, took my vehicle in for routine service while back, as they did service the Service Advisor told me my vehicle has a recall so they ordered the park called me when the part came in. So the appointment was 30 days after the part came in( that was the next appointment opening they had) so Wyatt Johnson Kia returned the part they only hold parts for 30 days. So if that is true why did they schedule me knowing the part would get returned. Wasted my day wasted my gas.

This was my first visit and Deandre took great care of me. He got my car in right away and went over everything that was needed with me. Deandre is very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. I was very impressed with the waiting area; it was clean and comfortable with snacks and a charging station available. My vehicle was ready before promised. Checkout by Brittney was quick and easy and she was also so nice. Definitely the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a vehicle service appointment.

Nothing added except coupon sent from dealer was for oil change (semi synthetic),tire rotation & general engine check. Only problem was 2021 Kia take only synthetic oil.Coupon worthless! Doesnt make sense for a dealer to send a coupon for semi synthetic oil knowing my auto takes only synthetic oil. Obviously know one really makes any effort or cares to send out the right coupon, for the correct vehicle model year!

I needed some diagnostics done for my car. They could get me in so I made the trip there and had them look it over. They found several things that were wrong (most warranty covered) and worked to get it fixed even though they had to order the parts. They were kind, as quick as they could be, and so far efficient in doing the job at task. I had an overall great experience here. If I ever need service again it is worth the trip here to this dealership. Ive been a Kia owner since 2008 and they have by far been the best service at a dealership Ive seen. I will not only go back there for other things when I need it done (if possible) but I will shop for my next Kia (or my daughters - whichever comes first) from there. Very good experience.

They were awful. Took car in due to smelling exhaust fumes inside the car. They could not duplicate the smell. My sons and I have smelled the exhaust. Instead of trying to do anything but drive the car they had me come get it and continue to drive it even though it is unsafe to do so. They would not provide me with a car until they could figure out what is wrong. Said they didn’t have any cars and even if they did because they couldn’t duplicate the issue they were not responsible to provide me with a car. Didn’t care that I would have to continue driving an unsafe car. Wanted me to leave the car there for days and not provide me with a car and leave me with no transportation. Not customer service oriented company. I don’t even give them 1 star but no other option.It’s now a month later and they still have done absolutely nothing. What a shame of a company!

Me and My wife moved to the area and needed a vehicle. Stopped in many different dealerships but the customer service and knowledge was the best here. Peter the sales rep was a big decider for us staying there at the dealership. Communication was awesome and understanding of what we needed. I go here for regular work on my Kia and they are always informative and helpful! They take time out to check everything so they can go over the details with you and make sure you get what you need done. A big perk is if your repair is going to be a while they will set up a ride home for you and pick you up to get your car! I really enjoy them!

I took my daughters Kia Sorento in for its usual oil change and tire rotation. Brittany called me to let me know that my daughters car had some additional service due for having 90,000 miles. In addition the tires needed to be replaced. I pointed out that the tires had only been on the vehicle for 30,000 miles vs. the 60,000 mile Mfg. warranty and how we had kept the air pressure checked and kept at the proper pressure along with rotation of tires. Brittany contacted the MFG and got them to pro-rate the lost life we experienced. Overall the service experience was very very good. Britney deserves an A+

I experienced car trouble on the highway about 40 miles away from Clarksville, Tennessee. I called ahead to the dealership and told them we were on our way. Deandre met me in the service department. They got me a rental car so we could continue on our trip. While our car was there, we were out of the country. He texted me with updates and arranged for an extension of my rental since the repairs were going to take an extended amount of time. This was most helpful, as our home is over 100 miles from the dealership.I would highly recommend Wyatt Johnson to my friends. Hopefully I won’t experience vehicle problems far away from home again, but if so, I hope that I will be treated as well as we were by Deandre and the service department.

Wonderful experience at this dealership’s service DEPT. Reps were friendly and helpful, and the technicians do a great job when we do regular scheduled maintenance with them. We initially bought our vehicle in Nashville, but prefer to take our service business to the Clarksville location because they are so good, all around, at what they do. Not only did Kia not take care of their product! After it already fail once.But it was some of the rudest customer service. We had to included multiple mangers to get a clear answer.Then I was told as I’m leaving, by the service advisor that these dealership prices are outrageous and that I should just order the parts and fix it with another mechanicI have lost respect with Kia as a whole company. I have made multiple call to customer service to find out that the dealership made the choice not to cover my parts under the life time warranty.I will be calling the BBB. The service department offers a variety of maintenance services for your Kia. The only downside to our experience today was the exceptionally long wait for our car to be serviced for routine maintenance. We were there for over 2.5 hours and our car wasnt even in the bay until almost 2 hours in the store and we had a scheduled appointment. The service though was complete and they worked with us on everything that we had questions on. I am hoping our next visit will be a little quicker.

Love this service center for my KiA. They are always so friendly and professional. No waiting to check in, as soon as you pull in someone is there to help you right a way. Honest about the repair time frame if they say 45 minutes its 45 minutes not 4 hours cause they understand your time is valuable. Vehicle was taken in for a routine oil change and in the process a transmission leaked found. service was prompt advice was clear and concise so I could make a decision on timing and trusting the repair would be just what was needed.My vehicle is an older Ford truck though I was at a Kia dealership. Ford products were used in the repair .I had nothing but courteous information al conversation with my time respected.I have no reason to expect that my vehicle will not perform as it should with the repairs made.

1st service on new car.Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Service started 30 minutes after appointment time.Oil dripped/spilled in numerous locations...could smell hot oil on drive home.Oil/grease smeared on at least 5 locations on front of car.Oil spilled on interior drivers door trim, rain seal, and lower frame. (Why would oil be anywhere near this location).To be fair, the service seemed to be completed properly and office staff were very courteous.

Wyatt Johnson Kia Service dept cant be beat@!! My motor was repaired at no cost to me under the warranty. I cant be more pleased with the service I recieved. My motor siezed up on me on the worst day of my life. I was on my way to my parents house the day my brother had passed away! I was about a mile to my parents house. I was running about 30 mins late for my appointment, but they were still able to squeeze me in and apply my coupon check I received in the mail. When I arrived, I was told that my service would take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, and they stayed exactly within that timeframe. I waited in their lounging area and used their restroom which were both clean. Shout out to Brittney who was really nice and gracious the entire visit. I had a recall on my 2013 Kia Optima hybrid. Wyatt & Johnson Kia located in Clarksville, TN handled it. First it took 6 months to get my car back. When the finally tell me my car is done they tell me my 12v battery is dead that I need to by a new one. They refused to take responsibility for killing my battery since they had the car for so long. Told me it’s ready and will have to be jumped when I get there. So after buying a battery I go to get the car they put the new battery on and take it for what they told me a 2nd test drive. When they got done with the test drive they told me a check engine light and a wrench light came on that I couldn’t leave with the car so I had to drive an hour and half back home. A few days later they call and say my hybrid battery is throwing a over heating code and that it will cost me 6k to fix that they won’t be responsible for it. It remind them it wasn’t that way before they got the car and was told I couldn’t prove that. Ok?? Also reminded them that they said nothing about this the first time it was test driven. So they had the car for 6 months took it apart and put it back together and no I’m having more problems and they are responsible for any of it?? Yea ok!!!

The people I talked to were super nice. However, the actual service was horrible. I had to schedule my appointment in advance by almost 2 weeks due to checking for recalls and a couple repairs. I was told to bring it by and they would have it completed that day. So I live 1.5 hours away and brought it by. When I asked if they had a rental car I could use they told me no. So I had my aunt come along with her car. Then when I was supposed to be getting the call my car was completed I instead was told I would have to leave it there over night. So I had to find another ride back the next day. Then when I finally went to pick up the car. I was told they did not have the parts for my repairs. So I would need to come back the next week.I went the 1.5 hour drive back a few days later and was told that one of the parts they ordered was the wrong one. So I would have to drive back home and wait till the part came in and drive all the way back again. This is ridiculous. I was told I could get a free service on my car. But having to drive back and forth 4 times!?!?! Insane!
