They charged me a shipping fee for the part I ordered. Oreillys and autozone dont do this. And theyre cheaper but I was in a pinch and didnt have a choice.

Had just the right part that was difficult, too say the least, in stock! Very personal & professional... would have liked to get a receipt in my companys name but only ifyou have a NAPA account & theyre billing you... hard to believe in this day & age that cant get a receipt with a name on it...hhmmmmm. Always very helpful. They do need to have more people answering the phone. The person helping me was constantly interrupted answering the phone while two other employees spent their time yacking with each other. They always have what I need or they can get it.

Ive been going to Riverside Auto Parts since about 2005. Ive never been disappointed. The big box auto parts stores change employees so often and most dont know squat. When I go to NAPA I get great service and have built friendships with the owners and employees Joe Moore, Logan Moore, Clint Johnson, Mike Biggs and John Clevenger,I know when I purchase automotive parts like oil filters, batteries, wiper blades, brakes etc... Im getting quality parts. I think that NAPA Gold oil filters are the best you can find anywhere.I have referred numerous customers down to Riverside Auto Parts (NAPA) over the years and will continue to do so.

They have the parts you need up front, my old boss used them with his concrete business down in Savannah tn, I didn’t catch the mans name who just helped me with my AC but he will know when he reads this, Napa is the place to go they don’t mind helping you, they are like the post office, rain, sleet or snow they will deliver your service what ever that maybe my car had a rare low an high side fitting r-12 an they had a conversion that made it like the cars today an he even put the fefrigerant in for me, he used a value remover an adjustable wrench to do the job they were both brand new an I bought those from him an tipped him, saved me at least 100 dollars, shop Napa, thanks Napa of Clarksville.
